I did a search for the venue for an upcoming concert. The name at the top of the website was the name of the venue. So I purchased the tickets. Then I discovered that I had been scammed, and they were not at all affiliated with the venue.Initial Complaint

I just bought tickets and tried to contact them with the contact us line and it goes to a page that does not exist. I was trying to see a breakdown of the fees and nothing is available. They took payment before providing this information and hide behind the clause additional fees and charges. On Feb 18 I signed onto what I believed to be the Jubilee Website to get tickets for a show ******************* When I selected tickets it forwarded me to another website I later found out to be tickets-centre. The show price for 2 tickets added to $368 dollars. No indication of currency was addressed. I entered my information and before I concluded the transaction it flashed briefly it was in US funds. I am in ****** and did not want to pay the US-Can exchange rate. I hit the back arrow on the "cart" and believed the transaction was cancelled. the transaction went through and charged my credit card $518. I contacted tickets-center immediately and was told they could do nothing. I asked for the sellers information and they refused maintaining that there was no refund. I don't believe this is a refund as I contacted them before any transaction should have gone through as it was within 15 minutes of the issue. They have offered no assistance and instead are hiding behind their no refunds policy.Initial Complaint

This business is a scam. First site that comes up when trying to purchase tickets but not a legit company. Charges 3-4 times the cost of the actual website for the tickets when they are not sold out. Terrible and unhelpful customer service. Tacks on unnecessary fees. What shouldve been $40 turned into $140.Initial Complaint

I have experienced nothing but trouble since purchasing my tickets for ****** on ice in the stars from this company. I've reach out to multiple agents through chat different occasions with my concerns. Upon accepting my tickets which took a long time to finally accept them. The tickets stated ****** on ice in the stars BO only. I dont understand what that means and upon contacting an agent he said he doesn't see that on his end when looking into my order so I screenshot my ticket info and emailed it to him as he asked he confirmed he received it and stated he doesn't know what it means an that he would submit it for review by his internal "team". After that conversation I didn't here anything back. I responded to the email that was sent stating the investigation and no reply 2x. I spoke to another agent today ****** and she stated that the previous agent put in his notes that were were disconnected and that my concerns were never escalated but I received an email that they were investigating the situation so I'm not sure who is telling the truth. I just want answers and it seems I'm being given the run around. I dont understand the BO only on my tickets and that concerns me because the show is soon and if we run into any issues upon trying to get into the show that's going to be an even bigger issue. This 3rd party business for my ticket purchase has been a nightmare from day one. Never again will I be purchasing any tickets in the future through your ticket sale company. Thevtickets were way higher priced as well so that was discouraging but then everything else on top of that that I've been trying to get squared away has been just trouble and confusion.Initial Complaint

In September 2024 I purchased 2 tickets from "TicketsonSale" for a March 13, 2025 concert at the *************** in ********, **. Despite several promises that my tickets would be delivered to me, I still do not have them. Also, I went on-line to inquire and the customer service person responded only by "chat." He refused to call me, despite my repeated requests. First he told me they were emailed. Then he said they would be found on an app called AXS. I purchased the App, created an account there, and the tickets are no where to be found on the app. I reported this to TicketsonSale and again asked to have them call me. The "chat' person said he was not allowed to call and provided confusing and unhelpful explanations. Still no tickets.Initial Complaint

Bought tickets with this platform and they did not arrive on the date given, 1/31. I reached out to their customer service multiple times and was assured theyd be transferred as an e-ticket on or before the date. It is now 2/2 and I havent received them. This site is a scam. This company hides that they are a ticket resale company. They imitate legitimate ticketing sites and won't refund tickets once they are found out. They ape Ticketmaster and buy ads to make it unclear what service they provide. This is incredibly deceptive. They perpetuate a fraud by misrepresenting their service.
