      So we all know life happens. Bestway has lied one too many times in the *********-freedom location I got my items back in August been paying on time weekly. I called on Thursday asking if they would schedule a pick up for a couch the manager ***** said fine we can do it for today which is Saturday well I got rushed to the ** and realized the pick up was supposed to be today so I call and get *** (RUDE) tell her I need to reschedule Im in the ** she tells me that it doesnt matter and basically hangs up the phone on me. I got out the ** called to let them know hey Im home you can come pick up the ***** ***** (RUDE) goes okay can you make a payment on the refrigerator with me otp or do you want to wait until my guys immediately Im like I always make my payments on Saturday after 5:30 6pm she goes we cant do that or the guys are going to have to take the fridge too but theyre on two separate agreements I got the fridge first then the couch she then states what do you not understand then sends this RUDE AND LYING TEXT MESSAGE SAYING I HAVENT BEEN A CUSTOM** FOR 90 Days (which is a lie) and I need to pay NOW or they will terminate the agreement I feel as though that's not good for your business and it's not good customer service at all... THE OLD MANAG** WAS MUCH BETT** AND WAS WILLING TO HELP THE GOOD PAYING CUSTOM**S IF THEY W**E IN THE JAM.. I understand the no ***** period and all that but if Im giving advance notice and if Im saying to you Im going to pay today by this time and you still threaten to take the merchandise then why do I want to continue my business with you all. V**Y RUDE THE WORST CUSTOM** S**VICE IVE EV** HAD

      Ms. ****** I spoke to the Store Manager in regard to your account. It was brought to my attention, that you called in stating that you could not make the payment for your sectional so you requested that we pick up because you didnt know when you would be able to make another payment considering it was not a necessity and that you were going through hard times. The Store Manager offered accommodations in which you did not accept. We scheduled the pickup, and you then called in on the day of stating that you were in the emergency room and that it would have to be rescheduled. The Store Manager then explained the process and if the agreement becomes past due then you would have minimal options of what you could do moving forward being that the Store Manager was trying to assist you on the time being. You proceeded to yell and scream at the Manager in Training then disconnected the line and you continued calling the store until you got someone else on the line and once the Store Manager spoke with you, being that it seemed as if you were prolonging either the pickup or payment you then left us with no response to where everyone who did not pay their bill by 5pm on Saturday, got a reminder notice of payment or return of merchandise if consistently late or little to no communication. As you mentioned in your review, please do keep in mind, there are no grace ******** Our Store Manager tried her best to accommodate you and your situation, however, wasn't accepted, which in return leaves Bestway to follow all policy and procedures. Also, please note, that this is also stated on the agreement that was signed by you and the Store Manager. Please let me know if there is anything further, I can help assist you with.       I NEVER yelled and screamed at anyone I was in the waiting room of the hospital and furthermore your store manager didnt accommodate me at all she just started trying to help , but it is okay I will be getting rid of the refrigerator soon and will be done with your company in a whole cause this is very poor customer servics

      I NEVER yelled and screamed at anyone I didnt hang up the phone she hung up on me I did not call back until I spoke with someone else I was in the waiting room of the hospital and furthermore your store manager didnt accommodate me at all she started threatening me with taking the refrigerator as well. Furthermore she just started trying to accommodate me this week Monday the 27th the couch was picked up on Friday the 31st which the store tried to reschedule the pick up for Monday the 3rd I had to push for them to come on the 31st. You know what I'm honestly tired of going through this with your company this is terrible customer service but it is okay Im just ready to be done with this company in a whole cause this is very poor customer service. My concerns are not being meant at this point and Im not going to go back and forth Ill just look for ways to be done with this company,

      I have paid off everything I got from them back in July of 2025 and they are still taking payments out of my account for other peoples stuff, I have called multiple times to fix the situation and they still havent credit the funds back into my account, they are rude to me on the phone and are not very helpful in the situation they owe me $113.93. They are robbing customers and they are over pricing products.

      I went to bestway to inquire about a gaming system the lady was so sweet and kind I left there feeling confident about renting because I wanted a new gaming system not one that was used I had a bad experience before.

      I am so sorry to hear about your experience with Bestway. However, do know payments will remain reoccurring until the item is picked up and no longer in your possession as it states it on the agreement that was signed the time of rental.       I thought me getting a couch set was going to be my forever couch when I went in to the store I didn’t get a close look at the furniture and when I received it after I paid a deposit for it I realized when I received it that it was severely damaged and had safety pins all in it and they are trying to make me pay 500 dollars for a damaged couch the safety pins stuck my son and the stuffing inside of the pillows are falling out everywhere and they r bad for business and the sales team are very rude and thinks it’s okay to sale damaged furniture that they knew was damaged called in like six times and they aren’t even trying to fix the problem all they want is money which is sad I don’t mind paying for a gud quality couch but it’s like they tried to play with my intelligence like they never knew what was wrong with the couches how u not know the quality of what sitting on your sales floor

      Received a mattress that was used and has not done anything but hurt our back. My husband is fixing to have back surgery and when I told them that, they said they couldn't take the mattress back and the lady was very rude. She told me ti call the sales manager yesterday which I did and he was supposedly on the phone and said they would get him to call which he never did.

The mattress will be a wash and that there is still another agreement that is active to continue paying on.       One of the main ladys at the Greenvile best way on the corner of highway 81 and highway 1 is just horrible to customers over the phone is like to threaten with court if you are a week behind in payments or just out right send the guys to try to take your stuff out of your house

      ****************, I am sorry to hear about your experience with Bestway. I would like to point out, that there is a signed agreement by you and Bestway stating there are no ***** ******s on the due dates when payments are due. However, a conversation will be had with the Regional Manager in regard to the way this was handled, however, know that if payments are missed, our store managers will in fact drive to pick the merchandise up, as we do not have any grace ****** in due dates. If for any reason you are unable to make your payment, you must contact the store in advance to notify them as well. Please keep an open line of communication with the store, to help prevent this from happening. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help assist you with.       ************************* Murfreesboro, ** Just the price gouging they do..I was in need of furniture quickly and did not pay attention to my agreement..I got a couch and love which was 1750 all together and the were charging 7800 dollars for it on terms and I forgot what cash price was but I know it was over the 25% of what the furniture was worth..got a table and chairs was worth 350 new and was I think 1300 or so..Got some other things to.My point is I was paying 165 a week for this stuff, of course I'm gonna be late every now and again..I've had this stuff for over a year and I'm asking for a pay off cause I'm going thru hard times and they still wa ting me to pay 3000 for a payoff on furniture I already had for over a year..

Also, the full term must be met with payments unless you pay out early same as cash. If you miss that same as cash date, unfortunately the full amount must be paid in full regardless of if it's been a year. If there's any balances due, they must be paid.
