Around July 14 2022 I noticed my checking account did not reflect hours worked at swipe jobs. I went into the app to find my contact info and payment method manipulated. I called the local office to find it had been updated June 30 2022; I did not authorize this update. The receptionist gave me the info to Money Network the new payment method and my last deposit info. I was able to get a new card. They stole my identity and ******* from me at various ***** FargosATMs. July 7 2022 was the first check they took for ******, July 14, 2022 for ******. this is where I was able to transfer ****** to my correct account. I received the last ****** check because I received the card in mail. In all they owe me ******* dollars. Last point of contact was ************************************* who said I was lying. He was very rude and cold hearted. I just want my money! This situation has aged almost a year come July 2023.

    Business Response

    Hello,

Swipejobs, Inc. has not employed ********************************* before, and Swipejobs LLC (formerly Premier Employee Solutions, LLC) (Swipejobs) is the proper entity that this complaint should be addressed to. Swipejobs LLC is a temporary staffing company which currently operates in 49 states, including ******* where ****************** resides. The company has approximately 500 internal employees and employs abour ****** contingent employees (associates) each year.

****************** has been registered with ********** as far back as November 29, 2017, and has occasionally performed work up until her most recent assignment was ended September 25, 2022 for repeated No call no show absences. ****************** is an active employee with Swipejobs LLC and at least 9 conditional offers are currently available to her within 30 miles of her residence. Swipejobs has an App that allows its associates to self-dispatch themselves to assignments (pending any conditional requirements) in their Job Stack which have been matched to them based on their skills, interests and experience.

We have fully investigated this matter on at least 3 different occasions since ****************** originally made the claim in July of 2022. ****************** claimed that her pay method had been changed without her consent and that someone had stolen a portion of the money from her pay card. Each time the claims were investigated, the records was clear that ****************** had been paid correctly and on time and there were no indications that an employee of Swipejobs had attempted to steal her identity or take money out of her pay card account. The ********************** system is very sophisticated and secure, and all changes made in the system are trackable in the audit tools.

****************** claimed that someone had changed her pay method without her consent and that she had never consented to being pay card. She also claimed that someone had locked her out of the App by changing her phone number and email address used to log in to the App by one digit or letter. Upon investigating, we were able to locate a signed authorization for ****************** to be paid by pay card, a login to the App by ****************** where she viewed her pay method soon before the pay method was changed, and records and testimony that she requested the pay method by changed to the pay card. There was no indication that someone had made changes to her phone number and email addresses, and any attempt to do this would be tracked by the system and recorded.

More than 50 employees of Swipejobs over the past 8 months have been contacted or affected by her repeated demand to be paid again immediately. She repeatedly called all surrounding offices again and again, tying up the phone lines and causing a lot of unnecessary confusion. Her claims were investigated by Accounting, ************************* Legal and various levels of management.

****************** has not provided any written evidence of her claims, despite repeated requests. The details of her claims vary and have evolved over time, and have become less credible. She claims that her pay card provider, Money Network, informed her that someone had stolen most of her money, but that they declined to follow up or to provide anything in writing regarding this. She claims that certain ***** Fargo ATMs were used to withdraw her money, and that a group of employees at Swipejobs had worked together and then divided up portions of her paychecks among themselves.

****************** claimed that she did not receive her pay card, and a replacement card was sent to her by Money Network. Money Network has a direct relationship with the pay card holder and the account is not accessible or connected to Swipejobs. Per ******************** instructions, the company attempted to reverse payments made to her pay card, but the wages had been deposited without issue and no notice of any error or suspicious activity was delivered to Swipejobs. By all reports, her first card was never activated, so no money could have been withdrawn from that account. When ********************** asked if she would like to switch her pay method back to her previous account, ****************** stated that the account was closed due to a separate and unrelated identity theft and takeover of her account, not by **********************.

Swipejobs has investigated all of ******************** claims in detail and have kept records of its findings, but none of her claims were able to be substantiated and there appeared to be serious issues with her credibility.

Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.

    Sincerely,
    *************************************
    Chief Legal Officer/VP

    Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:  On or around June 15 2022 I noticed my bank statement did not reflect hours worked for Swipejobs. I immediately logged into the Swipejobs app and noticed my contact information and payment method changed. I was advised through the app to call a local office if I did not authorize said change. I called the office and a young woman whose name I do not recall advised that my contact and payment method was changed on June 30 2022 to Money Network. She instructed me to call  Money Network, she provided me with the granular last direct deposit information I would need in order to access the account. That deposit was on July 14, 2022 for the amount of ******. The customer service representative advised me that my balance was ******. I immediately moved that to my account which is on record and requested a replacement card of which I did receive. On July, 7 2022 my direct deposit of ****** was stolen as well.  In total ******* was tooken from me by withdrawal from various ***** FargoATMs and **** of America ATMs in the *******, **. area. I was directed to my manager who advised me that he did issue the pay card and that he does so for everyone. According to the ***** employees do not have to accept a pay card and in this instance, I never even inquired about one. I set up my payment method in the Swipejobs app. I never opted for a pay card or asked for one. I have an active claim of identity theft with the ************************ and contingent the outcome of this mitigation attempt I will continue to pursue my lost wages. I do have a police report with Gwinnett county as well. Also, today Money Network provided the address that was used for the initial paycard and they also reassured me that whomever received the card at ***********************************************************************************. ***** would most certainly need access to my social security number, to activate.I have been seeking help through Swipe Jobs regarding this matter to no avail. Anyone that I spoke to would tell me they would call me back, but I would never hear from the business again. So I ended up with a compliance email and ***************** responded. I have uploaded some circumstantial files along with this. I uploaded my Money Network transaction history, emails between ***************** and I, as well as some transactions from my original payment method. I am working on access to my icloud account to access other information as well. Furthermore, I worked for Swipejobs in 2022 not 2017 or any other calendar year. Thanks for your time.             Best

She has yet to do anything to resolve the issue after multiple text and calls with her it it now 5 days past my pay day and I'm supposed to be receiving pay again this coming Friday the 10th and I'm afraid I'm not going to get that one either.. I would like to be paid IMMEDIATELY as I have a family of 6 and need my money.
