      A month after I returned an ill-fitting bra for a refund, a contacted them requesting an update. I received a form email informing me that there were deodorant stains on the bra. I requested evidence in the form of pictures, to which they did not reply. Even though they do substantial business in **********, they do not have a designated agent for service of process.

      I bought two swimsuits in two different sizes. After trying the swimsuits on, I decided to return the one that didn't fit, their website says they have free returns. They sent me a return label and I sent it in the mail. After a week I received an email stating that the item didn't met there standards for a return and they would not be refunding my purchase, but they would donate the item for me. I emailed back asking if they could explain why the item was not able to be refunded. They emailed back saying due to customer privacy they would not be telling me why. What? You can't tell me the customer why you will not be accepting my return. I responded back saying that I was the customer and I wanted to know why. They sent two other emails with the same response! Finally they said it was due to a deodorant stain on the swimsuit and for $10 they would return it to me. I was upset but tried to understand. I paid them the $10 and was ready to just move on and just wouldn't shop there again. I finally received the item back and after inspected it, I didn't see any stains. I emailed back and after the run around again was now told it was due to a deodorant smell. So I was told two different reasons why and neither were valid. There was no deodorant smell either, there was a slight manufactured smell which was not from me, so I don't understand why it can't be returned. Now I am out $105 and have a swimsuit I can't use. If they don't want to take returns then they should just state that on the website! I would not shop from this online site, look somewhere else.

      As with most customers purchasing from HerRoom or other specialty lingerie sites, I am a hard to fit bra size. I have ordered from here before, but very infrequently (probably less than 3-4 times over that last 10 years). Recently, I ordered and returned a sale bra and since I had received no updates, I reached out via email and received an extremely rude response. Amongst the response, I was rudely told that since I had returned before, I have extensive knowledge as to how long a return takes from us to arrive at your bank. Your order shows as processed. And that I mostly purchase and return sale items so my business was no longer wanted. Well, as with the average consumer, I do not have the luxury to purchase full price bras or keep clothing items that do not fit. And since I cannot find my size in stores, I am limited to online shopping for proper fitting bras. I had to reach out again for an update on my return and to receive email verification that my return was processed. I am very frustrated with the poor customer service and the out of touch expectation I encountered. I will be sticking with Amazon or Bare Necessities from now on. So much for supporting a small business.

      Received the wrong item, sent back and it took three emails (which were never returned) and two phone calls, the first of which after a 28 minute hold it rolled to voicemail (from which I did not get a return call), the second after 23 minute hold a rep who clearly does not like her job who indicated the return had been processed. I indicated it did not show on my end, and she said she would send it for review, and to watch for a reimbursement in the next ***** hours. I asked if there was a way to get to someone more directly if I did not see the refund in that timeframe, and she did not answer my question. I went to my credit card site for another reason a little later and saw the refund. I think Her Room makes it hard to pursue a refund so that people say s**** it. Don't buy it, in fact, don't buy anything from this site.

      I was quoted a much sooner delivery date 3/5 and was not told UNTIL I REACHED OUT that in fact the ship date is 3/20. I needed an immediate refund as the items I ordered aren't even in stock - as they were advertised. But I was told by the chat that "it will be worth the wait". Excuse me? No - give me my money back if there is not product to sell. And I was told I can return them in three weeks when they ship. I'd like my money back immediately so I can go with a more reputable company. Total scam

      Unfortunate first experience. I ordered several items and made a mistake with the shipping address (my mistake). They reached out to me and I corrected it- twice. The package never arrived and was still send to the wrong address because the representative did not actually fix the error. I emailed to inquire and no one ever responded to me. I called this morning and was informed of the above. The customer service representative was not very polite and did not even apologize. The items are no longer in stock so I am s*** out of luck. I won't be shopping with them again.

      They essentially stole money from me. I ordered 3 bras and paid nearly $100, a great deal right? Well the bras I received were the wrong size. I could not wear them because they were so large, they fell off of me. I put them back in their own little plastic bag and returned them. The tags were never removed. I received an email stating I would not get a refund because the items could not be resold "because it did not pass our testing and the returns department could not bring it back to a reasonable condition." I replied to the email stating I never wore them, nor did I remove tags or wash them. They were sent back in the exact same condition in which I received them. Customer service is no longer responding to my emails, the web site does not offer any escalation of complaints and the company will not resolve my complaint.This company is horrible, they are criminals at the very least. Do not shop with them. One star only because a star rating is required.

      They are a horrible company. They're impossible to get ahold of. When I was trying to contact them, their phones were down, the email wasn't working and the exchange option was broken. So frustrating! They don't clearly state what is final sale and what is not. They said I should have read the entire exchange policy and were unwilling to help me. I will never order anything from this company again.

      Ive ordered from HerRoom in the past with no problem. I wish I would have read all of these reviews before placing my order. Am having some of the same issues as others. Theres no working customer service phone number. When you finally get a chat person they tell you no exchanges at this time and customer has to pay shipping for return and shipping for corrected order. Very poor customer relations. Noticed theyre also not recognized with BBB.
