    I signed up for complete360 advertising service on August 27th 2024 and was told that I would have three months to absolutely love it or get a full refund and to this date I am not absolutely loving it because it was not as easy to get it set up as the sales representative said and even though they did provide online help however, it was still so confusing that I was never able to get the account set up and running. They did offer assistance but I can not afford the extra cost. I have spent nearly $4,898 with this service but due to the high level of complexity getting started, it's completely useless. I've called, texted and emailed using the correspondence they used to contact me but so far I have not received a response and no one answers the phone. When I called the number on their website, I received a text message that says "Sorry we just missed your call. We will get back to you shortly. Also, feel free to text us back here and we'll respond at the earliest. Thank you! Complete360" And then I replied immediately stating that I am trying to cancel my subscription for a full refund within my 3 month period and no one ever replied back. Additionally, I was unable to locate any numbers or websites to reach out anyone else in hopes of getting them or someone to process this cancellation.

    February 1, 2022 I signed a contract with Complete C360 for them to provide the following services.....Obtain **** **** **** and ********** ******* set up a new business bank account, 5 business credit cards totaling $50k, $100k business loan, Master business rental car course,100% financing for up to 5 cars, and Business financials for the rental car business to get *** up to $1.5M. I paid $25k and wired it to their bank account routing XXXXXXXXX account number XXXXXXXXXX. They also have a clause on the contract that states if they do not perform steps 1-8 they would refund my $25k plus add an additional $5k. They paid me the additional $5k but keeps giving me the run around regarding $25k. I was in contact with ****** ******** (CEO, owner) and ******* ***** (co-owner). We was in continuous contact and I was promised to get my $25k refunded immediately. ****** then claimed that he gave the company to ******* ***** and continued his business with **** and writing a book. I even signed a contract through ******* stating I would receive my money by October 31st but breeched the contract Nov 1st by not sending the money as promised. ****** than said he would definitely have my money by Nov 11th but called me on Nov 9th and said that I was harassing and now I would get nothing and threatened to send me to jail for extortion. I couldn't believe it. I have never asked for a dime over my $25k and I have been more than patient with this company and ****** is playing the blame game with the co owners. In fact the money went into Complete C360 bank account and ****** ******** was the ONLY name on the account who could have access to this account which can be verified through the bank. There is another lady that is waiting as well and very stressed out like I am. I'm behind on bills and can't pay my full rent and I need my money. Also found out that 4 other clients requested refunds and got theirs, we are the only 2 left

We have outsourced the service to a third party to fulfill the client's initial request and services paid for. She is happy with our proposal and is moving forward with the third party's services. I asked for my refund before any other business happens. I was told that the responsible party was not selling her house to pay out money so I should just go another route. I asked could I just have my money back and was told that he should just let it play out with ******* ***** and o haven't heard back. This is completely FALSE IM NOT HAPPY OR WHOLE. My company is going down the drain and no one cares. I'm not sure why they lied but this is not true. Please continue with my complaint Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2023/01/04) */ ***** ***** the COO of Complete 360 spoke with the customer on January 4, 2023 after receiving the signed Reimbursement Agreement in which the company returned funds to the client via a bank wire transfer to her Company Business Bank Account for the services she no longer was interested in completing with the outsourced third party. After speaking with the client she was thankful and happy with the returned monies. Thank you for looking into the matter and allowing C360 to resolve the issue. C360 did reach out and I agreed to the refund. Although I did not receive the entire amount they did reimburse their portion. I am happy with the outcome and appreciate their resolution.
