  Horrible buisiness model. They ban/shadow ban regular REAL people but allow the the following people to operate without a problem:Crypto scammers Other Scammers Foreign Spies Prostitutes Human Traffickers Match group clearly supports and defends this type of activity while banning regular real people.

  Too many profiles are showing up as "UNAVAILABLE"...... this is disrespectful of the people who paid good money to access and use the site. Terrible company..... shut it down.

  This is a horrible, horrible business. They do not communicate and they take your money and then ban you for no reason. They are unethical and, please stay far away from match.com. They are unreasonable, non-communicative, and tarnish peoples names for no reason. Additionally, they do not give any reason for their bans and do not communicate or give a refund for the money you paid in advance. This is a scam site and they should be held accountable for their terrible business practices. I hope that they face justice for the way they treat people.

  Same as other comments, have been banned with no reason. And when I asked for an explanation they said they will not answer any further communication. I am a respectful person and always genuine and honest. I read their rules and did not break any. I do not know what will happen to my money. I have had restricted access to my account every time I tried to add a picture or a better text to my profile. Every time I was told it was in error. The last one they said I was banned for good. match.com banned me with no explanation and money taken. All I want is proof that I was wrong, and when they cannot provide it, to activate my account. My name is being tarnished now between people who probably think I ghosted them, because I am not on the website.

  Tinder Ban Appeal Complaint Type: Problem with a Product or **************** Match Group (Hinge)---Complaint:I was permanently banned from the tinder dating app without being given any specific reason or explanation. I followed the proper appeal process through the app and received a final denial, which included a vague reference to terms of service violations. No clear evidence or actionable feedback was provided.I am a veteran of the **** and pride myself on treating others with respect, including on dating platforms. Ive never harassed anyone or acted inappropriately, and I find this outcome unfair and damaging to my reputation.I respectfully asked Hinge for a human review and fair evaluation, but they closed the case without transparency or accountability. I was not informed of what specific action or report led to this ban, which makes it impossible to understand or correct any ******** a paying user, I am simply requesting a clear explanation or the opportunity to have my account reinstated after a true, unbiased review by someone at Match Group. Im willing to comply with all guidelines and conduct myself respectfully, as I always have.---Desired Outcome:A human-led review of my case and possible reinstatement of my account, OR A clear explanation of the specific violation I allegedly committed so I can understand and move forward.

  Im trying to delete my account. No response from customer support via email. Ive sent several messages. Supposedly the only way to get ahold of them. I cant delete my account myself as I forgot my password. And the password reset link doesnt work, I never receive the email. I feel like no body is working here. What a scam. Do not sign up with Match.com! Zero stars not one.

  Disgusting, Unjust Ban Without Evidence Match Group is Collapsing Match Group banned me from their services without warning, without showing any proof of misconduct, and without giving me a single chance to explain or appeal. No due process, no transparencyjust silence and a generic message. Its pathetic, disgraceful, and shows exactly why their platforms are spiraling downward. If this is how they treat users, then good. They deserve to collapse. Stay far away.

  Joined Hinge today. Made an account, completed facial verification. Was enjoying talking to a really cool Match, totally clean conversation, when I got alerted out of the Blue that I was banned. I did absolutely nothing wrong.

  Banned me without any real reason and I never went against any of their policies, I paid membership for over two years and always used hinge responsibly to meet people and to date.
