      Omni frisco took our vehicle for valet this evening and lost our vehicle. The customer service that we received from the hotel was the worst experience I have ever had from a hotel. The hotel kept blaming the valet saying its a third party vendor and were not liable. The vehicle was given to another person who took our vehicle to another city 30 minutes away from the hotel. Had we not gotten ****** PD involved Im not sure we would have been able to get our vehicle back.

      I chose this specific hotel because its family owned and it seemed like a nice upscale hotel. Thats not the case when staying at the one in ***. I checked in on Friday and checkout Sunday (5/17-5/19/24). First it starts with us finding a huge cockroach running around the room. I took pictures. They took care of it by coming to kill the ***** and switching us rooms. I realized i left my ******* tumbler and called the front desk. They transferred me to lost and found and the guy that answered the phone said it wasnt turned it but they would bring it up to me. Make that make sense!! If no one turned it in then how are you brining it to me? Well they brought it up to my room within 10 mins. Already that tells me that hotel staff is shady. Even my partner was like well dont leave stuff here because clearly they keep it. As i checked out i realized i left my Apple Watch by the tv in the room. I tracked it on my find my app to the hotel so i called to have them hold it. However, housekeeping didnt turn anything in. I called and the hotel called me back again stating they didnt have it. That they have had people lose stuff before and it gets taken by the next guests?!! How is that even possible when your jobs is to clean the rooms before anyone else checks into that same room?! By reading reviews online it seems like things like this happen a lot. I finally spoke with ******** who tried to make things right, was super nice, and said she would send an email with her information on it. Never received.

      This hotel has charged numerous times for a prepaid booking. No refunds, long hold time. I am told this is due to the "system being down" when we checked in, which was over one week ago. Check in was horrible, we were promised complimentary valet for the trouble. No comp valet, instead we were charged three times for a pre-paid room, with no resolution yet. This occurred at Omni ******** in DC, however I understand it is widespread problem. I request to be contacted with a resolution immediately. This is absolutely predatory and an embarrassment to the organization. I have stayed at numerous Omni Hotels over the years, and never experienced such difficulty.

      I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon my arrival, my room was not ready for check-in, despite the promised time. To make matters worse, I was told that I would receive a call once the room was ready, but that call never came.On the third day of my stay, I was horrified to find a cockroach in my room. This was not only disgusting but also extremely unsettling. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.To add insult to injury, I discovered that there were purchases wrongly billed to my room. It seems there is a serious issue with their management system that needs to be addressed. When I approached the manager to resolve these issues, they were unable to provide a signed receipt or security footage to verify the charges, which is completely unacceptable.Overall, my experience at the Omni ******** Hotel was disappointing and marred by a series of issues that should not occur in a reputable establishment. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they address these issues and improve their customer service.

      Completely ineffective customer service. Could not get the Wi-Fi to work the entire week. My stay was in September 2023 sharing a room with a business colleague who checked out the day before. I checked out at 3am in order to catch my very early flight. They made an error splitting my bill with my roommate, which they never acknowledged. They only repeated that "it was a valid charge even though it was not a charge I incurred. As I was the last to pay, I got stuck with it and did not find the error until I had returned form my trip as their bills are so complicated.It has taken me months of calling them, getting conflicting answers, and lied to multiple times, they still insist to refuse to make things right. At least 3 staff said they would look into it and get back to me but never called back. 3 staff offered a solution which was later not honored. One of these solutions by ******** was that he had arranged for a manager to send a refund check, which never arrived. Calling later, there was no such check authorized and ******** was no longer with the company (no apology, no responsibility). It was just to delay me to report the issue to my credit card company to dispute the charge until too late. I supposedly spoke with a manager, ****** on January ****, who said she would look into and get back to me (she did not call me back). When I called her, she said they cannot reverse the charge, I would need to sort out the $45 error with my roommate. (Not open to further discussion.) I had already made several months of attempts to handle this with the roommate, but she refused to acknowledge that the charge that was hers, discuss it with me, or reimburse me. She insisted that I need to sort it out with the hotel.Staff is friendly but completely unempowered to solve anything. It is very clear that the Omni is more interested in a few dollars than customer service. They have my money and want to keep it, regardless that it was their error.

      Booked a room directly on the Omni website for an upcoming event at the Omni PGA in ******, ** in November. I booked directly through Omni Hotels vs. **************** Travel because the Omni booking page shows each of the room rate options and states directly below each room rate that it "Includes $42 Resort Services Charge".After booking, I received a confirmation email with the resort charge added back in as an extra fee. This is deceptive in that it says "Included" as if it is included in the room rate as a special and not as "An Additional Fee of" or similar on top of the room rate.I spoke with a reservations supervisor and together walked through the site so she could see for herself. I asked to have the extra fee removed but she refused. So I asked her to cancelled the reservation.I expected better customer service from *********************************************. I will not use them again in the future if this is how they work with their customers.

      Omni Bedford Springs, Pa. Lousy housekeeping and management. I was there for a week at a convention. I literally stepped in human f**** in the bathroom. The floor appeared dirty and was black. There was a small amount of F**** by the shower that I did not see and stepped in. The shower curtain had purple shampoo running down it. I called housekeeping and was handed towels. I asked that they come in and remove the spiked towels and mop the floor. I had to call Twice. Housekeeping shows up without gloves and takes the towels and has a lint brush to clean the floor. I called again to have them clean the floor and they then came with a spray bottle of table top cleaner and sprayed the floor and lightly mopped. I made three calls regarding this. I spoke to the manager the next day who said he would clean the room and call me back. The same Kind of cleaning was done and the shower Curtain was changed. I then had to call to have towels and trash dumped. He manager did not Call me back, offer to move us or even a cup of coffee. Very poor **************** and the cleanliness is horrible! All food served during the week was cold. I will never return there!

      If I could give -5, 10, or 20 stars I would. My first experience at the Omni resulted in stolen property that was very expensive, irreplaceable, & sentimental to me. I went for our annual **** *** Seminar. I have been attending Seminar since 2012 with no problems at other less expensive hotels, mind you! The day I checked out, before leaving, I realized I left my evening gown hanging in it's garment bag in the closet of my room. I immediately went to the front desk, asked if I could run up & get it, but they had already cleaned the room & checked in the next guest. I contacted loss prevention. They claimed they asked housekeeping & checked with the next guest in the room but could not find it. The assistant director with loss prevention completed a thorough investigation & watched the cctv footage where he saw my garment bag containing the dress being brought to the room, saw me depart & return to the room wearing said dress, but did not see my garment bag &/or dress leave the room the day I checked out. I knew he wouldn't because either housekeeping or the guest that was in the room after me stole my gown. My money is on housekeeping because they claimed nothing was in the room when they went to clean it which is a lie. Also, the next guest in the room after me was a male & unless he had a female with him my money is on housekeeping especially if they are FALSELY claiming nothing was in the room when they went to clean it. If someone steals something of course they aren't going to carry it out in an obvious manner where the cameras or other people would notice! So, as my first & only experience staying at the Omni Hotel I experienced personal property stolen by staff that means the world to ******** Im having to go through extra expense, time, ******************* to file a claim & attempt to at least get compensated for this gown if I cant recover it. I will NOT give up though. They stole from the wrong gal!

      I just stayed at the Omni ****** for a birthday weekend. I was so excited **** then when we got there there was a massive **** *** convention going on. They left only one person at a side stand to check in non convention guests. We waited for an hour in a line to check in and we werent even part of the convention. Not only that they had, and I counted, 7 different staff walk or stand around looking at the station and the shear number of ppl and do nothing. Not only that they kept letting guests from the **** *** line cut in front of the non **** *** line who had issues with their reservation. It was insane and horrible. I would like a discount on my stay for waiting in line to just checkin to the hotel
