    I dropped off my diamond rings for an appraisal July 11, 2023, after having been referred by a friend who had used his services years back. After not hearing back in the span of time he committed to, I reached out with text, phone call, email, and even visits to the office for the immediate following months. I have documented dates and messages that illustrate the efforts I made I received a pity text on Aug 2 that read My life *****. I'm so sorry. Really. Things are better but not your concern. I'll do what ever you want. To which I replied, I am checking back in about my rings. As I stated before, I want my rings back or the equivalent value. Since you did not provide me with a valuation, the $1350 from the receipts I have are what I want.Can you confirm with me that you will provide either in a timely manner, and give me a plan for how you will do that? I will escalate if need be, but I'm giving you this last opportunity to make it right. I have not heard from him since, even after further communication.

    My wife and I paid ***** ****** Rawlings and Roc Rawlings $2500 as a deposit to craft two rings to match my wife's wedding ring and engagement ring as 'anniversary bands' for our 10 year anniversary. We provided the two existing rings to Roc Rawlings to design the new flanking rings around. *** took the $2500, never did any work, and then never returned the wedding rings. So at this point he has stolen my wife's wedding rings valued at $8700 and all of the $2500 deposit, totaling over $11,000 in theft. Roc and ***** Rawlings are being pursued by their landlords over their non payment of their business lease at ****************************************************************, and they have fled their apartment at ********************************************************************** (****************). This couple will attempt to evade detection by putting business and lease deals in ***** ****** Rawlings name. ***** ****** Rawlings is co-owner of Roc Rawlings Jewelry and meets with and arranges contracts and payments with customers of Roc Rawlings Jewelry and is therefore also a party to the theft which has been filed with the ****** ******************
