  I agree with other reviewers--it took longer than I had hoped it would, but that was the fault of the ********* company, not Tradebloc. We are done with the process, and it was essentially no hassle. Tradebloc took care of all contacts from Vacation Village--and we're out from under the yearly bills!!

  My husband and I hired Tradebloc to get us out of the timeshare that we entered in 2019. We never actually used the timeshare because when we tried to book our first trip we found that it wasn't what we were sold at all. We paid Tradebloc over 10K and they promised the legal team could get us out of the contract and the credit monitoring department would prevent credit damage. They told us to STOP making the monthly payments to the timeshare, which we did. It's been more than 5 years and they have literally done nothing to change the status. Communication with them results in excuses and zero results. I'm now widowed at 55 and am unable to purchase a home or refinance my home because my credit reflects a default on a mortgage (the timeshare with no physical address). The timeshare company (********) is foreclosing now on the timeshare so I get to to look forward to on my credit for the next decade or so. My credit scores would be in the 800's were it not for this disaster. I can't stress enough how much of a complete scam Tradbloc is for timeshare resolution!

  The process of ending our long-term timeshare commitment was made seamless by Tradebloc. The team was well coordinated in explaining each step and guiding us along the way. Placing trust in a company in order to exit a timeshare commitment that was based on a less than trustworthy sales presentation, took courage. In the end, Tradebloc came through as a trusted entity with a trustworthy team. We are grateful for enlisting Tradebloc in handling our timeshare exit.

  Tradebloc was able to help us exit our timeshare ,witch fees was ridiculously increasing every ******* happy we're out of this situation the cost us a lot of sleepiness night and not leaving our kids with future hardhacks. It takes a little bit of time but be patient.We recommend them any time

  We are now out of our timeshare. The process was a bit longer than anticipated, but we were kept in the loop and whenever we had a question or unknown timeshare bills show up, Tradebloc was prompt in responding and dealing with those issues the whole way through. Thank you!

  I would first like to thank Tradebloc for being able to get us out of our timeshare situation. There are a number of companies out there, but not all are standing behind their claims. Over the years we had started to see a marked change in the costs each year to hold these timeshares and did not want to pass them along to our children. Folks need to be aware that this process does take some time to complete and there is a cost which comes along with this service but in the end our names are no longer on the deeds, and we have the paperwork to prove it. I will say that everyone we worked with was very professional and understanding. I was able to keep up to date with the process on-line to know exactly where the process stood which was very positive and if I had questions someone always responded in a timely manner. I will state that it would be nice if they would ensure that someone going through this process could have to pay additional charges to complete the transfer of properties as this would be my only suggestion and why I rated them a 4.**** *.

  True to their word we are out of our timeshare! Began the process in April, 2024. Totally out in February, 2025. TradeBloc had estimated 18 months for the process. We did not want to encumber the kids with this particular timeshare. This is very expensive. Some forms to fill out. Some forms require notarized. Tradebloc kept us in the loop. Our names are off the deed! TradeBloc and their escrow company handled it all! Great job! Well done!

  Bottom line they did what they said they would. We no longer own a timeshare. The process seemed to take much longer than we thought it would. To be fair, they can only work as fast as the other entities. Maybe regular updates on the status would make the process feel better. We have not seen any updates for several months. There has been nothing until the notification that the process is now complete.

  First off, the time frames should be better defined from start to finish. It's very pricy to get out of a time share. The final results were great. We are out from under our timeshare, expensive mistake for sure.Thank you Tradebloc
