    We have been "clients" of ******************* for over 10 years. Worst decision of our lives. Everytime we go in and ask about policies and LEs, it takes months, if not years of asking. If we ask, "what policies do we currently have open?" They cannot answer, do NOT go in and do NOT invest. She is rude and impatient. We have every webmail and have logged in every call we made to them and NEVER get responses or get the "we will send you something soon." Then months go by and we have to reask and information will still NOT be sent. WE have one LE report from 2016 and the policy has not matured and have asked or an updated one and NEVER been sent one.
