1 starI applied to the Buckhead 960 apartments, and got denied. I was moving up from **, and did not know it was NOT a common practice for companies to take the deposit at the time of the application. After denial they said I would receive a check in the mail in 2 weeks. Well, that gets a little complicated if you are moving. They gave me the run around for over a month. Then when I threatened to call the better business bureau they miraculously had a check ready for pickup. I confirmed the hours of operation, told them I would be by that day before closing, and they decided to close early and go home. This place does very shady business without integrity. It's ironic that they denied our application even though I own property with a lot of equity in it and my husband has a good credit score but because they are in fear of me paying they also take forever to process a refund which comes to find out is not necessary. Seems that are making money just on applications coming through. Someone may want to take a look at that.Review fromTonya M

Good afternoon *****, Thank you for sharing your concerns here. We have communicated with you that we are working with the ownership's corporate office to locate your check that was mailed to them versus the leasing office. In the meantime, we have also communicated with you that no additional actions will be taken as we have confirmed the check. I apologize for this inconvenience, however, some of this is out of our control. As we have more updates on the check and getting it reissued, we will gladly communicate that with you and be sure to keep you looped into any progress.Review fromGregory N

1 starI currently live in the ****** and its a nightmare. Im in need if pest control seriously and guess that, we dont have it but they are taking it out of our rent. That sounds a little fraudulent! Secondly you cant get anything repaired in a time manner. To pay over 2 grand for an apartment that I have to pour water in the back of the toilet for it to flush is insane! I would never recommend anyone to move here!Review fromSydney F

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am not entirely sure how long this company has been in charge of the complex I am staying at. When I first moved in last October we did have complications with approval although everything was fine on our end. I think it more solely has to do with the management and lack of communication with the employees. I have now been without a washer for almost 3 weeks. Service requests do nothing. Going in person does nothing. Emailing all of the management team has done nothing, my portal for email with the team no longer has both of the emails I sent about the situation. Hopefully with a formal complaint something can be done. At this point I am looking at talking to a lawyer and going to court. It is unacceptable and we have been more than understanding but it is now going on three weeks without our washer and we are having to pay to clean our clothes when the problem can easily be fixed if there was communication with the team. The complex is ******** in *********, **, *****.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

The willow bridge properties recently took over my apartment complex. Since they have taken over, the elevator are constantly out. We have not had all 4 elevators operational in over 2 months.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

1 starI am living at ************* in *********** and aside from my initial tour to see the model units, everything has been a disaster. They have model units but they do not move anyone into them. Instead, they put you some kind of cheap knock-off version of what slapped together in the professional, model interior. Moreover, the entire team has incredibly difficult to work with. When I reached out to say I would like to move forward with a lease agreement, I mentioned my move-in date and was told the unit I could move into would be available and ready. I continued to experience low water pressure throughout my entire unit, from the kitchen sink to the shower. When I submitted these maintenance requests, the response I was given was "That's just the way it is". Then I started noticing a white powder that kept building up around the ice and waterspout for the refrigerator. At first, I didn't think anything of it at first and wiped it away. However, a month and half into living there, I kept experiencing the same issue. In several instances, I have come down to the lobby to hear the entire leasing team talking poorly about me in their offices. I know because they are referencing my exact complaints and issues, my unit number etc. When I brought that issue up, I was AGAIN told that I was the issue. I have been told to "get out" of their offices" when I have stood there, holding them accountable for serious faults in their plumbing, which I have complained about for six weeks. They even had a third-party team come to inspect the property, and I happened to be home when they did. I asked the person inspecting my unit what he thought, and he said it was definitely not right, and there were serious problems both from the water pressure and the cleanliness of the water coming out. He said if we had "good" property owners they would address it, but couldn't confirm if anything would be done, given they were just hired to give an opinion.Review fromLo C

I moved into a property in ************, **. They increased my rent and also included a, an additional $100/ month Resident Convenience Fee." This fee will cover the luxury, Maintenance-free lifestyle that our community provides. This encompasses Smart Home Technology, Full-scale Lawn Maintenance, and Pest Control Services."I notified my leasing office that lawn maintenance was already included in my rent when I moved in with no additional fee, I have never had the smart home technology installed in my home since I moved in in 2023. They also refuse to provide information for the company providing the pest control. When asking why I am paying $100 for services that I don't receive, I was told "The $100 fee mainly covers lawn care and pest control." So according the lease renewal offer, the fee covers "luxury amenities"-- LIKE WHAT? And per my lease, the maintenance free lifestyle is already included in my rent & I don't have the smart home technology. So please tell me why I continue to pay for services that I don't receive. Not too mention that when I moved into the home in 2023, I notified them of a soft spot, which eventually turned to a large crack in my floor in front of back patio. It took 16 months for that to be repair. And the replacement board doesn't even match..... SO luxurious. And turns out, there was an air vent sized hole... right in front of one of the exits of my home.I can provide pictures and documentation of the terms of my lease renewal, emails, pictures and copies of the repair requests that were submitted via online portal when it was available.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

I resided at the **************** apartments for three years. Recently moved out. Willow Bridge/Lincoln Properties had taken over management I believe around my 2nd year there. I was and will always be a good tenant. I paid rent on time- never late, and I kept up the apartment very nicely (just your normal wear and tear according to the Georgia laws). I didnt mount TVs, nor did I have dozen of holes in the walls. The holes which were in the walls due to small photos hung, were plugged. They werent even big or noticeable. There was some paint which was wiped off due to cleaning in the bathroom but thats it. I have a video that I had taken at the time I moved out for my records. *******************************, was the person I spoke to when I received the $37.17 security deposit in the mail. She was unpleasant, sarcastic, and needs more training when it comes to customer service. We spoke on the back billing for *************** I was never told it was two months. Ive always lived in places where it was a month. So that was a shock. Then she charged me $45 for drywall damage. I didnt damage any walls to be charged $45. Every apartment Ive lived I never mount anything and Ive never put a huge holes in the wall. You cannot charge people for normal wear and tear but she already had attitude with me because I wasnt able to do the scheduled walkthrough with her. She was rude & disrespectful towards me then. I had a witness in the car who heard her as well. I feel what they have done is stole what was due to me. But big corporations will not do whats right. Greed and all the disrespect is their goal. I am owed $45 back but they will stand by their unprofessional employees.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

We value all our residents and strive to ensure that every interaction is handled with fairness and transparency.I understand your concerns about the final water bill and the drywall repair charges applied to your security deposit. This ensures that each resident pays for their actual consumption. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding this process, and we're happy to provide a detailed breakdown of your water usage during your stay. Drywall Repair: The charge for drywall repair was applied due to the damages observed during the final inspection of your unit. I can only speak to Willow Bridge's management of Villages at the Domain in ******, ***** but you don't want to live there. The location is great but the buildings are in a constant state of disrepair and neglect. The elevators are only occasionally functional and tend to make terrible sounds even when they are. I spent twenty minutes stuck in one of them on Christmas Day. Additionally, even though there is a brand new intercom system for the doors, it is constantly offline. You may have to walk all the way around the building in the hopes of finding an entrance that actually works. For this reason, residents have taken to stuffing the welcome mat under the main door in building #** to wedge it open. As you can imagine, this makes the building incredibly insecure and break-ins and theft are common. It also just makes the building feel incredibly tacky and run down. The buildings give the impression of being massively underfunded. That might help to explain the junk fees that have recently turned up. I have had autopay set up and working for years now but somehow I was just assessed a $250 "late fee". Apparently, they added $100 utilities separately after my $2500 payment posted. They changed something on their end but the fee is "irreversible'. I set up autopay so I don't have to worry about this kind of thing. They are clearly desperate for cash, and are now resorting to what feels like theft. This is really the straw that breaks the camel's back for me. I will not be renewing my lease again.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

Lived in One65 Main for two years, which was acquired by Lincoln Property Company/Willow Bridge after my first year living there. After they took over, the building experience drastically declined while our rent increased. Upon move-out, we were charged more than our security deposit because of additional appliance cleaning with photos of a slightly streaky microwave (that wed cleaned inside out). That was on top of a $1000+ charge for late move-out notice, which forced us to move out at the end of our lease but pay for an additional week.Very unethical business practices and terrible living experience - would not recommend.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC
