I ordered Similisan eyedrops fromHealth Central and the charge has gone through my bank. They never shipped the drops. I have not received them. I requested a refund of $38.63 Aug 1. They say they have issued the refund to my card but the refund has never cleared my bank. I placed the order on 6/22/24 and never received the product. I had several emails from them finally saying that they no longer have the product and would reimburse me the full amount of $168.49. I didn't receive it and have emailed them back and forth several times. They say they did refund the money and they are investigating with the processor of the funds. This has gone on for many weeks and they keep say they are investigating it. I have asked them to call me or give me a number to call them, but they won't do that.Business Response

I ordered a product on 6/17/24, they said would Email in 2 to 4 weeks with shipping info. I found out later this specific product no longer is manufactured. Their website does not give the ability to cancel. They immediately charged my Master card (I have disputed the charge with master card) there has been nothing from them since 6/17/24 and as I stated no way to contact them. On June ******* I purchased a product from Health Central USA for $60.73 which they immediately cashed. I emailed the company a couple of months later asking where my product that I purchased was and they said they ran out of the product. I asked where my refund was and they said they didnt send it, they were just going to keep it I guess!!!! So I said I want a refund. They said ok. I emailed about 3 weeks later and they said the bank already received the refund that I should contact my bank. I contacted ***** and they said they do not hold refunds, refunds are automatically processed. So the company has been lying to me. I am rejecting this response because: In poof that my account was not refunded. I check with my bank/Credit Union, banking manager today September 4, 2024 which states un-mistakably and verifiably that my account had not received the refund promised. I asked the manager was she absolutely sure. She cheked it once again and assured me. that no refund has be sent to my account. Thanks so much for looking into this matter for me.

Hi again. I just wanted to follow up regarding my email to you the other day about my case (ID ********* being closed even though I never received my refund.
Please see attached emails/communication from Health Central regarding my refund. As you can see, they never did issue me a credit and seem to have a different excuse each time.

I have received your responses about supposedly refunding my order, yet I also received emails from your "customer support" (after the fact) stating they were going to process my refund. So, I'm not sure why I would need to contact my bank as you are clearly misleading about a refund that was never processed to begin with. My credit card info. has not change and is the same credit card that you charged my order to.
