I wrote the company several times to inquire about the return of my $33.94 for an order that has been backordered since April 2023. I no longer need the order. In addition, I have tried several attempts to call the facility, but their voicemail is full and won't allow messages to be left.As listed on the order information attached, African Imports USA was supposed to refund my money if the item was not able to be shipped within ***** working days of the order placement. However, the funds were taken from my account on April 3rd, 2023 and never returned. As you can see on the attached, I never received the item, and the order is STILL in a pending status.I want my funds returned as the product was never shipped to me. I no longer need the item. I have also notified my bank of this erroneous charge. I do not believe this transaction should have taken place since the item was never shipped to me. Their website is very misleading when it says that they will refund the money if the item is unable to be shipped in ***** working days. We are well beyond that timeframe.
