      Worst experience ever since purchasing a vehicle ********** was my sales person and she lied on every level I won't ever purchase another vehicle from that lot I took the truck in for repairs and they said they would fix the issues on them and not to worry when I went to get the truck issues were not resolved and they expect for me to pay for problems they sold me if you see friendly chevrolet run for the hills do not deal with those liars they are very deceiving they do not deserve 1 star they need 0 stars

      The customer service and communication in the ****************** is pathetic. My vehicle was here a week for a check engine light and in that week, the first service advisor was "was no longer with the company." The 2nd person has been off for the past 2 days. So, drop your vehicle off and it just sits for a week. Plus, they didn't change the oil or do the tire rotation... in a week! What a failure and disappointment....

      Took my truck in for service December 2022 they kept it for months got it back until July and was having many issues. They do not answer to try and fix the problem. They also got many services approved by my insurance without my consent for services that were not done. It has been a horrible experiencia to deal with.

      Worst dealer in ****** , they crashed my truck during an oil change visit sense then my truck is having problems that obviously to them is not because of that so I told them that I want to trade it so they send me with a sales man ****** he offer to help me but it was on Saturday 10/7/2023 and service manager wasnt there so he told me that he needs to be there in order to helping me so he told me to go back on Monday 10/09/2023 at 9:30am which I did I go at 9:30 am so I went with him and he told me that all managers were at the meeting talking about my problem so I trusted him but it was almost 1:00 pm I decide to talk to ***** again the service manager and he went and talk to them but they still ignored me so I decide to went and talk to ***** the sales manager he apologized and told me that he did know that I was there so I feel discriminated because every one past by me and no one ask me if I been helped so after I talk to ***** they still can find a solution for me so they send me back with ***** and he still ***t help because they said that the problem isnt caused because of the crashed so please *** ***t go to this dealer I been struggling for three weeks now

      Bassil ******* is a sales man at friendly. I told him what truck I was looking for and he told me it was in stock. I told him I was over an hour away. After driving an hour and 45 min to get there, he wouldn’t come see me. Instead he had some girl ask me if I was interested in 2 different trucks. Turns out the truck I told him I wanted was sold earlier in the day. He lied to me to get me to the dealership and then tried to bait me into other trucks.. too much of a coward to do that himself though. Friendly will never get my business now. I just spent almost a full 3 hours in the car for nothing

      My husband and I purchased a car at Friendly 9/26/22 I signed a document called a "We owe Delivery Confirmation". It basically states that we are purchasing this vehicle and they would fix 3 wheel will parts on our vehicle. We took the car in to get fixed last week on 10/19/22 and we received the car back today 10/28/22. The company only fixed 2 wheel ***** out of the 3. They said the 3rd one was "too complicated". Which we did not agree on how complicated it would be to get it fixed, but that the issue would be fixed upon purchasing this vehicle. We spoke to the general manager and he said very clearly they were not going to fix it. I have the contract that finance gave us on a USB and it very clearly says they would fix all 3 parts. Now we have a 50k+ vehicle with very noticeable damage to the right rear wheel will. How can you promise a client we will fix certain parts if you purchase a vehicle, and now since its "too complicated" they won't fix them. It's just unacceptable.

      I damaged my car from potholes, taking to this location, friendly service back in Dec. 2021 and have been going and forward since. I have not had my car for a full month.... Mr. Doug replace parts that didn't need replacement and repair technician didn't know how to put these parts installed back in the car. They had my car a month at times and I picked the car up and a-day or two later I have to take it back because something they replace or repaired, so they say.... Now May second 2022 my car is there again and been there for more than a week. They don't keep you posted about anything concerning your car, have none existent transparency. these people are totally incompetent and mean with bad attitudes. My Insurance Company paid thousands for my car to be repaired and its been a nightmare. If they could just get my car right they would never see me again. I wasn't planning on buying a car 2017 is not old I was going to retire with this car there's no need to buy a new car but that changes now I need to buy a new car. Friendly Chevrolet ripped the insurance company off as well as myself they have caused me not to be able to go to work for days at a time. I chose to go to friendly Chevrolet because I thought that Chevrolet probably would be the best to work on a Chevrolet, well mistake. Please read and save yourself from a nightmare.
