      At the first of the year I signed up for a OuiPlease box subscription. The first box arrived very late but I decided to stick with it. On April 5, 2022, I was charged $150 for the spring box. It is now June 15. No Box. No explanation except "we're running behind." No anticipated date of fulfillment. I asked for a refund but they do not provide them. I asked for my order to be fulfilled immediately. Silence. I believe this is what's called "theft," to take money for a product and never provide it. I want my final box from this company -- a complete box, as I've seen many complaints saying that when the box does arrive it is not complete-- and then I think the BBB needs to investigate this company. Given the number of complaints, this company should not still be allowed to operate.

      On 1/14/22 OuiPlease deducted $150 from my account as part of my bi-monthly subscription. On 3/28/22 I reached out asking for an update, which I received stating "Your next scheduled box (your January renewal order) is our Vol 6.2 edition, which was recently released and will ship late April. Don't forget to submit your preference for her ***************** included in this edition by clicking here." I reached out again in April, and was told "We anticipate to begin shipping our Vol 6.2 edition late this month or early May, depending on how quickly the brands can have all products packaged and shipped to our facility. As soon as more information regarding shipping is made available to us, our marketing team will send out an email with updates. Don't forget to submit your preference for the ***************** included in this edition by clicking here." And again yesterday, where I was told "Unfortunately, since all sales are final (due to the nature of our business), we are unable to process refunds for your orders. This is stated under our Terms & Conditions: Upon enrollment in the Month-to-Month Membership, your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, at the then-current subscription rate. Your credit card will be charged an automatic Month-to-Month Membership on the same day every other month until you cancel. Due to the custom nature of OuiPlease boxes, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns, refund, credit, exchange or transfer after the order has been processed. You may cancel your Month-to-Month Membership at any time by logging into to your account and following the cancellation procedures or by contacting our customer service at *************************" This is unacceptable, and I'd like a refund.

      I paid $240 for two Ouiplease subscription boxes back in December 2020 and February 2021. I never received the boxes. I've contacted the company via their website and via email numerous times and was told that there were shipping delays. I then started asking for a refund, but despite several requests I never received a refund. Here is the chronology of events: 1. I purchased a bimonthly subscription box from Ouiplease (subscription I.D: XXXXXX) in December 2020, and paid $90 for my first box (invoice # XXXXXX). 2. I paid $150 for my second box in February 2021 (invoice #XXXXXX), but I still had not received my first box. 3. On 3/18/2021 I asked for an update on both boxes since I had not received them and was told they would be shipped shortly. 4. On 4/14/2021 I emailed again about the status of the shipments and requested a refund if they could not fulfill my purchases. 5. 5/11/2021 I sent another email requesting a refund. 6. On 6/1/201 I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. 7. I emailed several more times in 2021 (6/2/2021; 6/5/2021; 7/9/2021; 7/17/2021 & 8/2/2021) but only received apologies or a generic email response that someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. 8. I emailed them for the last time on 3/17/2021.

      I purchased a year long subscription for their products. I should have received boxes of products from France every two months for a year (for a total of 6 boxes). The first box did not showed up until months late and was so problematic, they offered me an additional box. The second box showed up late again and was missing products. When customer service finally did answer me about about that box, I told them I wanted to cancel the subscription an to get a refund. They agreed to this in writing and promised me a refund within 7-10 business days on Feb 21, 2022, but to-date they have not refunded me.

      I have not received any items or any boxes. I would like a full refund. My order number was ******* On April 10th 2021 for $487.50 This was for at least 5 subscription boxes in an annual subscription for "curated" french products. When I emailed to complain about not receiving boxes, they put me off with problems with supply chain. But it was MONTHS with absolutely not products. Subsequent emails were delayed, referred to "accounting office" and finally, no answers. I would like a total refund. This is particularly galling, as working in healthcare for the past 20 years, and with COVID for the past 2 plus years, I understand "issues with the supply chain". But this is plain theft, with no products delivered as promised. I attempted to get a credit back from my credit card, but because they put me off with their supply chain issues, it was beyond the 60 days, and there was nothing they could do.

      I purchased a 1 yr subscription on Feb 21 for $422.50. I cancelled it the same afternoon on Feb 21 and received confirmation that my order was cancelled. They charged my card the same day Feb 21. Merchant allowed me to cancel easily with no indication that my card was charged, or that I would not be refunded. The next day, I saw the charge posted to my credit card so I filed a dispute. Surprisingly, merchant disputed my dispute stating, 1) that they were not aware that I had canceled (False, I have documentation), 2) that my order was ready to ship (False, there was no tracking#), and 3) that all sales are final (All sales are final is not stated when you place the order or when you try to cancel). The cc company believed the merchant and then recharged my card on March 1 and closed the dispute. I then contacted the merchant and they claim that a "refund would not be a problem" (too good to be true). They then claimed they can not issue a refund until mid April since I disputed the charge. Per my cc company, the dispute was closed on March 3 and the credit card company recharged my card on March 1. There is no indication that the merchant will follow through on the refund. I have no refund receipt or date that they will credit me. They are not responding to my emails. I would like a full refund. Based on the other reviews, it's an effective stall tactic that they use where they say they will do something. Then not do it, then drag it on for a year. Since I have a few more characters left... this woman owned company is defrauding innocent people, namely women. Even now, March 25,2022, you can still order through their site. I'm saddened. I may never get my money back, but I felt the need to put this out there so other's don't get defrauded. It's very stressful to spend months or a year trying to get a refund or a product that you paid your hard earned money for. My heart goes out to the hundreds of people that were affected by this company.

      My daughter purchased a one year subscription box for me. To date, after multiple requests and failed promises I have only received 2 of the 6 boxes from Dallas based OuiPlease, which lists as their address 6115 Owens St STE 206, Dallas, TX 75235-6763. Each receipt has required multiple requests. After multiple inquiries I was told on Monday I would receive a tracking number. I waited a day and have emailed them several times this week with no response. They continue to solicit new subscriptions while failing to honor past due commitments.

We completely understand Ms. ********' frustration and want to assure she will be receiving all boxes included in your subscription, regardless of the time elapsed. Unfortunately, all brands have had to ship smaller batches of all products as courier has changed their restrictions, and delivery times are still very unpredictable at the moment. We are in constant communication with our couriers to receive updates, however, since our products are considered non-essential, they are treated as such. We are just as eager to ship all boxes, as she is to receive them. Additionally, the last and only correspondence left unanswered from Ms. ******** is attached.       Cancelled year subscription after being charged extra charges not specified (one of these was refunded when I complained). Since I cancelled the subscription after receiving only one box, was told on Feb 16 in writing would get my refund 7-10 days. Am still waiting. Was told that Ashley would look into it and now no further correspondence or refund. I even tried commenting on their Instagram page and my comment was deleted. I want my money back that I was told I would get and have the email to prove it. After doing some online research, have discovered many complaints against this company.

There are other complaints against this business where people are told they will get their money but the business doesn't provide. The customer service is vague and inadequate.

      I first order the Oui Please box on Order #XXXXXX dated April 23rd 2020 and then followed up on the box and refund several times until 06/07/21 , the refund was promised but I never received it.

      I placed an order for an annual subscription with OuiPlease August 2020. I did not receive any of the quarterly boxes I paid for. I have emails back and forth with the company working on the issue. In November 2021 I was guaranteed a refund for the subscription. I have not seen the refund and the company has stopped responding to emails and complaints.

This complaint is for a OuiPlease annual subscription purchased in August of 2020. In November of 2021 I was guaranteed a full refund. That was 4 months ago. When the refund never came through OuiPlease stopped responding to emails. This is almost 2 years of no service from OuiPlease.
