WellUnfortunately I too had an rough ride with these guys. I did understand some of the mentions of rude staff. However Despite previous reviews, I gave it a go going through the **** app. But I would not recommend it as **** is allowing some false advertisement on the exact details on how the **** fleet system works.The guaranteed rate you see @ $1400 per week is what they want for you to pay for the car weekly rental rate.That is not your weekly pay rate!!!!!Now due to the extreme poor quality of the vehicles Federal Lime will require an mandatory purchase of AAA through their QR code. $100.00 additional Secondly Youll be provided several sets of keys, but you immediately noticed that no matter which vehicles youre gonna pick its gonna be rough theyre gonna be very dirty no gas or very high mileage interior damage body damage, but no one is gonna verify the damage with you. Video the car!Next The vehicles will be between 2019 and under. Millage ******* plus.My overall experiences is quite a lot of stress as I tried to use two different vehicles within 7 days one cost excess of oil cost the other shook so hard with mind you customers in the car we was terrified once on freeway.So when we got the car to the lot, the tire was literally gonna come off and the mechanic had said they were not sure why that car was released. Theyve been having issues with that tire.!!!needed to pick up another car so I could work guess what I got the same car give them back to me. I turned in in the first place and the mechanics not being able to verify if it had been worked on or not, so I took it being hopeful!Mistake!Ended up having it towed back to the shop Was never suitable for work Somehow I invested my money for their profit with zero gain.
