This rating is not about the doctors I have encountered with this group and the care I have received from them - so far that is excellent and not complaints.I will not equate the quality of care to the business practices. The business practice of this organization though is beyond bad - they will and probably have robbed you. Customer service is people working from home that *** or *** not record everything on their computer when you call to file complaints. Their itemized billing requires a PHD in reading ridiculousness. They have billed and taken money that is not theirs to take (didnt owe according to all insurance documents). Their billing practices are so outlandish that they have made sure at this point that they can claim Im not owed money back. DONT go paperless billing because they wipe out access to previous information and you cant access it for records! I will continue my fight for money owed back to me from billing in Oct 22! Im not done! Print and keep copies of everything! and be sure to compare what your insurance EOBs are versus the ******** sent out by this group! They hope in todays digital world they can get away with mismanagement of funds that result in their gain! They also hope seniors just will pay their bills and not question.

The level of care is non existence. Had a procedure done to help with patient mobility and the excruciating pain down both legs. Had a follow up appointment expecting to hear and see the doctor and was told she was no longer working there. The office had me take Tests and results were never given instead they scheduled a follow up appointment and referral but when it was time to follow up the patient was conveniently discharged. The accusations of medications not being taken was ridiculous because the way the patient is walking currently is equivalent to a paralyzed patient. There is no communication and no follow up, or a sense of urgency. The answering service has horrible customer service skills. Overall the experience is one I wouldnt put on my worse enemy. I could never recommend someone to be subjected to this level of nonexistent care and borderline abuse. Please go anywhere else if you want customer service and value because this place is NOT it!

Refuse service when they show they are accepting patients. Cancel your appointments for absolutely no good reason. Ignore your request for care for illness that may require surgery. Do not follow up on test results.
