    They knocked over one of our trash bins right in front of a family member who promptly picked it up. They notified me and I called them 3 hours later, when I got off, and they told me that the driver reported it so they wouldn't be picking it up because they were too close together. I have been putting them in the same spot since 4/2011. Also, we lost a recycle bin during a horrific storm. I called and reported it and was told I could pay $100 for a new one or just keep paying for it. Moral of the story. The customer is never right.

    This organization (***) has the most difficult billing process than any I have ever paid. It is 2024 folks, you should have better means of billing and accepting payments from customers. The company says they will send bills via email and then they do not (nothing in spam folder). Then they send collection notices after you have already paid. **************** is horrible. Concerns are met with an apathetic attitude. I pride myself in always paying bills on time, but this company makes it almost impossible to do so with their current practices. I wish we had the option to elect to work with a different waste disposal company, we were paying less with our old company and had none of these hassles.

    If I could use a minus triple digit number review - - that most definitely would be my rating. This company should be out of business. A request for over 3 months for loose brush has been made. Numerous calls - - but with no response other than we have you booked on our schedule. Which loads should be picked up on regular trash day but had been ignored so many times we started calling to get on the schedule. The brush is placed where they request - - it is a safety hazard because the brush is on the side of the road. The one driver (recycle truck) said that even their request for a loose brush driver/truck are ignored. How can a company stay in business with such a track record. We were requested by *** to put our trash cans in a particular place and position for pickup - which we do. Once the regular trash is picked up our trash cans are thrown down in the road. I could go on and on about what a horrible company this it - - but I do not want to waste my time. Obviously with all the very poor reviews this company has it is useless. AVOID IF REASONABLY POSSIBLE USING CWD.

    This company has TERRIBLE customer service! Our recycle Can was scheduled to be picked up last Friday And was not picked up, I didn't think much about it thinking it would be picked up on Saturday (which happens frequently), but come Sunday it was still not picked up! I called Monday and was told they had put a work order in and to put the can out for Tuesday and it would be picked up Tuesday morning and to no surprise. it was not picked up! So I called again on Tuesday and was told a new work order was created and to puy it out again and to leave the canister outside for Wednesday morning pick up, Guess who didn't show again? CWD!! I called again on Wednesday and asked to speak to a Supervisor but was told she was at lunch and would call me back , This was at 3;45 pm, Who takes lunch an hour before closing? this was a straight out lie!! Not to mention the previous week they missed my normal trash pickup. When I asked for a discount on my billing I was told i would have to take it up with the city of *********. So i am paying for services that are not being rendered, Nice racket bordering on scam level

    This organization picks up trash and recycling for the city of ***** in the state of ***Their trucks are poorly maintained and leak oils on the ground, and if they can find any reason to not pick up a container, they will do so. My most recent example was recycling and I had broken down the boxes, folded up each one, and stored them in the container. Because of the size of the boxes, the top would not completely close, but there was no risk of debris falling out of the container.Their policy is that the top must close completely and as a result they would not pick up the container.If you have a choice, pick another service provider.

    They do not follow the guidelines that they publish on their website. So very hard for customers. I have to constantly call to just get the service they say they provide. Our neighborhood was cluttered with trash bags for Christmas. Embarrassing for guests and family coming to celebrate I do not understand why cities are so committed to CWD. Citizens do not get what they pay for

    Very lazy and some of the drivers are dishonest! They don't take all the trash, they leave trash all over the street and throw the trash cans. Overtime this breaks the lid on them. Over 13 years they have thrown TWO of my heavy duty expensive trash cans in the trash truck and crushed them. The trash men refuse to speak to residents. They don't take bulk trash when they are scheduled to so it piles up. Then the next week when they are scheduled to take bulk trash again they take a picture of it and say it's too much to take. If they would do their job and take it once weekly as the contract says then it would not build up. I have contacted the company and it's just another excuse. They read the drivers notes which are not factual. They simply lie! I wish I had other options for trash companies!

    Without proper training or adequate resources, Community Waste Disposal sent an inexperienced driver (alone) to serve our community on his 4th day of work. He negligently hit my parked, unattended minivan and sent it into the neighbor's driveway. Not only did his supervisors laugh at the ordeal, but they seemed to think this was a normal occurrence. Not only are they unwilling to handle my claim, but they are also unwilling to provide adequate transportation and car seats at this time. Their insurance company (National Interstate Insurance) has also been a pain to work with at this time. Although "the ball is in their court" with insurance, the company that did this (CWD) has provided the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life and career in customer service. It's insulting to people who actually serve others to so egregiously claim no fault of your own. What a horrible company. Specifically David and Cristal - not only have they both been rude and unprofessional on the phone, but their delayed email responses and lack of compassion, communication and care are insulting. I refuse to pay for a service that treats their consumers in this way.
