    Attempted to book two nights at $142 a night. They wanted to charge over $600 total. When I inquired why the huge difference the agent claimed it was taxes and fees. I asked for a break down of the fees. The agent said I was stupid and hung up on me.

    Booked a room for a photography job in **** through this company. Reservation was not honored by ******************* and Casino because my name was reversed by this booking company. I had to make a separate reservation. Refund from Bookingonline was refused. I contested the charge today with ************.

    Be aware! Book Online is a fraudulent website. If you are inclined to PAY twice the rate, go for it. This is a Boiler-Room scam pit in *********, *****, it is not located in *****, **. This site should be removed from ****** etc. Don't let anyone direct you to them. I wish I could give zero stars or less.

    ****! Booked a room at ***************** in ***************. Website said $252/night, card was charged $707!Took 8 phone calls and multiple runaround to cancel booking.

    I thought I booked a reservation directly thru the hotel and after booking I saw it was bookonline---There was an error made on the reservation and within minutes of makeing the reserivation, I contacted bookonline and they would not assist me---The agent said, they would not make the correction and I would lose my full payment. I immediately called the hotel who then informed me they told the agent they would accept the correction which I then called bookonline back.He refused again to assist me. So, the reservation got cancelled, the charge was on myCC and it took many days to get a partial refund. They refunded all the hotel charges but kept their commission. Then I immediately called the hotel and booked my reservation directly---I will always call a hotel for my reservations. This was very aggravating

    Spoke with ****** on my recorded line. 4/29/29. Very rude for no reason. Simply inquiring about rooms. She disconnected the call...???I called back. A gentleman answered. I asked for direct number for hotel and he immediately hung up. What kind of mess is that? Sorry business. Almost made me not wa t to book at the Marriott.

    Scam. Website designed to make you think you're making a reservation through the hotel itself. Then they hit you with fees and etc double the cost of the room itself. Do not use.

    I made a two-night reservation. When I saw that they had charged me exorbitant fees and a $48 refund charge, I cancelled the reservation. They refunded the $48 and roughly 25% of the rest. I finally got somebody on the phone and they assured me the remainder of the refund would be returned to my account in 3-5 days. Im waiting!

    Definitely a scam, they charge double the room rate and provide misleading information. They require a refund add on and I am having to call them daily and they still havent refunded me

    ****. Booked a hotel for an employee, they cancelled without notifying me. When I went to dispute the charge, they scammed their way out of that one because it's a miracle that the room is now confirmed, and it was a no show? An absolute joke of a booking site.
