My wife wanted to try the Keto diet. They didn**;t have it on the screen that it was for more than a week. They keep taking money out of my account and there is no way to stop it. We didn**;t know it hit the second month. We want to stop this.I would like to stop it and cancel this.Customer response

I ordered gummies they had advertise on Facebook Buy one get one free for ***** dollars. When I called to ask about our order they told me that one was not available to buy you had to order more than one which would cost over 100 dollars. We wanted to buy one as they had advertised because we wanted to be sure they worked. They tried to charge our card for the inflated price at over 100 dollars but thankfully it did not go thru. The advertised price was paid for with our card. They need to honor the price they advertised.Initial Complaint

Ordered 1 bottle of Ace Keto gummies and they sent 5 and charged ****** and I called and they said they would refund. the next month they charged ****** and $12 the next day. the **** of america charges are all different merchant names. upon research, this is a widely experienced scam that is harming many individuals. they need to be shut down and the public needs to be aware.Initial Complaint

As all the other complaints that I read about this company! I too, ordered 1 bottles of Keto Slim Gummies on the night of (3/19/23) for $*****each. The same day (3/19/23), I received an email for an ADDITIONAL $****** which has been charged to my credit card. The order form says ***** it does not say you will be charged an additional amount of ****** on the same day of the order, and it does not explain in the email for what they are charging you for they claim the Keto Super Slim has a full money back guaranteed they don't say that is for only 30days! I called my bank to look into this fee and when I called the company Super Keto Slim they say they can not talk to me because I spoke to my Bank about the fee and the woman hang up on me!Initial Complaint

I received 5 bottles of True Form Keto ACV Gummies, order placed on May 03, 2023 @ $199.88. I tried them and decided I want to return them as detailed with their money back gaurantee. I have sent six emails with no response. Also, they have registered me for a subscription and have tried to send me two different products which my credit card has declined. The order #******** , I have no other option but to send he product back to the only known address, the ******************* in ****** , ****. I would like to have my money back and also cancel the subscriptions and stop trying to bill my credit card. This is such a scam.Initial Complaint

ordered first formula keto product- called to cancel asap and was told it had shipped and to contact them for return when product arrived I tried to reach company and was given a total run around and finally reached someone who gave me a factious 800 number to call it was a ******** number I am returning product on my own and stopping payment on my amex and will keep the receipt unless you have another way that I can contact them t comes up as not a scam but I think the company really cannot be reached by any means Your thoughts please or any information you ma have about this thank youInitial Complaint

I had place an order for this product on March 2, 2023. Was charged $199.99 for it and then on April 2, *********************************************************************************************************** the amount of $199.99 from anyone. Later found out it was from this company. Sent emails to company to cancel any and all orders for now on. Will not deal with a company that scams consumers like this. Now, why would this company send out 5 bottles of gummies and then one month later charge for another 5 bottles when I havent even used the first order. purchased lifetime keto gummies on line 01/03/2023 for a total of ******. Ad was false and stated only ***** which they charged on top of that for a total of ******. It is now March 31, 2023 and after several emails and phone calls there has been no refund. I recived two RMA numbers to return the unopened unused product which I did. They acknowledged the return then stated they refunded the amount to my original card on 03/09/2023 in the total amount of ******. Not sure why the amount is less but I did not care about that. Went to my bank and had them research and there is absolutely no refund. I had seen the refund briefly on the same day they said they did it but the odd thing was the dollar amounts were both zero. I thought it was a bank thing but now the transactions are completely gone. Called again today because they stated billing would have a resolution by today, Stated they were having "system" problems and they would email me an update. After reading all of the other complaints, I know they are lying and have stolen my money. since they stated they received my merchandise, the return address IS there business: it is: ******************* P.O. Box ****, ******,** *****. You should obviously be able to track the owner of this PO box and find their actual offices. Please, this is ridiculous. I need my 200. I have no product and now lost the money as well. There have been enough complaints about this company with no resolution and I dont understand why the ads are still being allowed and they are being allowed to still conduct business. cant you do anything???Initial Complaint

Slim Candy Brands *** ****** ** XXXXX ****@buyslimcandy.com ************ These people are scammers. I placed an order Feb 15th, 2023. ONE order. They just charged my account $199.99 on March 15th for a second order that I did not authorize. I called and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Refused to refund me and are trying to tell me they sent me another order that was successfully delivered. I did not authorize a 2nd order, nor was a 2nd ordered delivered. Nor did they send any kind of email confirmation or tracking stating a second order was on the way. After 25 minutes of arguing on the phone, they refuse to refund my money and even hung up on me. They have flat out robbed $199.99 from me. I want a full refund and these people should be shut down immediately.Initial Complaint

Purchased keto gummies in November 2022, then received an unauthorized auto ship order. I canceled auto ship and after many emails they finally sent me a return order number. I packaged the product and mailed it back. They then said they sent my refund in June 2022 . Please note that I purchased the product 5 monthS AFTER they said they sent refund. I have sent them postal receipt that package was mailed. They said I sent wrong tracking number. Now, they just won't answer me. I want a refund-199.99.
