1 starThis is the ***worst*** apartment experience I have ever had, starting from the day I moved in (July 2022). Below is a list of situations I have had to deal with here, but the latest incident was the last straw. A sewage leak started in my bedroom closet on Thursday, 9/7/23. I quickly reported this to the office. The request was ignored and I had to go into the office and call the emergency line several times on Saturday, 9/9/23. By this point, the sewage water had spread to the bathroom and my bedroom, and water was significantly seeping outside of the building as well. Finally, after spending my whole day chasing after the office to fix a toxic leak that was damaging my property, the office worker on duty supposedly booked a plumber to fix the leak the same day. This was all fake. No plumber was ever scheduled and no plumber ever arrived. In the midst of an emergency, the office lied to my face, making up fake information to get rid of me. Other things that I've put up with here include:- Two leaking water heaters, no hurry to fix them, and black mold - No key given for my front door when I moved in (leaving my unit susceptible to burglary). - Cockroach infestation - Stolen mail due to broken mailboxes - Unhealthy and hazardous common areas - Failure to take out trash at the dumpsters and "valet trash service," causing rodent infestations. - Additional fees added to my account without notice - Documents signed by "me" and put into the system - Multiple-month delay in any work orders I put in - Waiting for hours outside the office just to talk with someone - My AC was broken for months in Summer 2023. They did not even provide me with a window unit because they "ran out."I have felt disrespected as a tenant and human being while living here, and am by far not the only resident to have gone through this.Review fromMelody M

1 starI have lived at ********* Apartments in ***********, managed by RREAF Residential, and it has been the ***worst*** apartment experience I have ever had, starting from the day I moved in (July 2022). I have shared these with RREAF and they do not follow up on my concerns or solve the problems. Below is a list of situations I have had to deal with here, but the latest incident was the last straw. This sadly is the norm hereto be lied to and disrespected. 3 starsI currently live in *********. I have not had a working refrigerator since July 2,2023 and it is now July 15,2023. I have reached out to the office and corporate multiple times and I get no response. On Thursday I had to call the front office 10 times before I someone would pick up the phone and when they did they were very rude. The front office is always locked even when they are in there. You can never reach anyone. I have to keep spending money on eating out and had to buy a mini fridge which they will not compensate for. I am very unhappy with the service I have been getting as paying resident!Review fromAmber L

1 starI am deeply concerned about the safety and security issues within this apartment complex. Recent incidents, including a shooting, have left me feeling unsafe and dissatisfied as a resident. Despite reporting the incidents, the management's response has been inadequate. On April 23rd, 2023, I witnessed a disturbing shooting altercation involving my neighbor. Gunshots were fired, and the situation escalated quickly. The next day, another shooting occurred, with bullets found not only in my apartment but also in a neighboring unit. These incidents have seriously compromised my sense of security. What's even more troubling is the lack of action taken by management. Notices to vacate were issued to the involved parties, but they remain in their apartments as if nothing happened. The broken gate and non-functioning surveillance cameras further add to the security concerns. I am disappointed with the management's negligence and lack of communication. Immediate measures need to be taken to address these safety issues and prioritize the well-being of residents. Overall, my experience in this apartment complex has been disheartening, and I urge management to prioritize resident safety and security.Review fromHeather W

1 starWORST APARTMENT PLACE EVER!!! They told me everything that was wrong in the apartment would be fixed and I waited two weeks for them to keep giving me excuses. I told them I wanted to break my lease due to them not upholding their end of the deal. They told me I had to pay two months rent and loose my deposit. In my lease it only says one months rent and I loose my deposit. They are money hungry. They are not upholding their end of the deal. The property and assistant property manager are rude. They are not friendly, they interrupt while you are speaking, they raise their voice, they do not listen and they lie to cover their butt. I would not come here for your first apartment or any apartment. If you plan to MOVE In plan to have a nasty apartment (I had someone’s pizza still in the refrigerator), bugs crawling, marks on wall. Water marks on ceiling, marks on floor, no safely lights, ceiling fans were unsafe when turned on, they never gave me a permanent code for the gate, they want you to stay on top of them and remind them of their Job. They do not care if you have a job and are an adult as well trying to pay your bills. Hidden fees when paying rent is ridiculous. I WOULD NOT MOVE IN HERE TO SAVE MY LIFE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. 1 starWe had many problems with this place . First ,There was no way we were going to pay *****+ for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment when u can get way better for that price .Second ,They said one price then asked for more money and we obviously told them no. Third , We asked for our money back and the manager told us that they would have it back to us ***** days . which was a lie it took a month and a few weeks for them refund us our money . To be honest They lack communication. At one point I thought I was never going to get my money back .I wouldnt recommend ************ .All these bad reviews say a lot . ??Review fromShaquaila S

1 starWorst apartment ever. I have mold in my apartment my ac was leaking downstairs and I didn't know how long until someone moved in downstairs. They fixed my air from leaking and didn't fix the mold that was building up. When i told her she got someone to spray the chemical was so strong for me and my child I asked her could she move us to a hotel for 48hrs she said no crack a window. Property manager is unprofessional, gate is always broke, trash is over flowing, and they do not care about residents safety or well being. 1 starI put in an application for their apartments I paid $249 for application fee and administration fee I didnt get approved and they refuse to give a the $199 administration fee back its not fair to take people money especially if your not going to accept them as a tenant. 1 starWORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. WE SIGNED A LEASE WITH THIS PLACE RENA VALLEY APARTMENTS IN VAN BUREN, AR. IN EARLY JANUARY 2022 THE APARTMENT WAS TAKEN AWAY FROM US TWO WEEKS LATER AND THEY GAVE US A DIFFERENT APARTMENT. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY BY MARCH 10th 2022 THATS WHEN WE WOULD BE ARRIVING IN ARKANSAS FROM CALIFORNIA. LONG STORY SHORT IT WASNT READY WE HAD TO SPEND MORE MONEY ON HOTELS AND STAY IN OUT CARS. ANOTHER WEEK WENT BY AND THEY LET US STAY IN THE APARTMENT EVEN THO IT WASNT READY. THERE WAS NO SENSE OF URGENCY TO GET IT DONE. WE LIVE THERE A WEEK WITH NO STOVE FRIDGE FIRE DETECTORS. THERE WAS DRIED PAINT EVERYWHERE. I SPENT AN HR TRYING TO CLEAN THE PAINT OFF THE TOILET AND TUB JUST TO BE ABLE TO USE THEM. THE BEDROOM WINDOW WAS BROKEN. THE OLD FRIDGE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LIVING ROOM. WE LEFT AFTER A WEEK BECAUSE NO ONE WAS COMING TO GET IT DONE FOR US. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND OUR MONEY BUT ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND NO REFUND. THIS PLACE RUINED THE EXCITEMENT WE HAD TO BE MOVING TO ARKANSAS. I WAS STRESSED AND DISAPPOINTED, ALMOST HAD A NERVOUS BREAK DOWN. PLEASE BEWARE, THE VIRTUAL TOUR IS NOTHING WHAT U WILL EXPECT TO SEE. I WAS FOOLED BY IT. LIKE I SAID. IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.
