In September 2024 I purchased 2 tickets from "TicketsonSale" for a March 13, 2025 concert at the *************** in ********, **. Despite several promises that my tickets would be delivered to me, I still do not have them. Also, I went on-line to inquire and the customer service person responded only by "chat." He refused to call me, despite my repeated requests. First he told me they were emailed. Then he said they would be found on an app called AXS. I purchased the App, created an account there, and the tickets are no where to be found on the app. I reported this to TicketsonSale and again asked to have them call me. The "chat' person said he was not allowed to call and provided confusing and unhelpful explanations. Still no tickets.

Bought tickets with this platform and they did not arrive on the date given, 1/31. I reached out to their customer service multiple times and was assured theyd be transferred as an e-ticket on or before the date. It is now 2/2 and I havent received them. This site is a scam. They also charge you double the ticket cost in fees.

This company hides that they are a ticket resale company. They imitate legitimate ticketing sites and won't refund tickets once they are found out. They ape Ticketmaster and buy ads to make it unclear what service they provide. This is incredibly deceptive. They perpetuate a fraud by misrepresenting their service.

Scammers beware!!!!!! Today around 3pm I went on ticket master to purchase 2 tickets for an upcoming show. The tickets were $30 and highest $50, in order to make an informed decision I filtered the option to include the fees , for some reason I got transferred to a website called tickets on sales that I have never seen before and when it showed $70 I decided to continue with the transaction but it never showed the next window where the taxes and other fees would be added before the final approval. My credit card company usually when paying anything above $100 on a new website always sends a text to confirm that its me making the purchase but this company button checked out the transaction without disclosing the total fees. When after 2 minutes I received an email from both ticket master and ticketsonsale I saw a receipt for $201. They sent an URGENT email with a link and the link gave no option to notify or contact customer but to just move forward with the tickets. I contacted both companies right away as of to why I received tickets from tickets on sale while I was on the venue website paying $70 after we filtered to show the fees so we can know how much were spending. They charged us $201 for 2 seats that are actually $30 at the venue. The venue was half empty it makes no sense why I would want paying $201 for 2 general admission tickets while we saw the tickets for only $30 and $50 . I know for a fact that I was on ticket master but I dont know if ticket master gets profit from transferring customers on that scamming website. They only sent me the invoice after I spent 1 hr chatting with Lieny that the final payment page never showed up to reflect that instead of $70 we were paying $200+ for a half empty venue. My tickets went from $70 to $201 which include about $50 of service fee. I hope someone shuts this site down. They have a CONTACT US immediately button that I tried for hours with no success to send an email right when this happened for help.

Saturday, January 18th I located UofL Mens Basketball tickets on the Tickets On Sale website listed for $71 per person. After following their process to purchase these tickets the final amount charged to my card was a total of $196.00! $54 in fees and service charges!! A 38% *****up!!!This is my first and last time ever dealing with this company. I understand that they need to make a profit and anticipated paying a reasonable fee. HOWEVER 38% is obscene! And I also expected to see all charges and fees BEFORE completing the transaction and this company extracting money from my bank account.I called customer service but was simply told "all sales are final" . I was also denied when I asked to speak to a supervisor. The service *** simply read a canned script, ***eating that "all sales are final"This is simply a scam and needs to be stopped.

I was online purchasing tickets for a ***** ******* at The Sphere and this website popped up as if it was Ticketmaster. It ticked down the time like it was Ticketmaster and even had my profile in the upper right hand corner like Ticketmaster. I was led to believe that I was basically on the Ticketmaster site. I ordered 4 tickets totaling $1584.58 and then when I got my email confirmation it said that I wouldn't be getting my tickets until June. All my other friends who ordered their tickets immediately got their tickets in their inbox. I contacted customer support about why I cannot have my tickets immediately. I realize it's a resale site, but when customer service said that the ticket owners did not have their tickets yet from the venue I knew that was not true. Several friends of mine ordered tickets to the same event on the same day and they already have their tickets and seat numbers. Once TicketsOnSale's customer service told me that, I went online and realized that this company is a ****. I am so upset. $1584.58 is alot of money for me and to be scammed is heartbreaking.

    Customer Answer

Just to follow up, I did actually receive the tickets for the event, but I still don't know if they are valid or not. I suppose we should pause on the investigation until I am able to test their authenticity.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At TicketsOnSale, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customers concerns. It should be noted that TicketsOnSale is an independent ticket market place specializing in leveraging the latest technology and security to deliver the best tickets at low prices. We are not associated with any venue, box office, or primary supplier. Prices may be above or below face value.

Once the customer selected the event they were interested in, ***** *******, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, We are a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office. After customers select the ticket listing they desire, they provide an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. Once they select the quantity of ticket(s) they want, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. The customer is then prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, the customer is able to see a complete itemized breakdown of the customers order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $1,584.58 is displayed in bold text on the right-hand side of the page. The customer is then able to input their payment and billing information. Please note that the itemized breakdown was fully disclosed before the customer is asked to enter any payment or billing information. Above this itemized breakdown, the customers can view the following displayed message:, Please note: We are a secondary marketplace, not the primary seller. Ticket prices may exceed face value. Additionally, on top of the place order button it states By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above and understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Customers are then prompted to select the Place Order", at which time their order was processed.

Due to the nature of our business as an independent ticket marketplace, TicketsOnSale is not associated with any venue, box office, or primary supplier. Prices may be above or below face value and can fluctuate quickly with demand. Independent third-party resellers set the ticket prices presented on TicketsOnSale.com. We do not own any of the inventory displayed on our site. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry. It should also be noted, tickets for our customer's event were transferred electronically through a third-party platform to the email address they provided during checkout on 1/20/25 at 9:02 AM CST. The email customer received contains instructions and a link to claim their tickets. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

I was directed to Ticketsonsale's website when searching for specific tickets to show. It was my belief that this site was the official ticket site for the venue as the venue's site did not come up at all in the search on multiple links to Ticketsonsale. I placed the order. Within minutes of placing the order, I was told we already have tickets to this event. Of course, I needed the order confirmation number before I could log a dispute. There was no way for me to stop the transaction. I contacted the customer care service online and over the phone. The representatives told me that I could not be issues a refund. They told me I could go on the secondary market to sell the tickets that they could not provide me at this time. They were unable to confirm my specific seat numbers. How can they refuse me a refund for tickets that do not exist yet? They are selling tickets to events they don't have yet. They purchase those tickets through third party reselling organizations and then provide you with the tickets at a later date. They could cancel the order prior to confirmation but choose not to. This organization is built on deception and is unwilling to accommodate legitimate requests to cancel.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At TicketsOnSale, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customers concerns. It should be noted that TicketsOnSale is an independent ticket market place specializing in leveraging the latest technology and security to deliver the best tickets at low prices. We are not associated with any venue, box office, or primary supplier, as such, our website is not connected to, nor does it direct from, any primary marketplace or box office website. Directly at the top of our website it states, "We are a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office."

During the checkout process a detailed order summary was displayed on screen and informed our customer of their event details, price per ticket, and applicable fees. This information was fully disclosed after our customer entered their email address and selected a ticket delivery method, but before they were asked to enter any payment information. At the bottom of this page and above the "Place Order" button it was stated, "By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above and understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value. I understand that I will be charged $707.87 to my selected method of payment. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Our customer clicked the "Place Order" button to complete their purchase  by which they accepted the order total and relevant terms of sale.

Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, TicketsOnSale does not set or control the ticket delivery date. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets which may be dependent upon the event or primary supplier. We'd like to note that our customer's purchase is covered by a 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before their event. Since all relevant purchase terms were agreed to when our customer completed their order we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact out customer service department.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At TicketsOnSale, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customers concerns. It should be noted that TicketsOnSale is an independent ticket market place specializing in leveraging the latest technology and security to deliver the best tickets at low prices. On 12/20/2024 once our customer selected the event they were interested in, ******* ***** and The Four Seasons, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, We are a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office.  After our customer selected the ticket listing they desire, they were directed to the checkout page where this information is further reiterated on the right hand side of the page. "Please note: We are a secondary marketplace, not the primary seller. Ticket prices may exceed face value."

During the chekout process customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was asked to provide an email address and select a ticket delivery method. After a delivery method was selected, since methods vary in price, a complete order total was calculated. An itemized breakdown of our customers order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $570.38 was displayed in bold text on this screen. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below the order summary, our customer was presented with the message stating, "By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I understand that I will be charged $570.38 to my selected method of payment. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Our customer selected "Place Order" confirming their purchase.

The ticket prices, which are set by independent third-party resellers, may be above or below face value and can fluctuate quickly with demand. In compliance with the terms agreed to at the time of sale we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policy. As it stands we consider this matter closed. On December 12, 2024, I purchased two tickets to see the comedian **** ******* at the ****** ****** Cedar at the *********************. When purchasing these tickets, I was sure to check the information regarding my ability to get a refund for them. I will have knee replacement surgery on February 17 at *********** in ************. I knew I might not be able to attend this event, but I was hopeful. Upon searching for seats, I was directed to Ticketmaster. I looked at their terms of service and saw that they would refund me if needed. When I chose my particular seats, I wasn't notified that I was being directed to a third-party vendor, Tickets On Sale, which has a no-refund policy. After further reflection, I decided that attending this event would most likely not be a pleasant experience for me. I then reached out to Ticketmaster via their app to request a refund. They informed me that they would give me a refund, but since I purchased my tickets from a third party, I needed to contact that third party. When I attempted to contact Tickets On Sale through the "Support" email, ************************* provided in a confirmation email, it bounced back as an invalid email address. The confirmation email sent from tickets on sale also contains two buttons labeled Contact Us. Neither of these buttons are connected to live links. The ticketing process was misleading. I received no notification that I was being transferred to a separate site with separate terms of service. My attempts to contact Tickets on Sale are fruitless. I want a full refund for these tickets. Also, the ********************* and Ticketmaster must clearly explain this sales process to their customers. They are leaving us vulnerable to unethical third-party sales.
