I joined PLM in 8/22. *** guaranteed $5000 profits within 3 months with less than $10K investment and with 1.5-2 hrs time commitment per day, if not: tuition reimbursement was guaranteed if 80% of course was completed. *** offered coaching support. I did not recieve copy of agreement I signed. The tuition was $9k and I got a loan with ********** My assigned coach was not helpful and 2 hours time commitment per day was not sufficient to keep up with the course. The biggest obstacle was sourcing the products: even when I hired agents on Fiverr, I could not fulfill my orders. I managed to get one product but the quality was so poor, I could not sell it. At the end of my program I did not manage to sell anything. I was completely overwhelmed and the continuing costs were killing my finances: I opened LLC, trademarked company name and logo, I had to buy a computer to work on, office supplies, shipping supplies, sku numbers, monthly Amazon Seller fees of $39, monthly ******** software fees of $89. Considering my investment of money and time to that point, I decided to try again and signed up for additional membership: the Excellarator at $499 per month. Again, even with help of sourcing agent I could not source the products approved by ***.I tried once more and scanned ove r200 product ideas but none met cryteria to be sourced or could not be sourced. After a year of trying, I decided to cut my losses and resigned. I accrued close to $15k loss. I do not believe I would get my tuition reimbursed so I never asked. I did however got reimbursed for the Excellerator membership, which I am truly grateful for but which is not enough to help me recover financial losses due to my involvement with ***.

I purchased a membership with private label mastery on November 30 2022. I was told though a zoom call with one of their reps that if I did not have a product launched with 6 months of starting the program or I was dissatisfied I would be able to get my money back. I explained to the young lady that what she had said to me was very important because I had a sick child at home and I was using basically all of my savings to pay for this program. She said she understood and that the program would pay for itself in a few months of starting. I worked hard I did my courses my coaching calls, the live meetings. My father passed away in January of 2023 but I didnt stop I pushed through only to deal with multiple changes within the course and the only coach I had ever worked with no longer being with the company. I did not have a product launched within 6 months or by the 6th month and then couldnt even get my product launched for over a month I reached out to *** through call, through email when someone finally set up a call with me they could still not help me with the issue. I reached out through their community called circle which is just other students such as myself but no help. At this point I hadnt even been able to meet with the new coach that they had appointed me because I already had an appointment set from when the previous coach was working with me but our previous meeting consisted of her telling me that she would no longer be with the company. This company made a lot of false promises on the initial zoom call. Im sure those calls are recorded and should be played back be side they are very deceitful. I would like a refund!

I was looking for an opportunity to make extra money and i came cross the video from PLM and i thought it would be a great fit for me to get into my own business and make money. I got on a call with one of their team member and i believed her and filled all the papers with them as they asked me to. And after i saw there is loan on my credit which was between ****k. They started taking money from my bank account each month for almost $250 which started in Feb'23. Till now i have paid almost $1500 dollars. I made accounts and the started the course but after a while i was not able to access anything. I tried to schedule meeting but every time i tried to get on a call my calls were always cancelled stating i cancelled the meeting. I just want my money back and i would like to remove the loan from my credit. I am making average money which covers all my expenses hardly and on the top *** is taking money from me on monthly basis which i can't afford. I would really appreciate if i can my money back and other than that i won't need anything,

Here is my story: I saw ******* video on ******* about PLM and how it is easy to start your own business and earn money. I signed up to get more information. I was contacted by a sales person and was told that success and earning money is guaranteed if I follow the steps as per their course modules. I was told that I will be able to breakeven my upfront cost of $10,000 and start earning profits as soon as six months. I joined the program in July 2022 through a loan from a bank that *** partnered with. I was assigned a coach to work with. There was on average 3 days of delay in getting response from coach on submitted ideas to launch a product. Also, there were lot of challenges getting products from ***** and other countries and there was not much help from *** team. In between they changed our coach without any notice and the delays in hearing back from the coach further increase. After all these struggles in getting the product launched, I contacted the new coach **** on Jan 17, 2023 to discontinue the course and stop our payments as we couldnt launch a single product. After one week, *** called me and asked me to complete 80% of the modules by Feb 17, 2023 in order to get my money back. I spent multiple sleepless nights to complete more than 80% of the modules and reached out to *** on Feb 14th. As there was no response, I contacted **** about the response. **** mentioned that *** had the final say and asked me to contact her. *** called me on Feb 15th and told me that I will not get my money back as I didnt launch any product. I asked her why she didnt tell me this before and instead asked me to complete 80% of the modules, there was no response. I feel cheated and swindled of my hard earned money by a SCAM program.

I contacted *** according to the video advertised saying that we will make money on amazon. 5 minutes after signing up, I was contacted by someone who was not the owner. I contacted them just to have infos but the lady was very pushy and telling me that there is nothing to do much, I will be showed our to sell on amazone and will make a lot of money. She asked for **** dollars. I told her that it is expensive and I cannot afford. She said she will help find a loan, and I Will make a lot of money from amazone, I shoul not worry. She found a loan and I am paying every month, but the amazon products not selling. They lie to us by the way they presented their business. They did not explain much at the beginning and contract so that they can catch me in their trap. I would like my money back. Now I am not able to pay the loan since I am not making money on amazon

I am a single mother, supporting my son and mother, work full time, looking to make extra money to pay for house and leaving expenses, ran across PLM in Instagram, *************************** describing how HER *** program will provide with the information and coaching in six months to have a successful business that will soon pay for and over my full time job, dedicating 10 - 16 hours a week. After filling out a form from the infomercial in instragram, I was contacted by a team member in January 14, 2023. After a series of questions verifying the information I had provided, that I was a single mom, full time employed and assured me the six month program is successful in people especially like me, in my situation. He went on to say that for $9,500.00 my future will be bright, I said there is no way, that is too much money, I can't afford it, he insisted and provided me with a link to apply for a loan that will pay $199.00 a month 0% apr for 18 months, but not to worry, because I will be making so much money in the first 6 months, that it will pay off way before that. He then went on to tell me he had been in my position and now after 9 months he is making 6 figures, he has quit his job and works with *** helping others. I fell for it, but everytime in the training something came up buy this, buy that program to make it work, there is no ending to the money. I opened and closed my LLC co, I couldn't afford it anymore, June ****** those dreams had to come to an end, and I am in debt for over $12,000.00, my son in college and mother ill. Working more than ever to pay for the fiasco off falling for false advertisement.

    - I signed up for the *** program on 11/04/2022. During the enrollment call, I believe the course was not presented to me transparently, the income projection was presented deceptively, and undue pressure was put on me to sign up and remain even after I requested a refund.- During the enrollment call with ********, I expressed that the course may not be relevant for my circumstance. She insisted that it was relevant and suggested that I could increase my profits to $8,000-10,000 per month. I decided to sign up and pay the $9,000 for the 18 month payment loan - After I signed up, I looked through the course content and decided the course was not relevant for me. I called ******** back the next day and requested a refund, but she insisted that the course was right for me and that I should continue. She insisted I speak with another coach ***** before making a decision. I told her again I would like to withdraw and get a refund, but she insisted again that I ********************* before making a decision. I spoke with ***** that week. I told her that I don't believe the course is the right fit and that I wanted a refund. She insisted that I continue. During the calls with ******** and *****, I experienced undue pressure to continue the $9,000 course that I believed was not relevant for me.- I ended up signing up for the course despite my initial strong reservations, and now that I have completed the 6 month course I am sorely disappointed with the value I received from the program compared to the expectations and guarantees made to me during the enrollment calls. I was told I could profit upwards of $10,000 per month with my existing products, but I ended up losing several thousand dollars in the process.

My wife had seen a ******** ad describing how to make a lot of money quickly by creating your own Amazon business. On the Ad it showed something about how she made over $1,000,000 on Amazon and that we could too. We signed up for a free consultation call with ****** to learn more. We learned that the fee was $6,800 and were told that we would expect to make our money back from the course fee in a few months and would be making a consistent income in three to six months. She told us that this was a proven strategy as I was worried about throwing our money away and not get what was promised. She said we would make our investment back in less than six months and keep making an income. So we had to wait a day to get our cash from our other investment account and send her the money. After getting the course material we watched all the videos, read through her content and started to feel a sense of untruthfulness. The videos didn't really give us an exact way other than a broad guideline. When we started to find a product that would be our first to sell we committed to a woven hand basket and bought a few hundred. We created our own label and got them all packaged up and sent into Amazon. But after a few months we were only able to sell a hand full and were being charged by Amazon for keeping products there too long without it selling. So we decided to take down the listing and cut our losses at nearly $10,000. We felt hopeless as we had spent almost all our savings on this proven strategy but in the end we were disappointed and had to move on. However the feeling of betrayal never went away over the years. We were just starting our family and trying to make ends meet but our financial safety net was taken away from us and only put us in more debt and stress because of it. After getting an email about the BBB looking into the *** business and possible unethical acts, we felt a need to send this in as we feel we were taken advantage of.Thank you.

To whom it may ********* joined Private label mastery August 4th, 2022, immediately after my graduation from college I was in a hurry to find an additional source of income then I stumbled into a ******* add ***. I loved what I saw, and I quickly thought that the opportunity would change my financial situation in less than 3 months as said in the advert. I scheduled a consultation and had a zoom meeting the following day. What surprised me was that another different woman who did not introduce herself properly spoke with me and told me to mention my goals for joining ***. I told her I was ready, and she mentioned I would need a capital of $12,000 to start the class I declined immediately because I did not have that type of money I was just out of school, and I was working as a caregiver with minimum wage of $12 an hour. I immediately thought of how financial burden that would be on me and how difficult it would be for me to get that kind of money. The woman immediately assured me that they would offer me a loan I did know what I was getting myself into until when the woman lied to me that after 3 months, I would be able to pay back the loan and start making $10,000-$15,000 monthly. I reluctantly accepted the loan, and I did not receive the cash into my account. The money went straight to them. I started the *** class but could not complete it. I sent a mail out that I have been struggling with the class and the financial burden is taken a troll on me as I am working 3 jobs to pay my bills and the loan. I have been lied to and deceived to join *** to better my life. However, I have found myself in this ****** would appreciate assistance to get my money back at this point I am frustrated, tired and cannot take this anymore I need my money back.I will be willing to provide further information as regards the process of this filling. Thanks *** member since August 2022
