On 8/22/23 at approximately 12:15 pm I had by 2023 Audi valet parked at the main building of the *********************. When my appointment was completed and I requested my car it was returned with damage to the passenger's right lower bumper. I immediately asked the attendant to look at the damage and took a picture of it. I've contacted the hospital various times for a resolution to the issue. I was informed by ***** (Hospitality Manager) that he will request the surveilance tape and get back with me. That were a couple of weeks ago. I contacted ***** today around 8:45am and he stated he did review the surveilance tape and did not see were damage could have occurred. When I gave my new 2023 car to the valet rep, it had no damage.Business Response

after speaking with ********* management, we stand by our claim that the damage was not caused by any of our valet operators or while in our care, custody and control.Customer Answer
Date: 09/19/2023
I am rejecting this response because: I am requesting to view the video footage to verify my car was properly handled while in the custody of the valet service. I was informed by one of the representatives that they have received fraudulent claims of damage in the past and feel I am being penalized because of those previous actions by others. The damage to my car was not present at the time custody was taken by the valet setvice.Business Response

The damage was not caused in our care, custody and control. The claim has been denied.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: Damage was not there before the valet services took control of my vehicle. Not sure how many ways this can be explained.Customer Answer

As stated before, my new 2023 Audi had no damage before the valet service took my car to park it. I don't understand the company insisting on there was prior damage. It's beyond meInitial Complaint

On 8/31/2023, I parked at LOT 53 in **** Main, **** Mian. I went to get my hair done by my hairdresser across the street but halfway through, I realized I needed to pay. I paid at 4:40pm, and got an email verifying my payment for 2 hours (Ticket # L53065223). I have received a notice (PCADAL-184573) today stating that the payment was made after the grace ******* However, there is no clear indication of the grace ****** at the parking lot, and in the end, I still paid for the parking. I believe my notice should be dropped. Thank you for your time and patience.Business Response

I parked in a lot operated by this company and paid via the instructions on the sign posted in the lot. 3 months later I got a letter in the mail from a lawyer in another state saying I did not pay for parking and requesting that I pay an $87 penalty. I went back and realized they never sent me a receipt for the original transaction except a link via text that does not work but they had no issues charging my card for the parking fee. This is incredibly predatory behavior and this company should be barred from operating if this is how they do thingsBusiness Response

I am writing to dispute a parking ticket I received, with the notice number PCADAL-******, for an incident that occurred on Aug. 3, 2023. On the evening of Aug. 3, my vehicle was parked in the lot at **************** in Dallas, TX to pick up food from a local restaurant. At the time, there were clear and visible signs that indicated paid parking until 6:00 PM. We arrived at 7:21 PM and left at 8:17 PM. According to posted signage, we were not in violation of any parking regulations, as our visit occurred well after the designated parking hours. However, when we received the parking ticket, we were surprised to see that we had been fined for what was, to our knowledge, a legitimate parking arrangement. In response to the ticket, we drove back to the lot to take photos of the signs that were present on Aug. 3. However, the previous signs indicating paid parking until 6:00 PM had been replaced with NEW signs stating "No free parking any time." We frequently visit downtown, and these new signs were NOT in place when we initially parked, and were put up after our visit. We are being retroactively penalized for a violation we could not have anticipated at the time of our visit. This situation is unfair, as we acted in accordance with the signage that was present when we parked. We appealed the ticket and they only offered to reduce it $20, and they refuse to acknowledge that the new rules were not posted at the time of our visit. We respectfully request that the parking ticket PCADAL-****** be voided, and any associated fines, credit score notices, and other consequences be canceled. I have an excellent credit score and am incredibly upset that this could potentially go to a debt collector. I am always happy to pay for parking downtown when necessary, as we love to support our local businesses. But an $87 ticket is absurd. We acted in good faith and in accordance with the posted regulations at the time of our visit, and we hope this can be resolved amicably.Business Response

There are no signs limiting the paid parking to only before 6pm.
Customer Answer
Date: 09/14/2023
I am rejecting this response because:
Thank you for respondingI so quickly. I understand that the business is saying there are no signs that indicate paid parking only before 6pm, but that is because they replaced the old signs that were previously in the lot (at the time we parked) after we had already visited. They replaced the old signs with brand new signs more than a week after.
I am beyond frustrated. I follow ALL rules of posted signage every time we go out in Dallas, and this business is trying to take advantage of people in every way possible. It's one-star review with tons of people that have similar stories supports this.
Can I please just get this ticket nullified? I am going out of the country for two weeks tomorrow and I don't have time to deal with this. I am also willing to pay whatever the current price for the lot is for one hour just to get this settled. However, I don't agree with the businesses resolution of only taking $20 off an $87 ticket for something that is just outright wrong.
I'm not trying to be rude, I just believe in advocating for what is right, and this isn't.

I literally have no parking lots out of 300 that limit the time. We are all paid parking 24/7. We did not replace any signs changing the parameters or timing.Customer Answer
Date: 09/14/2023
The old signs were replaced. I understand that the NEW signs indicate no free parking, because we drove out to the lot to take pictures when we received the ticket, however, the old signs said "Paid parking until 6 pm." I have another person who was with me that is willing to say the same thing.
Please allow me to just pay whatever the current parking price is for the one hour that we were there. This is obviously a misunderstanding, and we weren't trying to cheat you out of $5.

On 6/30/23 I parked in a lot in ********* operated by Parking Systems of America. A QR code was displayed on a sign in the lot showing how to pay the parking fee. There was no mention of a requirement to pay within a certain time to avoid a penalty.I scanned this code and it took me to Park Whiz as the company to pay for the parking. I immediately tried to pay but I was unable to do so due to problems signing on to the Park Whiz app on my phone.I was attending a wedding at the *************************, but while waiting for this to start I continued to try to access the app and pay. After many attempts I was able to get into the Park Whiz app and pay the $10 charge for parking plus a $1.15 Service Fee. At the time I felt that this was a reasonable dollar amount for about two hours of downtown parking. Now however I have received a notice in the mail of a violation which stated that I Paid after the Grace ******* This charge is for $87 or in other words, more than *8* times the cost of the parking! The notice further states that if it is not paid After 14 days of the date of the notice, the account will be considered in default and assigned to a debt collector. This notice has no details about what this Grace ****** actually is. In addition, the pictures showing my car entering and leaving the lot only show the date and not the time of the occurrence. This is a scam of the worst sort. After I made the required payment this company is trying to charge an exorbitant fee many times higher than original price for parking all for violating an unknown Grace ******* This does not seem to be in keeping with a reputable business, and I would not recommend anyone using this parking lot or other lots owned by this company.Business Response

On 07/14 I pulled into a parking lot at ******************* Upon arrival I noticed my friend had not arrived. I did see the signage of texting to pay but knew I didnt want to leave my friend - I called my friend to ensure I was in the right lot and was on the phone with her ensuring she knew where I was. Once she arrived we got out of our cars and paid for our parking. I did not see a sign when I pulled in stating anything about a grace ******* I received a letter on 08/03 stating I owe 82$ even after paying the $15 to pay for parking that day. When logging on to the website I noticed a jump in price. The money I already paid should be deducted in this notice and that notice should be a reasonable size to read from a car distance if there even is a notice of grace ******* I feel like due to paying shortly after entering I shouldnt be charged a full amount or even pay at all. This is an attempt to extort money from a paying customer who was just trying to ensure her friend arrived safely.Business Response

About a week after parking in a lot at ****************, Dallas, TX and paying the max ****** allowed (after 6PM on a Wednesday) I got a parking notice for ticket expired totaling $87. Times entered/left are not detailed neither is the detail of how much I paid. This is an unethical practice.Business Response

I recently used one of their parking lots in Dallas, **. To my surprise, a week later I received a $87 parking ticket. Odd, as I paid for parking my car in the lot, and even have the parking receipt, in which I paid for 4 hours of parking although I only utilized the lot for less than an hour while I got a haircut. The ticket cites that payment was made after the grace ****** however, there is no signage at the lot with any information regarding a grace ******. Nor is there any information of a grace ****** on the website that I can find. The only signage in the lot is a Lot # and the number provided to text the lot # to pay for parking. This sign is at the entrance/exit of the lot and I paid it the moment I exited my car. On the parking ticket, they have listed an email address to file disputes, which I have reached out to and followed up with 5 times over the past month without a response. This ticket is not at all valid and should be voided.Business Response

I am disputing a 87$ fine for staying in my car in the parking lot while trying to find a spot for parking because the entire lot was full . There was no signs that it was a paid parking and any information stating that payment has to be made even for entering the lot and waiting for a spot . After speaking to the customer service and explaining them the situation that we didnt not park and we were just sitting in the car , they told it isnt our fault that there was no parking sign and we need to pay even if we enter and dont get a spot. I received a notice from Parking Revenue recovery service and the customer service folks were very rude and they said I should make a payment even if I found a spot or not as long as I enter the parking area. . I am disputing this notice because I didnt find any parking spot and was just waiting for someone to move so that I can park and I didnt leave my vehicle unattended and left the area since I couldnt find any parking spot even after looking for a while. I would like assistance with getting this resolved as I should not be penalized for an error from their side for not having clear information about this and not having a sign saying its a paid parking. This is not a fair system. Help and a resolution is requested. The notice says the account will be considered in default and will be assigned to debt collector and the vehicle will be towed .Initial Complaint

I parked in a parking lot owned by Parking Systems of America at 309-***********************. I was unable to get my payment to go through at the time of parking but was able to get it submitted when I was leaving. I paid for the full day of parking and had only been there for 2 hours so I assumed I was good. I received a ticket for $82 for paying after the "grace ******** This was a lot where you text a number and pay to park. I went back and looked at their terms and conditions and there is nothing written about paying past a certain times. There are lots of parking lots where you pay for parking when you leave so why would I assume I couldn't do that? I emailed them to contest the ticket and they told me to that there is signage identifying the rules and requirements of the lots. There is nothing written anywhere about a grace ******* I have documentation showing that not only would their system not process my payment when I got there, but also documentation showing that I did pay and that there is nothing showing anything about paying within a grace ******* Thank you for your attention to this matter and I look forward to hearing from you.
