      In January of 2022, I ordered an annual subscription which consists of 6 boxes, which should arrive every other month. I paid $357.50 in full for the 6 boxes. I received my first shipment on January 18, 2022. On May 2 I emailed asking when my next box would arrive. The response said it should be shipping later that month. I never received my second box. On August 7, I emailed again stating I had only received one box and didn't receive the March, May, and July boxes. The response stated that they would ship the box that month. In October I emailed and asked when I would get my second box. I received the exact same email I received in August and the email stated it would be shipping that month. I then asked to cancel my subscription and get a refund, as they did not uphold the terms of my purchase as I had only received one box. On October 11, 2022 they told me they would charge me $75 to cancel and cancelled my subscription. On October 15 I asked when I could expect my refund and they said 10 business days. On October 27, October 31, and November 12 I asked when I would get my refund as it had been over 10 business days. I have not received a response. Even if they take out $75 which is ridiculous I am still owed money!!

      On July, 11, 2022 I ordered an item from OUI Please for $70. In August I emailed customer support inquiring about the status of my order and I was told that it was going to ship soon. I email OUI Please on September 27th requesting to cancel my order and refund my credit card. I received a response on September 28th stating that they canceled my order and a refund should show up within 7-14 days. I emailed OUI Please again on October 28, 2022 inquiring about my refund and haven't received a response. I emailed them again today inquiring about my refund and expect the same. I am only looking to get my $70 refunded to my credit card.

      My complaint is about the subscription box company Oui Please. I signed up for their bi-monthly subscription package on March 23rd, 2022. I emailed the company every month asking for shipping updates, but always received the same reply: that the boxes were behind schedule and would be sent momentarily. I suspended my account in August. The company billed me for two boxes, ordered per the subscription service on March 23rd and May 23rd. The first box was discounted ($112.50) and the second was full-price ($150). I kept emailing the company, asking about the two boxes, but they eventually stopped replying. I would like a full refund ($262.50) or, at the very least, the two boxes that I ordered.       I started a subscription for the Oui Please box on December, 23rd 2022. Everything went well at the beginning, I opted for the bi-monthly subscription to be charged every other month on my credit card on file in order to receive a box every other month. The first charge was of $82.50 as they gave me a "discount". I received my first box shortly after and was happy with it. After that, they charged me the $150 subscription fee on February 23rd 2023 and then on April 23rd 2023. To this date, in November 2023, I still have not received the boxes #2 and #3. On my account, it still shows as "processing". I started emailing the customer support team back in April because I was waiting for my boxes and nothing was coming. I decided then to suspend my subscription because I did not want to keep paying while I still had two pending boxes not received. I have sent many emails and I always get the same answer that they are experiencing shipping delays and that my boxes will arrive soon. This is a lie and at this point I am very frustrated and have voiced it to the customer service. I have asked them to refund my money which they refuse. They completely cancelled my subscription, which I really hope is at NO COST for me, if that is not the case I will dispute the charge with my bank. I would do the same with the 2 months of subscription fees however, it is too late to do so now. I want a full refund of the two boxes I never received: $150 x2 = $300. This company is a total scam, they should have their business license removed.

      I placed an order for a box in July. It has not yet shipped. I've tried repeatedly to submit email inquiries through the website, but I keep getting error messages. And the phone number associated with the business is non-functional. At this point, I just want a refund.

      I paid for an annual subscription box that was supposed to arrive every other month. I received the very 1st one in Nov 2021 and have not received another. Jan, March, May, July never arrived. When contacted several times they stated delays due to covid so I was willing to wait. Every date they said that the next box would arrived passed. I asked for a refund for 5 of the boxes, they said if I cancelled they would deduct an additional $75 per their cancellation policy. However they never kept their part of actually shipping the boxes! I found online that they have been doing this for a year before I even bought my subscription and people are having to go to the TX attorney general and BBB. I am only asking for a refund for the products never received. This company is a scam

      Just wanted to forewarn everyone about this company. They do not offer timely fulfillment of their goods and after months of waiting on delivery and a refund, they have the audacity to charge a $75 cancellation fee due to their negligence! Even after I submitted evidence they dropped the ball, they were indifferent and dismissive of the cancellation fee. They must make a killing off of every unsatisfied customer at that price point. Zero customer service. Zero loyalty. Zero integrity. So much for doing the right thing for your customers. I'll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint among the hundreds of complaints already on file there. They should lose their business license. DO NOT BUY. I want a full refund including the Cancellation Fee. This is a scam.

      I subscribed to an annual subscription costing $357.50 which included products to be sent every other month. After six months and countless attempts, I never received more than my first box of products (I should have had three boxes by that point). I asked the company to send the products several times, or give me a store credit and if they couldn't do that to please cancel my subscription and refund me. They cancelled and after two months they still have not issued my refund.

      My complaint is similar to others, my daughter purchased a one year subscription box for me. To date, after multiple requests and failed promises I have only received 2 of the 6 boxes from Dallas based OuiPlease, which lists as their address **** ***** St STE **** Dallas, TX XXXXX-XXXX. Each receipt has required multiple requests. The second box included several duplicate items that were in the first box. WE have emailed them several times with no response. Their website seems to be active for taking new subscriptions, but fail to meet the commitment of existing customers.
