      Again, cannot give zero stars, but anyway, I ordered my prescription and my credit card was charged. 7 and 9 days later I received emails that the drug was not in stock but they would try for 7 days to fill. Can you imagine, only 7 days. They must have given up because I never received the meds and was never contacted or refunded. Finally, I called and talked to a live person that said the drug was in stock, so I ordered it. Thankfully, they filled the order and, again, charged my credit card. I guess this is a way for **** Cuban to increase his billions!!

      I hadn't heard a word about the order since September 22nd. It's been 32 days, a little more than the 5-10 days for a refund. This business needs a severe reprimand, especially due to their service: prescription drugs for people who require them for their health!

      Oh how I wish I could give zero stars! Horrible delivery. HORRENDOUS customer service. Nothing but canned, robotic communication. Tell you you will be credited in 5- 10 days then backtrack and say there was "miscommunication". Horrible.

      If I could give zero stars I would. On 9/13/22 I logged in to order my one life medication and
      could not order because my prescription manager said it was being filled when it wasn't. I
      couldn't locate a number to call so I called the number for providers and selected the option for patients. I spent 30 minutes on hold. I finally opted for a call back and never received one.

      Next, I emailed from the contact us form on the costplusdrugs website. Someone responded by email 10 days after I, desperate to get my essential medication, contacted the company
      through its ******** page. The person I messaged with on ******** was helpful. The person who finally responded in email on 9/23/22 told me my medications had been delivered. Duh.

      Two days after I got my prescription manager straightened out and ordered all my available
      medications, my phone rang one time and stopped. The number was from *********. The person on ******** said the caller couldn't reach me and left voicemail. This is not true. The caller didn't leave voicemail. I can't speak with someone who terminates the call before I can answer. I guess the person had to show proof s/he called; however, there was no intent to speak with me.

      Since ********* and **** Cuban Cost Plus Drugs are not interested in providing customer service and have made it so difficult for customers to reach anyone for support, I am taking steps to move my medications elsewhere where customer support is provided.

      I was almost out of a life medication when I needed to place my order. By the time I could
      finally order it, I had 2 pills left. My order finally shipped 7 days after I placed it. I had to get a
      prescription for a local pharmacy for 5 pills to prevent my system from shutting down while I
      waited for my order to arrive. No money saved since I had to pay for the 5 pills.

      This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to give a new company a chance but don't recommend them.

      Super excited to find my scripts at a lower cost. I had my doctor *** them my scripts and I got an email saying they were getting ready to ship them. That was a week ago, and the status still says getting ready to ship. Thank God this rx is not an emergency. If I don't see a shipped email soon, I don't think I will use them on a regular basis. The savings is not worth it. My Good RX card is just slightly higher, so I'll use that.

      Price was the kicker for me. Half the price than my pharmacy. Problem is, if you can't get your medication because they're out, doesn't matter how cheap it is. Received a message on my refill that if they couldn't get it after 7 days, they'll refund me. I need it now. Feel like I was sold a pig in a poke. Very unhappy.

      Thank you for replying to my issue about my medication being out of stock. While I appreciate that you were out of stock, and your supplier, my maintenance medication is a priority to me. It was never out of stock at my pharmacy locally. Since this is a hormone, it wrecks havoc with my system when I miss a dose. With no one to talk to personally via phone, it is also very difficult to converse over email when you are a day or so away from being completely out. I love that the meds come to my home, I'm in a very small town and half an hour away from the pharmacy. Your price was excellent, half what I usually pay. It was easy getting the prescription started. All those things your company does very well. However, as stated, when you cannot get medication that you need, and you receive an email reply that "if your medication isn't available, we'll refund you in 7 days" it creates a sense of panic. What do you do? Go back to your Doc and say call this back in at my old pharmacy? Wait to see what happens? No assurance was given that you would EVER get my meds back in stock. Email is very impersonal when you're dealing with someone's health and well-being.

      What if it were a life saving drug, not just a hormone? I was very disappointed in the way this was handled. My regular pharmacy has, in fact, been out of a prescription but called me personally and insured it would be in by a specific date. Those things mean a lot when dealing with health related issues. Email is very impersonal and, in perception, uncaring.

      Cost: 10/10, I was spending close to $100 a month on medications and after having my doctors write 3 month supplies I can spend about $30-$50 on 90 day supplies. Account Management: 1/10, the website states that you can not change your name yourself and to do so you need to create a completely new account (which also means you don't have any prescriptions linked). It has an option to sign up but they also make you an account when they receive your prescriptions for the first time, so it seems rather redundant and can cause problems if your information that you set the account with does not match exactly with what your doctor sends in Customer Service 1/10: I am non-binary and recently got my legal name changed, but it was not reflected yet at my doctors office when my prescription was sent so my account had my dead name. I sent 2 emails asking if they would be able to change my name, both of which went unanswered. I emailed about my prescription not being mailed after their 48 hour projection (it shipped after 4 days, when it was expected to arrive as I paid for expedited shipping). They did refund me the $10 difference for shipping costs though. I found if you call the number they list for the doctors office to call, there is an option for customers and you can eventually get connected to a real person. It only took me one call to get my shipping difference refunded and an answer on my tracking and the woman I spoke to was nice. Getting Prescriptions Sent 8/10: Easy to do, but some doctors aren't familiar with the pharmacy. You also need to clarify they need to write the prescription as you need it filled (30-60-90, they wont turn a 30 with refills into a 90) and you need to specify to your doctor they MUST include your account email in the prescription notes. Overall Thoughts: If you need to cut down on drug cost this is great. Just be prepared for a possibly frustrating a delayed start to receiving your medication and play accordingly for your refills.

      Outstanding company/leader trying to make a difference for the public! I have 3 insurance policies combined including ******************** that are still more expensive than a direct purchase from Cost Plus Drugs. Further, all three insurance companies are doing their best to deny the smaller claims from Cost Plus Drugs despite the significant cost savings. I can only imagine the hurdles they are creating for this company to deny a valuable service for the public. Kudos to Mark C**** and the other investors for disrupting a corrupt, out-of-control industry!!

      Stay away! Non existent customer service and questionable authenticity of medication received. I had questions for the pharmacist because the medication I received did not have the expected effects. I emailed and no one ever contacted me in return and their phone number has suspiciously disappeared from their website. I would have gladly paid more elsewhere had I known. Don't waste your precious time or money, your health is too important.

      I had a very bad experience with Cost Plus drug company. I had to wait for 2 weeks and call them several times to understand why the drugs are not chipped yet. Every time I call, I had to wait for 10 minutes or more and until now I didn't get a clear answer about a shipping date. They claimed that they need to talk to my doctor to clarify some conflicts in the prescription. she did call them and still nothing changed. I had to cancel the order and go back to a reliable pharmacy near me. Low prices doesn't always mean a good service. It was a very bad experience unfortunately.
