1 starI moved into the Ventura apartment early October. Within a week of me moving in there was a small leak in the ceiling in the living room. Put in a work order request and saw that the previous resident filed the same exact work order a few months prior. With it being within a month of me moving in I reached out to management and told them I would like to be moved to a different unit and they could not accommodate. I submitted another request due to the leak getting worse and sheet rock from the ceiling started falling down bubble started to form and mold is being exposed. I called corporate multiple time and left voicemails and have yet to speak to anyone to help resolve this issue. I don't feel they are taking this matter seriously. Nor responding to my requests in a timely manner. My health and safety are a concern and they are not responding accordingly. On top of that the wifi package that they offered with signing up was not applicable to my unit. I will not be doing any type of business with them in the future.Review fromKatajah M

1 starThe regional manager never responds to emails. Its been a week & 2 days now since I sent my email over to her on Oct. 10,2023. The doors to the corporate office were locked when I went over to the office Tuesday morning at 10 but listed on their website they are open from 9:00am- 6:00pm Monday-Saturday. I called into the office and was told by the receptionist that we do not have anyone in office thats able to help you with your issue request and the regional manager is not located at this physical address. This is very unprofessional on behalf of this corporate office. I have an ongoing issue thats need to be addressed as soon as possible and would love to hear back from regional manager.Review fromDeadra S

1 starI was denied for rental at one of their properties here in *********, ** and was told that I would receive my ***** refundable deposit back it's now August and I still haven't received it. I have emailed ***** and I have not heard back also I called the receptionist was helpful. I would love to have my refund please!!! I have included my mailing address and phone number to ***** and the receptionist. 1 starI think this is one of the most unethical and slimy bunch of team I have ever dealt with in past few decades. Their sales agent at BX5 ***** especially (whom everyone should avoid working with and record everything you say) is a complete unskilled and incompetent person who not only does not know how to deal with potential customers but is also a liar and cheat. She tried cheating me and my mother by not processing our application as we had agreed. And now I will take this case to their sr ********************** to ensure this women does not s**** someone else and rip them off while processing application. My advice, dont stay here and if you do, avoid this incompetent and lying bi....good luckReview fromJoey V

1 starI moved into the ****** apartments less than two weeks ago. The unit was older than the pictures online but I willing to accept the old appliances due to the apartment being spacious, BUG FREE WHEN I WALKED THE **** FOR THREE MINUTES AND IT WAS DOABLE. Well after signing the lease and moving in I started noticing PEST COMING INTO THE **** VIA THE FIREPLACE. Within the next 24 hours of my move I had killed over twenty roaches by the fireplace. I started to prepare to completely unpack and there was already pest INSIDE OF MY BOXES even ONES THAT WERENT EVEN OPENED YET. Then they started flying a couple are as big a adult black beetles but they have wings. Management sent out pest control 6/26 to put gel in the cabinets lol and while he was at it he informed me a daddy long legs under the cabinets in my kitchen and in the bath room as a friendly reminder. I noticed the management company of the roaches on the 17th of June and it took about eight days to assist or possibly remedy the situation. Then I am offered to relocate at the expense of a extra 100 dollars a month on a longer lease. I have informed the company after waiting more than seven days for proper remediation of the situation they are in violation of the lease agreement. My alarm system is still not functioning at 100 percent due to maintenance errors. My garbage disposal has went out after the first week here. The floors, cabinets, doors walls and anything else affected by water damage is present. Then I found out the unfriendly pest are WOOD ROACHES THAT LIVE OUTSIDE AND IN THE GROUND IN THE MIDDLE OF MY APARTMENT SECTION. The door has huge gaps that allows the bugs to enter freely. Along with the bugs coming and going so does my air. Well last night was the mail in the coffin for me, roaches in my closets, crawling from under my bed on both sides I was up from 2:00 am to 4:00 am and killed about six roaches that seemed to appear out of nowhere! 5 starsThis review is for Imelda ********... Imelda is a Community manager at Trellis Place Duplexes. But hold a office at Indio due to maintaining other offices. Imelda is amazing when it comes to property needs at my Duplex. When I submit a work order it’s done in a timely matter. With that being said within 24 hours. If I have any concerns or questions she respond ASAP! with a friendly email. I just recently found out she manage close to 10 other properties. Wow, I can’t tell she’s always on her A game??. Imelda I hope I’m on the correct website to praise your work because you are very appreciated at Trellis Place Duplexes. Put small towing signs on low visibility walls not at eye level. Didn't put towing signs on all external walls presumably for cosmetic reasons. Has 3 fairly large buildings with parking at each. Started tow policy without posting a call in number or QR code, no signage to report your visit. No placards or signage for residents to have guests. *********** driver stated he didn't know of any visitor parking spots-residents didn't know where visitor parking is either- very poorly communicated. Have constant patrol of parking lot. Had dinner with family friend and truck was towed in less than an hour. When I was walking up, a young adult was on the stairs crying about not having money "for this". I didn't realize it was a tow company. My truck got towed and we thought it was stolen. The person I was visiting is disabled and has home health and there is nowhere for her to register her nurse's vehicle. The only way to register a guest is to call in or send management an email and hope somebody answers the phone and checks their email before the tow driver walking around the apartment complex with a flashlight checking resident stickers sees the human input before they get the vehicle hooked up. The lack of identification methods and the intense manual labor involved in identifying visitors creates a situation of resident harassment.Indio Management

Our residents receive parking instructions at move in and we send out reminders pretty regularly. There are towing signs at each entrance of the property. We have an app for all guests/visitors to register their vehicles if after 6pm. We are happy to discuss further if you would like to stop by Resident Services. We do not have designated "visitor parking".
