    This studio served me alcoholic beverages to the point where I signed up for a payment plan to pay for a photoshoot that was advertised as complimentary and free. Now I owe 1000 dollars. If I had not been served so much alcoholic beverages I would not have signed a contract for a photoshoot I thought was free. They pressured me into signing up to pay for photos and I left the establishment feeling like I got scammed and did not decide to sign a contract willingly.

    The photoshoot promotion the guest signed up for includes the time with the photographer as well as one complimentary image. The promotion is explained during a pre-photoshoot consultation and clarified in studio as well on the day of the photoshoot. Purchasing any additional images or packages 

    In regard to the alcoholic beverages served in the studio, it is completely up to our guests to decide if they are comfortable with it, and we have a policy of a maximum of three glasses served while still offering water and a multitude of other non-alcoholic beverage options. 
    Currently, the work on the digital images purchased has been completed as they have been fully edited and they were sent on December 15th which fulfills all of Nuovos obligations.

    Additionally, the images were downloaded by the guest on the following day, December 16th. Unfortunately, we never received any communication from the guest prior to this BBB notification.
