I hired this company to install quartz countertops during the kitchen remodel. They came multiple times to measure and go over the exact options that we wanted. Then when the work began, the two employees that were sent to do the job were not qualified. The quartz was fabricated incorrectly and installed badly. The overhang was up to two inches different, they damaged our cabinets, our flooring, and scratched the new dishwasher. They didnt tape off the rest of the home and the dust was in every room. After I complained they sent two new guys who could not correct all the issues and told us the other two that had been sent were not capable of doing the job. We had requested the "waterfall" edging, and you can see on the invoice that it was quoted and we were charged for it. It was not completed, and when we complained they fixed it but said they would need to charge us more because they had to fix their mistake. We were also suppose to have leftover quartz that we could use in the bathrooms. Because of all their errors they used the excess of stone that we were supposed to have so we didnt get any of it. I had paid a 50% deposit with the balance due at completion. Because of all the damage done to our home, the horrible installation, and the loss of quartz for our bathrooms that was not our fault, I asked for a revision on the balance due. I did not refuse to pay, but I felt their should be some financial consideration. You can see by the attached email chain they refused to deal with me and took no blame. We have tons of photos, too many to attach, but they have seen them and know the mess they created. They now are threatening me for the final payment, so I'm in hopes you can assist or I will need to file a legal claim against them.
