Please beware. I am writing this desperate attempt for anyone reading to NEVER lease with this company. You will never actual speak to a real person on the phone. They make you leave a message and all communication is done through text and email. We decided to rent a home from this company after my husband and I found out we were having a baby. They moved us in without gas being inspected from the city. We had NO HOT WATER FOR 2 months. I was 9 months pregnant taking cold showers. They refused to do anything about it but after multiple attempts they decided to replace it. The house is filled with mold, roaches, and insects. After bringing our baby home, we realized that the windows in the home need to be replaced as they do not shut properly. There has been WASPS coming through the cracks of the windows. The windows do not shut all the way and they get in. They have been in our sons clothes. They send people out but nothing has been fixed. Today there was 2 wasps in our room where my son sleeps. We have a history of bee/wasp allergy in the family and are terrified if our newborn son gets stung. Heart property management does not care about the well being of there tenants. The negligence shown is truly unacceptable. Please never ever rent any home with these scammers. We are truly upset that this is the home we brought our son to. Where we would create memories for the first time . It has been a nightmare.

This is a terrible company and no one should rent from them. They are inconsistent with repair requests and we have had to call, email, and text them repeatedly to get anything fixed. They refused to cover the repairs when the air conditioner broke and charged it to us directly claiming it was our fault without any evidence. The repair man said to us it wasn't our fault. They add random charges to our account so we are constantly contesting things, and no one seems to talk to each other. Everytime someone finally responds they ask the same questions. They don't take responsibility for anything and just keep adding charges. Even when we pointed out the discrepancies in our lease with how they were conducting business, they continued to give the silent treatment until we threaten litigation, then they respond with an old answer. We can't seem to find a manager or specific person to speak with, they won't provide an address or call back number (only an answering machine) to take care of the issues, and we continue to rack up random charges without explanation of why we are being charged. It is a nightmare. We needed to hire a lawyer to address the issues. Do NOT work with Heart Property Management.

BEWARE of applying with his company as they operate like a scam, just looking to collect application fees and as much of your personal information as possible. You are never able to speak with human, all communication is text, email or recordings but they are quick to take your money. They also try and get you to link for bank account which they claim is for verification purposes and faster approval (Never). If you're really serious about your need for housing please avoid Heart Property Management. Do your research and look deep into this company and any other before you apply, check how long they have been in business and their status with or lack of standing with the ******************** of Property Managers.

This company is the absolute worst. I did an application with them about three weeks ago and have yet to get a response from them, but they were so quick to take my money. I was advised I would receive a follow ** in a few days with an update after applying on their website 7/22/23. Two weeks later I called, no answer, and when I did get a response it was a text saying they would provide me with an update. They are out for application fees and taking people hard earned money.

This is the worst company to try to work with. They posted a home on the affordable housing page as if they accept section 8. I tried to apply inside that app. In doing so, it says you have to go to another page to apply. Basically they just want money, that was the first thing I thought. So I decided to go and apply in there so page, mind you there are no options for receiving disability just employer names and numbers. There is also nothing listed for people in public housing yet they tell people to fill out the app via they're page. Now in there app there is no option for income outside of a job. I just found a spot and notated it. There is also no spot to ask if you are in any type of public housing. Regardless of my past indiscressions, they are supposed to ask if there is an additional payment not a form of income which is there main focus. So apparently I was denied due to a lack of income which they never considered section 8. Why post the house on that page like you take it if you don't? I also listed that I'm disabled. So if my income is low that should have been a sign to call and ask or read your application. Then he said something about my past rental in 2016. That was not here in this state and they don't even know the situation surrounding that. What I told them today is that this is plain discrimination! I'm disabled number one. And for two they don't ask about that your if income on there app not do they ask about section 8 but post there home in the page like they take it. I have a good credit score. But as I'm sitting to places my score drops cause you can't wait for one company to respond. This place is horrible and they should not lost anything in the aisle housing page if your not gonna take it. Further more you shouldn't have people on fixed income applying and not lost that as an option to fill in for income. They are very discriminatory. If your on section 8, this is not the company to apply with. They don't do research.
