  ********** provides false information in order to get customers to make reservations through them and then refuse to give a refund when the customer finds out they were *********** experience with this company was not only deceitful, but also fraudulent. Basically I was provided misinformation (that I can document) in order for them to secure the reservation and then when I was discovered that I had been deceived I called them on it they refused to refund my money. I had no way to utilize my hotel stay or get a refund.I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason. They will shift the blame back to the hotel they represent and claim there is "nothing" they can do.

  Scam....I googled the hotel....I thought I was booking the hotel...the price came up that did not match...I tried to back out....I was charged. I called the hotel and was told it was a 3rd party booking. I contacted ************** to verify cancelation. I recieved a cancelation email. 11 days later and 2 additional phone calls no refund. They told me if I contacted my financial institute it would take up yo 180 days for my refund.

  I went on the website accidentally thinking I was on the hotels website, I booked a room with my credit card and when I hit book my room the date flipped from the date I wanted back to todays date. Im in ********* and the hotel is in the *****. The only thing they offered me really was to cancel my reservation and make a new one, but all the dates were twice as expensive as what I had booked. After about two hours of calling and calling different people, I finally got a credit for four months for what I paid for the hotel room. That is the best I could do. So there are technical glitch in their booking system cost me half a weeks pay but I may never get back if I dont go to ******** and actually stay there

  Booked room online. Looked like hotels website. Booked room for ****** for 2 night stay. After booked room. Rate went up to ******. Called to cancel since was in timeframe. Was told can cancel reservation. But would be charged ******. Also didn't get my Best Western reward points. ******************.

  Ripping off people with outrageous charges is one thing, but when those charges are listed as "taxes", it's a crime. A 4-day booking in *** showed a $702 charge for "taxes". I didn't follow through. Booking directly through the hotel included $200 in taxes. They should be shut down and thrown in jail.

  As many of these other people, I was tricked into thinking that I was making a reservation directly with the hotel. The room was $249 and when I got the email, they had charged me over $400. It took a lot of effort to get it cancelled, and Im not even sure all the extra BS got cancelled as well. Just to be sure I opened a dispute with my bank. Why are these thieves allowed to do this to people???

  Do not use this site. I did not realize I was on a third party website. The price was higher than quoted and total changed after payment submitted. It indicates I chose a no cancelation booking which I did not indicate or was not clear if it was there. It provided me with a refund protection plan which I did not choose. Do not recommend this site and trying to request a full refund.

  Den of lying thieves. Buyer beware. They misrepresented who they are, lied about the room I reserved, charged me $$$ to change their reservation error. They burned me for $300.00

  Just like the reviewers below I was on a specific hotel reservation site and didn't know it was bookonline.com until I received an email. My reservation is for 2 months in the future. The daily taxes /fees to be added to the hotel cost was 13% according to the hotel. Bookonline.com added ****** in tax recovery/fees. I called bookonline.com. Their original charge to my credit card was $545.92. They did refund me the refund protection plan of $48.50 which I had not agreed to. I asked what would happen if I just cancelled the whole reservation and was told they would charge me one night stay $180 plus the tax recovery/fees. My cost for the two night stay should be $406.80 and bookonline.com charged me $497.42. I asked bookonline.com for a price review 6 days ago with no response. Do not use them. They are unethical.

  A scam. Lied to us about room availability. Said there were only 3 rooms left and we needed to book right away, but when we got to the hotel there were over 40 rooms available. And BookOnline.com charged us $299 for a room that would have cost $117 if we'd booked directly with the hotel.
