    I am filing a complaint against Tinder regarding an unjustified ban from their services. My issues began when I noticed my new account was shadowbanned with no explanation, preventing me from using the app normally. After contacting customer support, the problem persisted. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I created a new account, but the same issue occurred, and my account was again restricted. I have never violated the app's rules or guidelines. I respectfully request that the ban be lifted and that I be allowed to create a new account without further issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not violated any of the rules and regulations set by the company. 

    Why was my account always getting shadowbanned and no one helping. The only solution I know was to start a new account and thats the only reasons, nothing violent or going after someone on the platform.

    We need to come up with a better solution because this is not fair. I dont think anything is even being checked out. Please go through this again and help. 

    I must respectfully disagree with the decision to ban my account. I believe this may be a system error, as I have not violated any of Tinders Terms of Use. I have always adhered to the platforms guidelines and acted appropriately.
    I would appreciate it if you could review my case again, as I am confident that no wrongdoing has occurred on my end. If there is any specific information you need from me to help resolve this, I would be more than happy to provide it.

    I am rejecting this response because: I dont believe I violated any of the terms of use. I was banned from Tinder for no reason to my knowledge, then when I attempted to create a hinge account, it was immediately banned as well. I also didnt realize it was all the same company. But again, I dont know what term or policy I violated. I basically have the same profile set up on another app and have been using it without issue. Im truly at a loss.

I am a US military service member, so I appreciate privacy and security. However, I didnt do anything outside of normal use. To my knowledge, I hadnt even matched with anyone on either service.     I was communicated by Hinge that my ban originated from another app under ************ and the only other app I downloaded under the company was Tinder. I only had Tinder for a very short time before deleting the app, so I am not sure why I would be banned from using *********** apps. I don't believe I even messaged anyone on the apps; I was of age, civil, and did not cause any harm to anyone.     After undergoing a social gender transition, I temporarily paused my Tinder Account. I unpaused it after a time and changed my gender markers, but after this point, the app no longer functions for me. I am not visible in my local area, and likes that I submit do not go through.     I am writing to formally request a review and reinstatement of my Tinder account associated with the phone number ************.
    My account was recently banned without warning or explanation, and I have not received any information that justifies this action. I believe this to be a mistake, as I have not engaged in any behavior that would violate Tinders Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
    To make matters more difficult, the link provided in the notification email leads to the appeal center, which I am unable to access due to the ban itself.     I was previously banned from your platform, and despite my appeal, which was denied incorrectly, I maintain that I did not violate any of your policies. Regardless, I now wish to exercise my full right to be forgotten.
    Specifically, I request that you delete:
    All account-related information (including login credentials, profile data, photos, messages, and behavioral data)
    Any metadata, behavioral analysis, and algorithmic profiling associated with my account

    Although we are unable to provide specifics through this channel to ensure compliance with our Privacy Policy, further details of this decision will be provided via our appeal process if possible under this Policy.
