              On 21Apr2024 my husband and I went through the Krispy Kreme drive thru and ordered two single donuts. Their employee accidentally charged $16.49. The Employee apologized and stated they have voided the charge/will be refunded.I wasn't worried about it until I checked my account and it still has not been refunded. I drove out of my way on 18May2024 to the location to inquire about it. The manager would not speak to me directly (only through another employee) and kept providing me the store number even though I told them the store number just disconnects the call. ****** stated only the general manager could help me but that meant I have to drive again to the location when they are there, seems unreasonable they couldn't just provide an actual number for them or give me a refund.

              This is specifically for the Krispy Kreme in ********* on 9 mile rd... the employees are terrible. They smoke cigarettes in the doorway of the back door where you clearly see food sitting there not far from them. They are extremely rude and are playing around with each other instead of talking to customers. They say they don't have the donut you are asking for and when I pointed to the donuts behind them and asked what they were, they were the exact donuts they just said they didn't have. They are never open on time and they always close an HOUR earlier than corporate says the times are. Corporate has done nothing about how awful this location is. All the reviews on ****** will say the same.
