Exact Data a sub company of Data Axle sold me a list of over **** contacts. After it was discovered that the information that send was inaccurate with less than 10% of the information sent being inaccurate information the company restated its policy that they guarantee only 10% inaccuracies yet still refused to refund even a portion of the money spent. I lost over 3 months of accurate information which in turn could have put me at a significant disadvantage with clientele.In addition, the ******** Service agent ********************* seemed rude and unapologetic about her representation of the company. Not only will I never use them again , I have also begun legal action against this company. I'm disappointed to say Exact Data is anything but Exact.Data Axle Response

You know how you can tell a fake (company created) review from an actual one? It's typically one or two short sentences, only praising the company using generic language, and almost always starts with an employees full name. A real customer review is much longer, and will spell out an actual issue or compliment specific to their experience. For every 10 reviews on BBB, it appears only 1 will be a real customer. The rest are fictitious and are designed to raise their rating while drowning out the real feedback someone coming on to BBB would be looking for. This is not the **** of a legitimate or ethical company. Be wary of any company attempting to fluff their image by any means necessary.Data Axle Response

Starts off fine and looks helpful. However, once you start using it you realize how woefully outdated the data is. Years and years old. Often the contacts left months, if not years ago. Its an expensive waste of time. Dont waste yours.Data Axle Response

If you are unlucky enough to end up with the representative Barbara don't bother going through the process. After your card is charged all phone calls will go unanswered. I was promised delivery of 3000 numbers within 48-72 hours. Its been over a week now and I cannot speak to anyone and I still do not have a list. I guess I'll have to dispute the charges with my credit card.Data Axle Response

Per your instructions, we have delivered 1,666 records of the ordered quantity of 3,000. We were informed that you are waiting to see how these work before you will add additional area codes so we can meet the ordered appended quantity. Purchased a 100,000 person email list for my company only to find that upon emailing 10% of the list, my email provider locked me out of my account due to the poor quality of the list. After reaching out to Exact Data, they informed me I should use JMailerPro. I signed up for that service and did everything that they asked only to see that the list would take over 2 months to send and the bounce rate on the first month of sending is over 40%. The open and click rates are awful, sub 200 total. After that they refuse to answer my emails and have not responded any further to my requests for a refund. Avoid at all costs.Review from Sarah B

I was excited and I sign up back in November 2021 to start the year with better income but here is my review: The negative: As an Insurance agent I signed up for the three months plan also, $90.oo per month. After more than 350 numbers dialed, in different times and days I found that 95% of the phone numbers are disconnected and no longer in service. I sent a complaint about this issue and they sent me to an specialist who disclosed that those phone numbers are landlines!! no wonder!! and if I wanted to have the real deal cell phones the price is minimum $650.oo no counting with the annual $$ subscription that I had to pay to the government to release me permission to call the numbers, (which by the way I requested an extra state -getting 2 phone numbers only, but that is another story ). They want you to keep a list of all the disconnected numbers so they have an accurate data, something I did in the beginning but after a second thought I should be getting paid for a work that should have been done by them. They also promote the service to give the email addresses and some campaigns to help you promote your business but be prepare to hand out a lot of money. Positive: The Senior Sales is very nice and kind person, however the product they are selling is not reliable to use for sale insurance. I am sorry but I do not recommend using this provider for insurance leads unless you want to lose a lot of money and get fired for lack of production.Data Axle Response

Good afternoon ******, thank you for taking the time to speak with me this afternoon.
I understand the concerns you were having calling the consumer land lines in Genie and not being able to connect with prospective customers for your insurance services.
After discussing this with you we have proposed to cancel the Data Axle Genie membership effective February 8, 2022 with no future billings and you will have access to the platform through that time.
We also discussed other options for marketing your services like our email deployment platform or cell phone database but at this time you felt you did not want to invest any more money in those services at this time.
Thanks again and please let me know if you have any success calling the remaining numbers you downloaded.
