In the past, I've felt like I was shorted medication, but I had assumed it was my mistake and did not verify. That's my fault for not taking the time and I own that. But, this last order shorted me two medications. The pharmacy had no problem taking my money and then just quietly not giving me what I ordered. Then they say there's no customer service phone number because that's how they keep their costs down. It seems more like they keep their costs down by robbing their customers!Very unhappy with the service! I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. They did not fix my problem, they said they canceled the order because I was out of refills which was not accurate, but at least they gave me back my money so I can get my medicine somewhere else, seeing as how I will need it in the next two days. So, the response was adequate, but not wonderful. Still contemplating if I will continue to use their pharmacy or go elsewhere.Initial Complaint

I have an account with **** ********************** Cost-Plus Drugs. Since 9/4/24, I have been trying to get assistance in getting to my locked account. I have been asking for a link to reset my password. I have as of 9/6/24, gotten a case number but no further resolutions. I have been given and "emergency number" but it provides no more information other than information that is available on their website. I tried to get my prescription filled numerous times and each time they told me that they never received the prescription. I sent proof that my covering provider submitted it three times and each time they came back giving me the same number to call or fax a new prescription. I was in email contact with a *******. My provider has faxed, called and did everything required. It is to the point where my provider says have them call me and the only response from the company is have the provider call us. On Saturday June 22 my *** account services notified me that a package was on the way to me ****************. checking...that is the pharmacy location that originally shipped the medication that was shorted.
I finally got notified of the shipment and rectification of the error on Monday June 24th by **** Cuban CarePlus Pharmacy.
Criticism: Mark Cuban Cost Plus Pharmacy does not respond to filling out their question forms nor do they respond to calling them. they need in these areas.
The medication was delivered Monday as well.
I have learned I need to be cautious when using discount pharmacies.I believe this issue is resolved. Cheap is not necessarily better.

June 11. I placed my first order with the business, with expedited shipping because my doctor's had mishandled placing the original prescription. All week I waited and the order did not ship, despite the $15 I paid for expedited shipping. So I go to my pharmacy to have the order filled there and then and email to request to cancel my order.Cost Plus Responds and says their internal team has to reach out to another team to be able to cancel the order. Conveniently for them my order shipped a few hours after they told me that. The company provided via email a phone number I supposedly should have called for quicker action. However, ******** this number reveals it is no where to be found on their website - only buried deep in other comments and forums. Their own website was only the fourth result.All in, I paid for the service of expedited shipping and CPD delayed in both fulfilling my order and in cancelling upon acknowledgement of request. Standard shipping is typically 5-7 business days and expedited is 3-5 business days in addition to the 3 day processing time. It looks like your order should still arrive within your expedited shipping frame (June 21). On 5/27/2024 Cost Plus Drugs sent me an e-mail that notified me that they received my Prescription renewal from my doctor and invited me via embedded link to complete the order. This was for a drug that I have been ordering and receiving from Cost Plus Drugs. I need this drug for control of a life threatening disease and am nearly out. I tried to order using the embedded link and later by logging in directly. Both times it sent me to a page to correct/complete my health profile. On that page I found the the phone number field -- identified as required -- was missing my phone number. However when I tried to complete, it said that I entered an invalid phone number. I verified that I entered in the correct format and the number was correct. I then notified Cost Plus Drugs via their message system and have not received a response. Several months ago we had a similar issue with my wife's prescription which we also notified Cost Plus Drugs. Since we never received a reply back on the issue (which we resolved by going to a regular drug store), I am not sure if they are responding to any complaints.I need this drug and need to know if I can depend on Cost Plus Drugs to fill my prescription.Business Response
