    Dallas location. If I could give negative stars I would. Dont be fooled. While its not a scam they dont care about you just your money and they will pressure you relentlessly until you agree to buy. I went for a birthday promotion. Free shoot with one free digital photo with option to purchase more. First there was a miscommunication over me getting the beauty package and it didnt get scheduled. I was told no one had an opening but there were 2 stylists visiting when I showed up and they didnt have people by the time I went in. Second they overbooked so things were running behind. After the shoot I was pressured to buy while looking at the photos. I repeatedly said I was having financial issues having had to get a new transmission recently and tight on money. Oh well, they can do payment plans. After I kept saying its too much while she calculated and recalculated multiple times I finally gave in to one under a $100 a month for digital photos only. An issue with the payment plan had me not doing the no interest plan but a regular one that charged and extra $1006.00 in interest! Not joking but again more pressure so I finally just signed the papers. The photos came out looking horrible. I mean horrible. Too shadowed, blurry, and had me looking dirty. Actually looking dirty! My feet looked filthy and they were clean! It took multiple tries to reach someone. I complained and said to cancel and I was met with a screen shot of the invoice saying final sale and my signature, a comment that theyd make it right by editing the pictures to my specific specifications, and throw in a bonus add on for free. I sent a detailed answer and later got another email in which it said: they cant fix the shadows. Theyve sent me the lightened version and nothing else has been edited and theyd send the original set for reference. Guess what. The lightened version was only a shade lighter, no other edits were done, and the problems were still there. Dont waste your money.

    The birthday shoot advertised as free isnt really complimentary; you must spend between $250 and $6,000 on prints or digital photos to receive your free image. My photographer, Sheva, was friendly until I declined additional photos. She promised to call the next day to discuss my decision, but that call never came. After following up, I received no response. This business employs typical sales tactics under the guise of womens and body empowerment, but ultimately its all about profit. Proceed with caution.

    She never made a purchase. Her photographer tried to reach her by phone and unfortunately never managed to speak to her. We tried to contact her via email, she viewed our email but we never got a response. Client can contact us at: *********************************************

    Since I have not received my product, I would like to cancel my order. And a return of the payments that I have already made.I will take further actions if necessary. I have made several payments and have still not received my product. My session was April 27 It has been over *************************************** my hand date for ETA. Your little statement saying the photos may take a little longer than anticipated is unacceptable. Is this how Nuovo get out of refunding clients' money. I had to reach out to Nuovo just to get the proofs which they are not the correct ones I requested.dissatisfaction is because of how long this has taken.

As it was communicated by my colleague, your images were sent on May 7th and that album proof and stainless proof were sent on the 21st and 24th of May which falls within our deadlines. As we did not receive a response or your approval, we were therefore unable to proceed with production.
