This is a complaint regarding the supreme lending on w. Charleston in Las Vegas Nevada. 1. It shouldn't take 7 months to complete a refi. 2. Not attentive to my schedule of when I was available to talk 3. Should have explained the formula for refi. I have 20 years of history never missing a mortgage payment and a credit score over 800 but those don't seem to matter, because I wasn't explained the formula. 4. Then tried to keep the process going and got the cold shoulder, very unprofessional. 5. Had questions regarding things I was asked to do and asked for clarification and no response, very unprofessional.

We obtained a refinance of a loan with Supreme Lending at the end of May, 2021. We were to make a July payment of $2,454 dollars for July. Instead we made an overpayment of $7,000 and indicated that the remainder should be applied to principal. My check was cashed on June 24 for $7,000, however only the $2,454 was applied to the account. Our loan was then sold to PHH Lending. I have been calling Supreme lending to see where the additional $4,545 is, however they have inappropriately retained this amount since June without transferring it to the new owner, and thus not only are we missing $4,545, we are also responsible for additional principal on amount we have already paid.

FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS BEWARE!! What started off as such an easy transparent process quickly turned out to be an embarrassing and frustrating one. I received my final amount to close the same day of closing wich made it frustrating to know what I needed to bring to the table. We get there to only sit at the table and find out Supreme lending mis calculated the amount and I was $2,000 Short I had to leave the table and go get another cashiers check from my bank and come back. Thank good I had that money in my account. So many hands are involved in their process and nobody seems to catch anything until last minute. I was Told by Saul he was working on a $1500 credit while we were waiting on the wire transfer to the bank and then once the closing was complete was told it would be a stretch because it was now all done.I will make sure to work with my network of builders and real estate Agents to insure they stay away from here. I really feel Mislead and lied to. Especially at the closing.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/25) */ Dear Mr. *******, Please accept our response to your complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding the additional funds required to close your loan being received shortly prior to the time of closing. An investigation into your complaint has concluded the additional $2000 required to close your loan at the time of closing was part of your sales contract which stated that the buyer would pay up to $2000 of the sellers closing costs. The Seller's Real Estate Agent raised the issue just prior to closing, and so the amount was required to be included. You told the Loan Officer you did not want to delay the closing date, and so the $1500 credit was mentioned as a possible solution to avoid the delay but as he confirmed, was not available at that time. We understand that the late addition to the final amount caused you frustration, and appreciate the opportunity to review this for you. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us at *****************@supremelending.com. Respectfully, Consumer Relations
