Summary of Events:Initially, I was informed by **** ****** that I was applying for an *** loan, and I completed all necessary paperwork promptly. At some point, I was told by my realtor that **** was working on securing 100% financing for my home purchase, which led to my decision to use my down payment funds to pay off debts as instructed by ****.Despite assurances that 100% financing was in place, my credit scores failed to meet the necessary criteria after **** performed a rescore. This led to multiple missed closing dates, starting with December 6th, followed by the 15th and 20th, and finally a promised date before January 10th, none of which were met.On top of these delays, I was informed that **** had transferred my loan to a new company without my authorization. I was unaware that **** had left Supreme Lending on the day I was supposed to close, and I did not give permission for my file to be shared with another company.Impact on My Life: The emotional and mental toll this situation has caused is substantial. Since November, my life has been in constant turmoil, unable to enjoy my family during the holiday season, which is especially important to me. The ongoing uncertainty and stress caused by this process have led to sleepless nights, heightened anxiety, and a sense of *************** a first-time homebuyer, I never expected to experience such a stressful and mishandled process. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication from Supreme Lending.Request for Resolution: In light of the distress and inconvenience caused, I am requesting the following actions to resolve this matter:1.Compensation for Emotional Distress and Financial Loss:2.Formal Apology: 3.Reimbursement for Costs Incurred: 4.Privacy and Data Protection Assurance:5.Steps to Prevent Future Issues: 6.Commitment to Accountability and Transparency:Conclusion: The experience I had with Supreme Lending was deeply upsetting.Business Response

Dear Ms. ************************ accept this response to address the concerns you provided regarding your loan application and your Loan Officer, **** ******.
We escalated your concerns about the handling of your loan application to ***** *****, Mr. ****** former Branch Manager. He advised that he discussed the circumstances with you and apologized for any inconvenience that ********* handling of your application may have caused. He explained that you spoke with him previously, and that he had also apologized at that time, and provided options for you to continue with your loan with Supreme Lending, but that, understandably, you decided to proceed with another lender.
Your concerns were also escalated to our **************** who informed us that a Cease-and-Desist Letter was sent to Mr. ****** current company, Titan Lending. The letter demands that they destroy all information they may have for you from the file Mr. ****** brought with him. We would recommend that you follow-up with Titan Lending to express your concerns about Mr. ****** actions.
We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity youve provided for us to improve. We understand your feelings about working with Supreme Lending in the future, however, we are here to help if you ever need assistance. Thank you.

I spoke with a customer service representative about making a monthly payment prior to payment being reported as a 30 day late. I made the August payment on the 30th day by phone so it would credit the day of and as of today I see the payment was reported as a 30 day late. I have not had any 30 day late payments. I called to specifically ask about this and they still turned around and reported the payment late. I worked so hard on my credit and im not happy about being told one thin And they doing another.Business Response

This company foreclosed on properties and does not secure and clean the property. They allow for squatters to enter the property and risk the surrounding home to be infested by pests and rodentsBusiness Response
Date: 09/20/2024
We respectfully dispute the complaint from ****** *********. After the foreclosure was completed, we sought to take possession of the property but found the property to be occupied. Since it is possible that the occupants are lawful tenants of the previous owner that was foreclosed on rather than squatters, we are subject to the Keep Chicago Renting Ordinance and must mail and post the appropriate notices and serve a demand letter before any eviction action can be filed with the court. Thank you.Customer Answer
Date: 09/20/2024
I am rejecting this response because: As the lawfull owner of the property you need to keep the property CLEAN! That has nothing to do with the foreclosure or eviction process.Business Response
Date: 09/23/2024
Dear Ms. *********************** you for your reply. As stated in our prior response, we are subject to the Keep Chicago Renting Ordinance, and so we are following the required steps before any eviction action can be filed. We are currently pursuing options to maintain the property and are attempting to have this completed as soon as possible.

This company robo-calls me daily from multiple numbers and there's no way to get through to a person to be removed from the list. It gives an option to press 9 to be placed on the do-not-call list, however, it doesn't work. Nothing happens and it's driving me crazy.Business Response

******************,
Thank you for your response. We understand you are still receiving calls, however, as we explained, these calls are not coming from Supreme Lending. These calls are coming from a third-party service hired by another company. They are using our name without consent, and we have pursued legal action to have the calls ceased. We are documenting the occurrence and reporting it within the aforementioned legal action. Please do not provide the callers with any of your personal information. Our hope is that the calls will cease as soon as possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we could do so, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Problem began 2021 ***** Everett Financial,Inc continues to contact me via government mail. Sending constant harassment soliciting business for Home Warranty policy. Which I continue to decline any services from this company. I have advised them repeatedly by phone and written correspondence to not contact me that I am not interested in there business. However, this harassment continues to escalate. I return mail, refuse mail & call them to remove my name from there database. It seems to only continue.Business Response

I sold my house in 2022 but a late payment was reported in 2023. This discrepancy postpone a purchase of a new property. Supreme Lending was not helpful at all, this company knows how to say F*** You with a smile on their face.Don't use them for a mortgage as they don't care about people. Good afternoon,
****************** entered into a Covid-19 Forbearance effective 2/01/2022. At the end of the forbearance plan, ****************** advised us that she was ready to resume making normal payments, so we supplied her with a Partial Claim agreement which would bring her account current and due for 9/01/2022.However, ***************** failed to make any payments after partial claim was completed and instead received state assistance in December 2022.
****************** then ceased communications with Supreme Lending due to Cease & Desist order received effective 7/20/2023 and no payments have been made since. We have since received Ms. ******** request to remove American Home Solutions from the account as of 12/28/2023.
Furthermore, the loan is now due for 6/01/2023-1/01/2024, in total for $13,057.72. We are unable to accept $6,000.00. At this time,we would need total reinstatement since ****************** appealed the assistance offered 11/16/23 for a repayment plan effective 1/2024-8/01/2024.Initial Complaint
