      Initial order for ****** ******* was placed on Oct. 17, 22 for $159.22 and when it arrived there was a discrepancy with the number sent - not enough for the 4 month supply I had been promised. I spoke with a C.S. person and then to a supervisor about having the correct amount of product sent on Oct. 20, 22. Scott, the supervisor, gave me an email address so that I could send proof of the shipment deficit, but I did not get a response back. No action in getting the amount of gummies supplied but I had begun to try the supplements in hopes of getting weight loss results as promised a couple weeks earlier so continued to see if another week would make a difference. Still nothing and no shipment to correct the deficit in # of gummies sent. On Oct. 27, I sent a follow-up email to Scott the supervisor this time requesting a refund and to be removed from all lists. No action on their part... until Dec. 1 when they charged my cc for $119.85 and sent another supply. I called and spoke with a C.S. agent again and was told the refund would be reflected in the next couple of weeks. The transactions and conversations were tracked as the the C.S. person seemed to be aware of the former requests as I presented them. Nothing. Another charge and shipment now on Jan. 17, 2023 for $119.85 using a new "name" on my cc statement. I can no longer reach anyone on the C.S. line. I had to change my cc number now and refute the charge. The website they suggest "chatting" with a live C.S. rep is not reachable, not that I want to get a virus or something if it did come up! I am owed a refund of $399.54 as of X-XX-XX but have no way of reaching the business.

      Ordered Keto F1 and received orders from my Dr. to stay off Keto diets. Called to return, but they said I had to wait "60 days" per their return policy. In the meantime, they had set me up on auto ship. When I saw they were going to ship another 5 bottles I called and they told me it was too late, the product had shipped. So, waited the 60 days and sent back the first shipment. Then another 60 days from the second shipment and sent them back. Kept the tracking information. When no word, I contacted them. First, they said they did not receive the shipments - so I sent the tracking information showing they had been received. Then an email stating they were returning the funds to my credit card. Nothing. Next stall tactic was to tell me they were experiencing technical difficulties - this message for three more weeks. Then I sent a message asking for their company's name and physical address so I could file in small claims court. Then they say they will issue a check - still nothing. Now it's "we are working to verify your account" - their next stall tactic. I see most complaints say BBB can't find a company. Here's the name and address I was given: ******************************************************** Probably still part of the many false statements and unethical business practices. This company should not be doing business. Can't believe they can continue to steal money from customers and keep going.

      I placed an order with ****************** for 1 bottle on 11/6/22 for $39.95. On 11/7/22 I was charged $198.70 by **************** with and did NOT receive a receipt for my order. I only received an email saying "thank you for subscribing to our Newsletter" from Vibez Keto with fake links to customer service and only linked to another page to make a purchase with no website or official contact link. On 11/8/22 I was charged an additional $198.70 by maximum-body-supply.com. I've called both numbers on the transactions which go nowhere. There seem to be three websites associated with this "company" -- support@****************, *********************************, and *******************************. I have tried multiple times to contact Vibez Gummies (under all their supposed company names) and no answer. I also have not received any product.

      I order 1 bottle of Keto gummies for around $30 (cannot remember the exact cost). I was charged $199.99 and immediately reached out to the company. I asked to have my order canceled and was told it was already shipped. They advised once I received this, I can send it back but first needed to provide pictures of the bottles unopened to get an RMA number. I did this once I got the package and did not hear back for a few days. When I reached back out, I was told I needed to provide a picture..again. I did this yet again and waited another few days. I then called the call company and was finally given the RMA number, which, by the way, was my last name and zip code. I sent the unopened package back and waited. Once I had confirmation the package was delivered, I reached out to the company and was advised there is 2-3 week processing before I would get my refund. I was never told this so, of course I had frustration. So, I waited. They received the package on 10/11 and I still have not seen my refund. I did, however, get an email stating my refund of $149.99 was on its way. When I asked about the full cost, $199.99, I was then told there is a $10 restocking fee per bottle. This was the 1st time I was hearing about this. My last call to the company was 11/03 where I was told there was a delay in my refund. Today is 11/09 and I still have not received my refund.

      On September 23, 2022 my autistic granddaughter placed an order on my phone for Transform Keto pills. As soon as I received an alert I located what she had done and immediately contacted the company at 12:42pm at ************ and I spoke with a representative named Olivia and she gave me agent code 787. I explained in full to her what occurred and that I do not nor have I ever taken or ordered keto pills. Olivia stated she was canceling the order/subscription and was sending the notes from our conversation to her finance department and that they would credit back the $159. Nonetheless a week later I received the shipment and immediately returned it. I called again and spoke with Nehemiah (spelling?) Who refused to provide his agent code. I explained what Olivia and I previously spoke about and he stated he was canceling the subscription because it was never done. Now today on November 7, 2022 I received ANOTHER shipment! I called the same number again and it simply rings and is never answered. I am now out $319! This has caused me to be overdrawn! I care for a disabled daughter as well as my autistic granddaughter and can't afford to be taken advantage of. I want all $319 refunded to me immediately and anything and everything associated with this company canceled and I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please help me!

      On 28SEP2022 I ordered 1 bottle of ************ for $29.99 through a ******** link that took me to ************************************************. My debit/credit card was instantly charged $259.44. I called the number provided *************, spoke to 'Astrid' for 18 minutes telling her that I did not authorize that amount. She then went thru the lines of can only refund $130.00 then 50%. She 'fake' put me on hold twice, when I called her out on that, she then actually put me on hold. I asked to speak with the supervisor that she just spoke to, or 'A' supervisor, and was told that none were there, none were available... After continuing this for over 18 minutes, she hung up on me. I am working with my credit card company to attempt and get my monies back while also attempting to ensure there is no further monies paid.

      As all of the other complaints that I read. I ordered 2 bottles of ************ gummies last night (9/29/22) for $39.99 each. Today, 9/30/22, I received an email that an ADDITIONAL $199.98 has been charged for 5 additional bottles. When I called, a young lady with an accent told me, finally, that she could refund $120.00 but couldn't cancel the order as it had shipped. I never usually order from this type of ad, but they claim ***** fully endorses their product as fabulous.

      I seldom order anything on impulse but I had heard of keto gummies and trusted the claimed association with ******************** shown. The pop up ad had a flashing 24 hour deal and only a certain number available so I didn't do any checking on the company- my mistake - actually I don't remember seeing a company name but perhaps was distracted by the connection to the tv shows. I clicked on an option labeled $39.95 (2 and 1 free). But another page popped up and showed a charge of $199. I called to cancel and the woman said it couldn't be done. I asked for a refund which she also said could not be done. I asked to speak to a supervisor which she also said could not be done. All the time between my questions she kept trying to get me to accept a better deal - more bottles, other items included. I answered each time no that I wanted a refund. I called my charge card and was told nothing could be done until they rece'd the charge. Today I saw an email with a billing of $259.99 and a different one for a refund. But when I called the charge company they had rece'd the charge but no refund and I could not ask for the charge to be stopped/disputed until Monday (today being Saturday). Now with the emails I know the company name ******* and I know they should not be allowed to be in business at all.

      I was on a website and was intrigued by the ad and enticed by the free sample. I clicked on it, put in my shipping address and then it prompted me for my card. I should have been smarter, being a frequent online shopper, but I put it in, thinking they had the same protocols as******* or any reputable online vendor. I never saw a price, so I never clicked on "buy" and closed the page. I got an email within seconds thanking me for my order. Replied instantly cancel and called customer service. They told me that due to their streamlined process they could not cancel but may issue a refund should I return the product. Why are they so "streamlined" they can take payment but cannot cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no. I will be calling back tomorrow.

      I did order Ketof1. After i made that selection on line, the site asked if I wanted to buy Keto detox at 59.99 a bottle. There was no place to check yes or no, but at the bottom of the page it said something like "finished shopping". Then I found out I had been charged for the detox bottle. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute; they in turn stated I should do so after it went from pending to actually appear on my statement. I called the company complaining that I did not want the bottle of detox. I was told the order had been processed and couldn't be modified. I was transferred to a real pushy salesman who tried to talk me into the detox bottle. Finally he did state I could return the bottle for a refund. I don't see any reason i should have to pay to return a bottle i never really ordered,
