    I had the same experience as others. They randomly charged me a ridiculous amount for a Yoga-go month subscription. I received the same random email response, and I was not refunded. ****

    I would give no stars for them. They are hard to contact and they havent given me a t Refund after I saw a charge the day after they charged my ****** account!. I saw a charge on my ****** account for this company for 10/9. I contacted the company and requested that they cancel any and all accounts they have for me. I asked for a refund and they havent done so. They keep saying that my subscription ends 1/2025. . I want a refund because I didnt give them permission to charge my credit card after trial.

    I signed up for a 4 week program And they added a auto renewal for more than twice what I originally paid. They obviously are being deceptive on purpose with the app. I requested a refund and and they refused although I have no intent to use their service.

    I am very upset that this what ever it is, I have never done any kind of business with this place. I guess I havent been watching my bank account as closely as I should have. This place has been taking my money for some time now, $44.00 a month. I have tried to find a way to contact them to stop what ever it is that they are charging me. They have been automatically taking funds from my bank account, I need to have this stopped as soon as possible. Im am trying find out what or how I can get this stopped, if theres anyone who knows anything about this scam please, please help me.

    I signed up for a temporary service with Walkfit. I tried to cancel the service with the company and was unable to do so by phone or their website. This company is taking advantage of senior citizens. I want my money back and plan to contact my Senators to warn them of this shady company.

    I think it's a scam. I signed up for a YogaFit class as a trial and canceled after a month. I tried to cancel it but I wasn't able to contact anyone. I also tried through my credit union to stop payment. I even made a complaint with PayPal which keeps allowing the payments after saying in December it was canceled. But now after 4 months they are still taking money out of my account. I would like for you to please look into this and help me stop them from taking money out my account and refund me the last 4 months of payment

    I downloaded their YogaFit app. but never set it up. I didn't log into it nor set up any criteria and my bank acct. was charged ***** and set at autopay, which I didn't approve. I had downloaded a trial of their WalkFit app. so I assume that is how they got my payment info. It's difficult to get to the bottom of it and contact them.

    This is absolutely a scam. I too signed up for a trial and canceled within my time frame to avoid any recurring charges. They did not cancel my subscription, but continued charging me. Unfortunately it took me several months to notice this charge and understand what it was because the app I had signed up for a trial in was a completely different name than the charge I saw coming through on my bank account. I should have been watching my bank account closer so that I caught these fraudulent charges, but this is clearly a scam. Especially with the name change on charges. Once I noticed it, it took digging to find out who this company even was, how to contact them to dispute things and ask for a refund etc. As you can imagine, no refund was given and I had to pursue fraud claims through my bank instead of the merchant.
