This is a scam. They scammed me out of $750 and wouldnt return my call when I called to complain to the manager. AVOID. These people are trash. In July of 2024 I called them out to clean my AC unit. My house was about to be on the market and the realtor suggested it. The house was four years old and I never had any issues with my AC. After they came my AC just didnt work. It was 80F in the house and suddenly couldnt cool down??? They claimed that there was a leak and they needed to pump up to 5lb of refrigerant into the system to get it to work again? Strange since it was working perfect until the day the came. My house was supposed to be listed on the market that day so I had no choice but to pay their ****** of $750.they knew I wouldnt be able to sell a home in July in ***** when it was 80F. This is a shady business, *** never felt so duped.

I had a plumbing issues one night about 9pm and after turning off the water at the street, placed a call to Dallas Plumbing, clearly stated it was an emergency. After asking the necessary questions, the associate then asked how I heard of Dallas Plumbing. An emergency call is really not the time to collect marketing data. I then received a text that someone would be at my house between 8-10am the following morning. A bit before 8am, an actual Dallas Plumbing representative called and told me I was one of their first tickets of the day. A couple hours later a team leader arrived and I showed him the issue and explained what happened. To be clear, I knew the 5 W's of the issue, there were no diagnostics involved. He did have to remove drywall to see the issue, and commenced to do so. I realized he was using a short dull knife and offered a proper drywall saw, which he declined. He then cut himself with said dull knife and asked for a bandaid. Because of the knife, the cut was terrible and left quite a mess. After looking at the area needing repair, he quoted me $2,600...for three inches of copper pipe. I felt like they took complete advantage of the situation and I wasn't really in a position to get competitive quotes. As he was leaving I asked if he wanted a bottled water. He declined, but asked if he might have one of the bottles of wine he'd noticed on my dining room table. I thought I surely had misunderstood, but he then commented that he was always looking for new wines for him and his wife to try. I really could not believe the temerity and unprofessionalism of such a request. A few hours later someone showed up to do the work and I noted the time: he was in my house less than 20 minutes and the repair took less than five. I commented on the time versus cost and got the spiel of how I was also paying for their training, expertise, etc., and any of the other companies would charge the same. I now know that is not at all accurate. Shameful practices.

I will not give Dallas Plumbing even one star. We had a $450 Toto toilet in our Master Bath. Toto is great product but replacement tank parts are not good. They either last or leak. My husband decided to call Dallas Plumbingin July. A consultant comes our. First mistake on husbands part. Then a plumber comes in. ***************** better product. They will replace water cut off with stainless steel hose from toilet to cut off. My husband overseeing this. I come home to find the perfectly fine **** toilet out and this small ***************** replacement. No new cut off and we can see rusted pipe because of narrower toilet. They took the Toto but we got no credit which means they sold it. Ive had our regular independent plumber and one other come look. Work should have cost $700 tops including new toilet which was not needed. I called for itemized invoice. DP doesnt do itemized. Plumbing manager will not *************. Husband signed a contract but work promised was not done. Fraudulent. Dallas Plumbing is now owned by a company located in **************. Contracts mean nothing if work contracted is not performed.

where to start? had these clowns come out to look at my hvac unit for my home. the "tech" shows up and is literally at my house for 5 mins if even that. he plugs in his gauges and tells me my system is low on gas that's why my system is not working properly. then he tells me that they wont work with anything with R22. then he turns into the salesman of the year telling me all about why I **************** home system. I'm over here thinking great I'm screwed. after he left I had a feeling he was wrong. so I hired a second company to come out and tell me that my system is fine on gas pressure. their tech misdiagnosed my system. they were only trying sell me a new system not trying to help me with my problem. called them on the phone told them about this and they were only concerned with getting a good review from me. I argued with the guy on the phone for about 20 to 30 mins. I got so frustrated that I told them s**** I'm just going to write a review sharing my experience. he said wait please we don't want this to go any further so ill send you a full refund. ill put this inform refund it will take 2 to 3 weeks. irritated i said fine i just wanted to get off the phone with these clowns so stressful to deal with trying to get them to see what they did wrong. and then today they reach out for that great review? really? I told them mi still waiting on my refund and that's when he tells me they are not issuing me a refund because they did what they were supposed to do in the diagnoses... wait I just told you that you misdiagnosed my issue. I paid another company to come fix my issue. he just don't care he said i need to explain to him what they did wrong so he could better train his team. well its not my job to teach or train your "tech" you mean "salesman" cause that's all they wanted to do was sell me a system that I didn't even need. customer service is a joke they are only out for themselves not the customer. BEWARE OF THIS **********************! and this ***************** is a joke!!

After using their service for the past 5 years, finally I have to replace my old unit. As always I did my due diligence comparing with other company. I had good and honest conversation with the technician, sales person, and the manager. The installation was done professionally. Unfortunately when I checked the Model and Serial Number and after a simple google search I found out the SEER does not match with the one on the contract. The manager acknowledged their mistake and my unit will be replaced without any complicated process.

Dallas Plumbing came out. They said I needed new air ducks, some part in the air conditioner, and said I had alot of bacteria in the furnice. said I had to payhalf upfront.10,000.00 dollars. I paid *******. After he left, we went up to look at the ducts that had holes in it. we found no holes and just needed new wrap. I did it myself for ******. I called to cancel men to come out to change ducts. Next day 2 vans pulled up to change ducts. I said they didn't need to do that. They put the new part in air conditioner, which I can't tell if it needed it or not, and when they went to clean all the bacteria out of the furnice, it only had a couple crumbs of dust in it. Looks brand new. Manager said he would send me a check deducting ****** which it really didn't to be done on the furnice. It has been a while, and many, many calls and texts, have not received my ******* back. 0 stars, and buyer beware.

I have used this company a few times as I have had quite a few A/C and HVAC issues. Now I'm starting to think that these guys were the issue. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dallas Plumbing on 11/16 and a technician came out. He said that the **** sensor in my HVAC was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the cost of replacement would be $383.00, which I paid. My appointment for replacement was to be 11/17 "first thing in the morning." No one came. I called in the afternoon, figuring they got busy. Their answering service said that someone would call me back--they didn't. I called again and again over the next few days while my wife suffered the frigid temperature in my house. Every time, the answering service would tell me that they made a note and that a supervisor would call me back promptly--they didn't. One answering service agent said she'd call me back personally--she didn't. Although they acknowledged that there was supposed to be an appointment on 11/17, no one could provide any answers as to why no one showed up or provide any idea of when (if ever) they would come. Even to get a refund for the sensor I've never seen and will never receive, the call service could only tell me that a supervisor will call me shortly. I'm not holding my breath. In short... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
