I made an online purchase for an item that was deceptive in the marketing. According to the advertisement and product description, I was lead to believe I had purchased a whole unit, when if fact, the company only sent me one piece of the whole unit. When I immediately contacted the company, I was told that they would only issue me a 20% refund even though I never used the item. Their process to obtain a refund was questionable, as well. I was instructed to take pictures of the item and send it in, so I was forced to open the package of the item. I had to wait nearly a week for a response, and then was told I'm only entitle to a 20% refund for an item I did not want. I'm being forced to pay an unfair price for an item that I will never use because it is incomplete.Business Response

This company has a history of numerous complaints similar to mine. They are known to send incomplete items and claim that it's the fault if the purchaser.
I want a full refund for the item Balma Home sent me that was incomplete. I've attached a copy of the order summary that clearly shows the item DESCRIPTION AND a photo, however I was only sent one part of cover, so it's completely useless. Balma Home is refusing my refund claiming the item is as described, but clearly the item description is what I thought I was purchasing.
I'm still seeking a full refund.

I ordered a travel backpack with wheels and received no backpack but a travel bag. I emailed them last week and still no response. I checked my order and it says it was a backpack. They are not responding. My daughter needs for school so I either want the correct item and a pick up of wrong item or money back and a postage paid label for sending back their item.
