I'm currently having an issue with this business when it comes to payment. I participated in two groups, both to be paid $150 each, with a total of a $300 incentive. At first, it was said that they would try to pay it out 2 to 3 week after the last group, which was on Dec 12th. That passed, and I asked my recruiter, to which they said they would ask accounting. I know it usually says that they'll pay out with 6 weeks. However, it has been 7 weeks, and nothing yet. I do not blame my recruiter at all, because she was the sweetest and has tried her best to help me. However, I would like the company to go ahead and pay me the incentive that is owed. I participated in a study for sampling and focus group involving BBQ sauce on December 6th of last year, was told I'd be compensated with 125.00.Which never got paid, contacted ****** multiple times , zero reply and on January 7th received a email from Tremendous stating Murray Hill canceled the 125 which I never even got the first time. ****** has told me multiple days in a row she has email accounting and that's all no follow *** no replies, completely unprofessional .I want to get my payment which both parties agreed to . For the last 3+ years, I have made dozens of requests to Murray Hill National employees, including several to President Susan Owens and Executive Director Nicole Newton, by email, text, and phone to cease soliciting me. Faced with no other recourse, I filed a complaint on January 24, 2023 (Report Number: 168664342) with the FTC. I provided documentary evidence of more than 50 violations of the CAN-SPAM by Murray Hill National. Since then, I have continued assisting the FTC in investigating their unlawful business practices. Despite my best efforts, I continue to be harassed and solicited by Murray Hiil National employees, even after numerous promises from both Susan Owens and Nicole Newton that they had removed me from their contact lists and made all necessary actions to ensure they would not solicit me again. Most recently, on November 11, 2024, they emailed me, "I can confirm I have removed you from all files myself or my team has access to, and Susan has done so across the entire org as well." As always, regardless of promises to the contrary, Murray Hill National employees continue to harass me and violate the law. It is inconceivable an entire organization could be this inept. The only logical explanation for their behavior is that it is intentional. I would advise anyone considering engaging with Murray Hill National to determine whether responding to an unsolicited email is worth years of harassment.Business Response

On February 25, 2025, at 6:28 pm PT, I received yet another email solicitation from Murray Hill National in violation of the CAN-SPAM ACT, more than one month after the company responded to my complaint that they had removed me.
I am happy to provide the email if it will be helpful to your investigation. I can also provide dozens of other unlawful emails that I have shared with the FCC for their investigation into Murray Hill National's illegal practices. These people have no shame and have lied to me for almost four years.

I thought this company would act a little more professional. I have contacted three key people involved in a research study I participated in on Sept 11, 2024 I agreed to do a 90 minute online survey which used my time and nursing expertise for a $250.00 honorarium mailed to my home address (which was a choice they gave to me). I abided by all the requirements of the study, and did not yet receive compensation. Those I contacted either ignored my messages, would not even tell me when the study was completed and/or told me they were "checking into it now," and "this will be solved in 24 hours or less" which was the last message I received on Thursday 11/14. I am trying to contact their Institutional review board, but unsuccessful so far. I see this company has many complaints against it, and hoping you can advise me. The incentive amount was $225 It was not even $250 so that should tell you right there. I'm rejecting this response until I get my incentive of $225 for the proper study that I participated in. Just another way to delay the process in not paying me the incentive

I wanted to make a correction to the original complaint, the project manager name was *****, not Rosslyn. I confused the two names, Rosslyn has been a great project manager when I did participate in studies with her in the past.
So ***** is the individual who recruited me initially for the (Democrat)news/politics study
However, as of 10pm on Nov 18th I received payment in the amount of $200. This is $25 shy of what is owed to me. I participated in a meet and greet before the study began and a promise of $25 was for that. Also, Mrs. ***** ***** is in contact with me via email. I'm hoping this will all be sorted out soon
