The exact thing that I needed to elevate my business. I am older, in my 60's. So I have some deficits in this digital technology. Thryv has been essential in teaching me how to elevate my business and LEARNING at the same time. Thanks to my onboarding person ******* ******.

Bad customer service No one ever replies to emails sent I called and got transferred to 10 different departments Spoke to someone to cancel my service and they never did. Kept getting ********** your research before you sign up.I never write bad reviews. But just do your research.Thryv

Sales and support have been fantastic. They really do take the time to understand what I need to help my business thrive. Most importantly, they help with the onboarding. Thryv is an asset, NOT a service, so you still need to put in the time and effort to make it work, BUT it streamlines and saves you so much time, compared to not using Thryv, freeing you up to run your business. Well, that was my experience. Like dogs and children, you get a return on the effort that you put into it!Thryv

“I had a negative experience with thryv due to not honoring what they promised me. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the company did not respond or provide a satisfactory solution. I want to warn other consumers about this issue and stay away from this company, they will take your money and run. Please stay away they are scammers!Thryv

Very confusing company...... One min they are telling you they are Yellow pages and a select few other companies, but when an issue arises, they become unassociated and place blame on the "other" entity.... I was going to use these guys for marketing help, but after loosing control over my business listing and hours of wasted time and being avoided, i want nothing to do with this company "thryv" or whoever they are! They talk a good game and speak like all the company names are one, but at the end of the day, they create confusion and are not all the same company like they say.... id ***** clear of these guys and find a better solution for your marketing needs. If i could give a 0 star i would! Your loss for mishandling a potential client. I will definitely be going to your competition and using them.Thryv
