      In November of 2023, I gave an interview regarding my time at the *******************************. I was told that I would receive a book, digital publication, sweatshirt, t-shirt, and travel bag. I paid $558.36 in full. It has been over a year later and I have received nothing. I sent an email on 12-11-24 asking for the status of my order. I received a response stating that they would respond within two business days. I have received no further information. I sent an email on 12-19-24 requesting a full refund, once again, no response. I feel as though this has been a big scam. I always like to think that people only have good intentions. In this case, I do not believe that to be true. I am truly hoping that Publishing Concepts will do the right thing and refund me my money.

      I ordered a oral history project from PCI through the Scottish Rite NMJ almost a year ago.. I never got the book.. the only thing I ever received was a shirt, sweater, a cheap hat and a tote bag last week finally after almost a year Where is the oral project book?? This is wrong, if youre going to send a product out, send all the products out at the same time. Kind of makes me want my $500 back. I got bank statements and emails confirming I paid and had correspondence. Not a good way to treat an organization that does so much for humanity. How can we get this solved???
