  Exact Data a sub company of Data Axle sold me a list of over **** contacts. After it was discovered that the information that send was inaccurate with less than 10% of the information sent being inaccurate information the company restated its policy that they guarantee only 10% inaccuracies yet still refused to refund even a portion of the money spent. I lost over 3 months of accurate information which in turn could have put me at a significant disadvantage with clientele.In addition, the ******** Service agent ********************* seemed rude and unapologetic about her representation of the company. Not only will I never use them again , I have also begun legal action against this company. I'm disappointed to say Exact Data is anything but Exact.

  You know how you can tell a fake (company created) review from an actual one? It's typically one or two short sentences, only praising the company using generic language, and almost always starts with an employees full name. A real customer review is much longer, and will spell out an actual issue or compliment specific to their experience. For every 10 reviews on BBB, it appears only 1 will be a real customer. The rest are fictitious and are designed to raise their rating while drowning out the real feedback someone coming on to BBB would be looking for. This is not the **** of a legitimate or ethical company. Be wary of any company attempting to fluff their image by any means necessary.

  Starts off fine and looks helpful. However, once you start using it you realize how woefully outdated the data is. Years and years old. Often the contacts left months, if not years ago. Its an expensive waste of time. Dont waste yours.

  If you are unlucky enough to end up with the representative Barbara don't bother going through the process. After your card is charged all phone calls will go unanswered. I was promised delivery of 3000 numbers within 48-72 hours. Its been over a week now and I cannot speak to anyone and I still do not have a list. I guess I'll have to dispute the charges with my credit card.
