The dynamic towing towed my car before 11 pm the rules of the complex and from the leasing manager stated they shouldnt tow until 11 they towed at 7:30 pm!!Initial Complaint

They literally towed my car from my apartment complex though it was registered and had a parking decal in the window. I had to miss work due to their negligence and the only thing they had to say was the refund has been denied. This is the most terrible organization I have ever experienced.Business Response

My car a 2001 ****** Camry was towed from the apartment complex , I emailed the dynamic towing regarding the damage that they do to my car which they damage my transmission, I took the car to the shop they recommended me and deny my repairs , I need dynamic towing to fix my repair of my car , because it was clearly drivable now the car isnt even drivable because of the transmission the shop diagnoseBusiness Response

My car was parked and registered to the BX5 Apts in ****** as it is at times due to the mother of my kids living there. 3 hours after registration my car was illegally towed from the property and I was forced to pay $269 to get my vehicle released unnecessarily. I disputed the tow and got one sole response trying to justify the tow by saying it was parked at a different building name when all 5 building titles are one property complex. My vehicle was parked on side of the ******* just infront of the ***** side due to the common lack of parking. The ******* sign was just on the other side of the building and could be seen when the tow truck driver took my vehicle. I have parked in multiple spots across this complex before with no issue. I feel robbed and extorted from this incident and with no proper reason or cause. This company is unprofessional and extremely lacking in customer service and quality service. My registration was seen and confirmed yet still towed knowing it was paid to be registered as guest parking. I would like them to reimbursed me for having to retrieve a vehicle that should have remained on the propertyBusiness Response

BX5 is not the name of the complex. The complainant was parked at one complex and did not have parking credentials for that complex. That is why they were towed. As I explained previously. There is no refund available for this tow.Initial Complaint

Wrongfully towing a registered vehicle so yes a vehicle that i registered for visitor was towed. I have screenshots of approval when i registered it and it even includes the time, place, and day so its there. Date of issue: 9/3 Reason for tow: "Unauthorized parking, no permit/unregistered guest."My apt complex has an online portal to register resident vehicles and guest vehicles. It's the same portal and same manner, as a resident my vehicle was added. Still was towed. Have to call 911 to find out it was towed. Online it stated fees are $170, In person they add random fees so it added to $195. I pay and email them to dispute it as my vehicle was registered. However ***** ****** simply replied by "denied" with baseless reasoning. I responded with the details on how my vehicle is registered with my APT community. No response from ***** or Dynamic Towing. On the document given to me upon vehicle pickup, it said the methods of dispute email or phone. That is also blatantly incorrect, their phone number doesn't have the option to dispute. You can't even reach a live person. False information on a factual document, is interesting.Business Response

My car was wrongfully towed by this company on July 15, 2024 at 8:55pm. I was towed from my apartment complex parking garage because they claimed I didn't have a sticker and my car wasn't registered. I spoke with my apartment management and after providing proof they agreed it was wrongfully towed, but the towing company is the only one that can reimburse me. I reached out to the company over the phone to resolve the issue before picking up my car, but they were very hostile and told me no car was registered to my apartment. I then provided evidence of the 2 cars that were registered to my apartment and they said there was nothing they could do. As I picked up my car from the impound, I filmed a video of me walking up to my car for the first time and pointing out the sticker. I then sent this in an email to the company and they told me that I didn't have a sticker even though I proved with sufficient evidence that I did. I had also parked in the garage for 2 months without any problems proving that I have always had a sticker. When I picked up my car from impound, I was also charged for 3 days of storage even though my car was there for less than 48 hours. My car was placed in impound July 15, 2024 at 9:15pm and my car was released July 17, 2024 at 4:15pm making it 44 hours in storage. The daily charge is $22.85 per day. After trying to resolve this issue with the company, I have reached out to BBB because I have been treated unfairly and rudely by employees that are being deceitful and trying to feed me untrue claims that I then provide evidence to debunk, and they still try to stand by the untrue claims.Business Response

As previously demonstrated, no permit was visible at the time of tow. You cannot obscure the sticker and expect not to have your car towed. Please remove your current sticker and place a new sticke in the lower corner of your front windshield, next to your texas registration sticker.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I have provided evidence that the sticker was visible at the time of the tow and attached that document in my email to the business as well as my complaint to the BBB. The only thing I am claiming is that the sticker was not visible and was indeed obscured from view at the time of the tow. Please get a new sticker from the office and place it in the bottom corner of the front windshield, near the Texas registration sticker, where it is not obscured from view. My Car was towed from a parking lot while I was in the store for no reason. I stopped by ********'s at 6:10 am on 6/20/2024. After arriving, I found out ********* doesn't open until 7am, so I walked next door to Starbuck for a coffee while waiting on my prescription. My car was towed incorrectly from my apartment complex. The car is registered to the apartment complex and is also parked in a reserved spot, which we have paid for monthly for the last 2 years. Dynamic towing took the vehicle incorrectly and we had to pay $170.47 to get the vehicle back, which I expect a full refund.
