Supreme Lending is horrible..and unethical. The customer service is really bad and the way they talked to my wife was totally disrespectful. All the care about is money, not people. They've lied to us multiple times, and after reading other people's reviews a knowing how crappy they are as a company.. I would never refer anyone to them. In fact... I'm on social media warning people not to be fooled by them.

      Mr. *****,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, Mrs. ***** is not a party to the transaction and for privacy reasons we are unable to discuss loan details with her. All calls with our customer service department are recorded and have been reviewed. The customer service representative explained to Mrs. ***** that your written authorization is needed in order to discuss the details of your account. We will contact you via the email address provided.

I received a phone call from David with Supreme Lending. I notified him that I already received a loan with another lender, he countered that his rates are better (stating they're in the 4% - Jumbo Loan). He then asked what my current percentage is. When I told him the rates I got, he told me that it's not possible, there's no such thing and "goodluck with that" in the most sarcastic way. I generally would not even bother leaving a review but this was incredibly unprofessional. He should of just said, "thanks for letting me know and have a good day". I explained to him that I received an approval/commitment letter but he said "yeah right". Why would I lie? In hindsight, I shouldn't have even answered him and just said "not interested" or something then hang up. In summary, do not recommend. There are other companies who are professional and/or respect their clients.

The Meridian Team/Supreme Lending are predatory lenders. I refinanced last month to help pay down some debt, and before my first new mortgage was due, I have received several letters saying my loan has been sold. They did not inform me before hand that this is what they are known for doing.. My previous lender would have never. Now I have to try and sort this mortgage crisis out. Do not go with them, and if you have to because of a low credit score, pay off your dent and then refinance with some one more creditable even if its to just transfer services.

      Dear Ms. ******

Please accept this response to your review, and to your claims regarding Meridian/Supreme Lending. We have reviewed your file and have found nothing predatory about the sale/transfer of your loan. If you refer to your loan documents, specifically the Fixed Rate Note, it is made very clear that the Note is a negotiable instrument which may be sold or transferred.

While we understand that you were unhappy that your loan was sold/transferred, there was no wrongdoing committed. Please simply follow the instructions provided in the letter you received from your new lender to avoid any complications. Feel free to follow up with us if you have any questions at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX.

      Respectfully,

      Consumer Relations
