      DO NOT USE TRAVEL O PICK. They will ******* you.We had been planning our family trip for over 3 months and we finally decided to book our plane tickets. After looking on a variety of websites we thought we had found the best deal at $414.00 a ticket for 6 passengers. We booked through TravelOpick.com The transaction went through without any issue and we were excited that our family vacation was finally coming together. Well, the next day I received a phone call from an agent from Travelopick stating that not all of us could be on the returning flight and there would be an additional cost to re-book our returning flight so everyone could fly home together. I told the agent that I would not pay an additional cost and that he would have to find a flight to accommodate all of us, because we were flying with CHILDREN. The booking agent was able to change our returning flight home without an additional cost. The only difference is that we would be returning home in the morning and not in the afternoon. I had no issue with that so we went along with the change.A couple days passed and I received a phone call, during work hours, from Travelopick. This time the agent stated "the rate of the ticket was too low and that I would need to pay an additional amount per ticket to keep my reservation" I clearly said I would not pay any additional fees that I had already paid $2,484.80, for our tickets. He said he could not guarantee my flight would be available and each ticket would be an additional fee to keep my reservation. I could not discuss the issue any further due to being at work in a controlled area where phone use is strictly prohibited.This morning I received a refund from Travelopick so I called the toll free number, the agent confirmed the cancellation. He stated that I had authorized the cancellation, and If I wanted to keep my reservation with them that it would now cost ******** total. I became very upset, and I want to warn EVERYONE DO NO USE TRAVELOPICK!
