      Due to the office failing to communicate we are no longer able to use to cards to pay our rent we received a late fee and they said it's nothing they can do about it. They initially had a fee on the account and advised they had no idea what it was and removed it.

As of this morning on 10/12/21, the resident made us aware that she is satisfied and the matter is resolved.       July 2021, there was a leak into my bathroom from the upstairs bathroom that caused pieces of the ceiling to fall, they repaired it. August 2021 I return home from vacation to a large water spot where the previous leak was- I put in a maintenance request that never got taken care of. Early September, the entire building had to be evacuated for electrical issues, the next night the unit above me had a fire in the wall. 9.30.2021 a pipe burst in the unit above me causing severe water damage to my unit. The complex- owned by Knightvest Management- did very little to assist in efforts to make me feel safe and I am not comfortable going back into that unit after it's been "repaired" for fear that it- or something of the sorts- will happen again. When I ask to be put in another unit- they claim they don't have any availability. I've had to miss work dealing with this issue and am upset that a place that I pay rent ON TIME every month would treat me this way.

      So I live in this property and Sept 2021 my apartment caught fire and now Oct 2021 my entire apartment flooded. They want me to pay rent but have done nothing to credit back days lost as we talked about before. I've asked to be moved to a different apartment or property but they claim to have none. I will be sleeping in my car until further notice because they said I'm responsible for housing until there done which is wrong . They still haven't fixed the apartment from the fire wall still open.
