      While some people may have had controversial prompts or opinions, I went on a long hiatus from the app and everything was working just fine but after some time I reopened the app to find myself banned. Unsure why or how this occurred. As far as what I am hearing many people of color specifically men are banned almost inexplicably. This could be a case of racial discrimination possibly. My case and many others could potentially be a case of gender bias and discrimination.

      Match.com is a horrible business. They prevented from cancelling my account for weeks. When I was finally able to do so, they indicated that I still had 6 months remaining, indicating they had billed me six months in advance or tacked on some kind of penalty. There is no way to speak to a person at Match and no has responded to my repeated written requests to address this issue. Do yourself a favor and choose another dating site before you are grossly overbilled!

      I am appealing the removal of my Hinge account as I am unclear about the reason or which community guidelines I may have violated. I have not been given a chance to address any issues or understand the decision.Despite reaching out and receiving an automated response, I have not been able to get clarity on this matter. I kindly request a review of my case and reconsideration of my account status. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I was fraudulently from one of their products. I submitted an appeal through their system that was rejected within 15 minutes. After that I reached out to support multiple times asking for what part of my account was outside their terms of service- all of which were ignored.

      I got banned off hinge for absolutely no reason other than having a controversial conversation prompt. They gave me an appeal process and denied it. Reinstate my account

      I have been a paying customer doing absolutely nothing wrong, but I got banned. I hear that many men get banned but no women I know are getting banned. It seems like discrimination. The banning is automated and it seems like AI. There used to be warnings but not anymore. If I am willing to pay for a service why would I be randomly banned? And why does this happen so often to men? Match group tries to get as much money out of people as they can, and then get rid of them. I have no idea how they are still able to conduct business this way.

      This company needs to tell their consumers why they get a permanent ban. I was banned back in December of last year for reasons I was not informed of besides an automated email saying I was apparently in violation of our terms of service and when I made an appeal to it, I received the same in violation of our terms of service. After spending money countless times on Hinge and Tinder, I feel cheated and scammed of my money. I have never EVER sent any sexual messages or anything relating to getting me permanently banned. On top of that, I would consider my pictures on my profiles to be completely and totally innocent considering in every picture I have clothes on because I have body dysmorphia. I would like to be able to use these apps again because of the fact I just was diagnosed with agoraphobia back a few months ago, so it is very rare for me to go out to public places let alone talk to people. BBB could you please help me get unbanned from these apps?

      I am not sure if there is any human being involved in Match.com management. It has been impossible to speak to anyone via phone except for a person who answered their 800# who barely speaks English and sounded like he was on the other side of the world. All email correspondence was from different people with strange names who would not answer my questions and would ask me the same questions. I think they were bots. I was not able to log on to my account because it kept saying my phone number could not be verified. So, I couldn't even log on to cancel my subscription and I was charged $51.44. When I finally reached someone by phone (who could barely speak English) he told me that my account had been compromised and asked my to download an App and give him permission to access my cellphone! I would not do this. I think that Match.com is really scary and I will NEVER use them again.
