On Saturday June 15 2024 my car was wrongfully towed by dynamic towing company. I have proof my car was registered and was not parked in resident parking I made sure it wasnt before pulling in. The next day my car was towed and I had to pay 321 to get it out. Upon visiting my friends apartment office they said the towing company had the wrong license plate under my car name, it showed the license plate number was a XYZ number and was not at all the right license plate on my car. Ive been calling and have sent 2 emails and they have not responded I want a refund of the money I had to pay and did not have. Immediately.Business Response

My 2010 GMC Acadia VIN# ***************** was towed from a parking garage located on ************************************ on May 31st. The taste of ******* started that day and parking was only allowed for Retail customers and event parking. MAA management didn't post fliers until the morning of the event and Dynamic Towing never stickered my car to provide a 24 hour warning.I had no power in my apartment for three days and had been staying in a hotel until that same day, due to the storms. Since I live in ************** I parked there the evening before. I was there working as event staff for ************************* and had a copy of our event permit on the dash of the car. I was authorized to park there and they towed me regardless. I demand a full refund and $100 additional restitution for my time driving, waiting in line over two hours, gas and inconvenience. Attached are the ticket invoice and MAA ****************** flier posted in the parking spaces.Customer Answer
Date: 06/12/2024
The tow company responded that because I am a resident that parking on the lower level before the gate is not allowed. I have one parking sticker assigned to me and that is on my **** F250 Super Duty truck. I do not have a sticker for my other car and because of this am not allowed to park past the gate. Therefore I met all requirements to park in the vendor designated area. They also tried to BS me about only certain approved vendors can park there but after I spoke with MAA Management they verified what they said wasn't true. Also there is no mention of certain vendors being segregated to different parking areas in MAA Managements postings.

Sometimes the claim process takes a little longer. Dynamic Towing has elected to pay the damage claim for this car. It does appear damage occurred to the car while in possession of our driver. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I will notify you directly, when the check is ready for pickup, or you can provide a mailing address if you would like it mailed.

My car was towed from my apt complex at ********* due to expired registration on 4/24 at approx. 3 pm. I verified Dynamic Towing was the company that picked it up and dropped it off at their location off goodnight ln. I rectified my title registration info the next day, 4/25 and proceeded to pay the fines required to release my vehicle which was approx. $200. My vehicle had no prior damage to the skid plate prior to the tow. When I picked up my car and drove it off the gravel tow lot I noticed some clicking noise when I got on the hwy coming back home and it got progressively louder as my speed picked up so I took the next exit off the hwy and proceeded to a ********* auto shop near my house, when I parked at the auto shop I got out and laid on the ground to investigate where the noise was coming from which was the front end by my grill, that's when I saw the skid plate was hanging low to the ground causing the noise so they looked at it and advised the screws or connection point was worn to the point that they could not reattach it and would have to remove it or they could order a new one which would be approx. $200 in which I replied, my car was just towed so this had to have happened during the tow in which the mechanic shook their head in agreement saying that makes sense. I immediately pulled up the tow website to get the damage claims info, took several pictures of the damage and my car in general. Filled out the claims forms and sent it along with the pictures so they could review and process the claim. I just got a response today indicating my claim was denied based on a vague reasoning stating the tow equipment used is not consistent with the damage to my vehicle. I'm seeking resolution in getting my skid plate ordered and reattached as this was how my vehicle was prior to the tow. I can include the claim documents in a separate email if needed.Business Response

Our tow truck never came anywhere near the front end of the car. It was hooked up from the rear. We did not cause the damage eluded to by the owner. The claim is denied.Customer Answer
Date: 04/30/2024
I am rejecting this response because: Even if this is the case in terms of when it was picked up and towed my car was parked in your lot, row 7 in a slanted pattern between a car in each side front end first which would indicate there was some interaction with the front end of my car so even if it didn't happen during the initial tow hookup, my concern is it happened during the disembark. My car did not have the skid plate loose when it was picked otherwise I would think your team would have taken photos of the car with the previous damage or condition before Towing it or is that not a practice of yours?Business Response

The business is essentially refusing to mediate a resolution even with all the info and questions I've provided so it sounds like we're at an impasse, do I have any additional options to resolve or am I just stuck with accepting the businesses lack of resolve? They haven't presented any additional concrete info other then the vague responses they've been staying this why I wanted to reach out for help, is there anything else I can do here?Business Response
Date: 05/03/2024
The information provided is not vague. The type of equipment used was nowhere near the part of the car you claim is damaged. WE DIDNT DO IT. That's not vague.

I am a resident at **************. I have gotten a new car and registered my new car with the apartment complex. Car was towed due to unauthorized parking on 3/15/2024. I got it out parked it & registered it with R2 park the next day 03/16/2024. The same tow company took my car again. The saw it was registered in R2 Park car was still towed. Instead of asking for the car registration showing the resident is owner of car. Employee decided that a refund wasn't possible because no one from the apartment complex to the towing company can properly do their jobs. I need my money refund due to me being a resident. The chevey impala being my car which I can prove. And the employees to call and apologize for their unprofessionalism. You are at work you handle yourself with decorum. Calling someone before 8 am on a Sunday shows how incompetent this company is.Business Response

The car had been here for days and has been registered for months so I dont understand why I was towed but I had a medical emergency that almost cost someones life and I absolutely do not have $300+ to give them for their mistake so I dont have my car or a release receipt to provide, I just need you to bring my car back, it says its only $100 within 12 hours but you picked my car up at 8pm and no one is available until over 12 hours from now. On 02/23/2024 my vehicle was Towed from ************* apts in ******, **. I was told that as long as I had a guest parking with REG2PARK I would be okay. I had done that for 3 days and on 02/28/2024 I was DENIED on the registered to park after multiple times They then towed my ******* Elantra plate number 1fhf86. This is my apt complex I stay at, what else can I do? I paid $170 to release my vehicle and was late to work. How can you deny my parking then tow my vehicle? Its a scam being run.Business Response

If you are a visitor, you must be registered and in a visitor space, and there is a limit to the number of times you may register. If you are a resident, you must be registered as a resident. It sounds to me like one car was registered too many times, and the other was not in a visitor space.Initial Complaint

I reached out to Dynamic Towing due to damage that was inflicted on my car during their towing process and I have been denied a request for payment for the repairs. I explained my claim fully providing evidence and documentation by the required body shop listed on the damage claim form and my auto shop as requested. Dynamic Towing BROKE INTO my vehicle and towed my car with the wheels turned to the far most right, without moving the wheels so the tires were straight. Due to this applied negligence, my alignment has been impaired making driving a considerable safety hazard in addition to the frame on the driver's side door being damaged allowing for wind to escape when driving, another safety hazard. I am once again asking for compensation to make repairs for damages that would not have occurred if my vehicle was not towed in the first place.Business Response
Date: 02/26/2024
There was pre-existing damage to the door.
We do not pay for alignments.
******************** was also claiming the driver stole belongings from the car. I told him to file a police report if a crime was committed.
Customer Answer
Date: 03/04/2024
I am rejecting this response because:
I have reached out to ***********************, the one responding to the claim with more than enough proof of the damage enacted on my vehicle during its most recent tow with Dynamic Towing. I provided images from the lot(where the vehicle was recovered) indicating all the damages that *********************** claims did not occur. Once I arrived i noticed my parking brake was lowered. The tires were turned in those pictures, the steering wheel was locked and the door was open when I approached my vehicle in the lot indicating (also by the damage on the door) that the driver BROKE IN in order to tow the car. He retorted that there was previous damage and when asked specifically what that all entailed, I was met with the same mundane response that there was previous damage. It is until only now that he has decided the previous damage was the damage on my drivers door made BY DYNAMIC TOWING that it is previous damage.
*********************** is false in stating that they do not cater to alignments for it is stated verbatim in their damage claim form: "One estimate must be from ************************** *************************************************************************. Phone: ************ (unless there is damage other than cosmetic)." This indicates that if this company were to accept responsibility to the many damages they've enacted on multiple vehicles, they would consider themselves liable. However, this company has made many efforts to dismiss responsibility even of they were the ones to enact harm on ones property.
*********************** is also aware, as I am also what occurs when ***** theft is reported to DPD. Unfortunately due to past history it is evident that theft is a low priority and would be dismissed which is precisely why *********************** decided to retort that statement instead of holding his drivers accountable. Dynamic Towing has managed to escape MULTIPLE instances where harm was enacted on their part to ensure that their company can continue pocketing funds that come from taking advantage of innocent civilians. I have attached some of the reviews (over a span of years) to indicated that for this company to be intact, they have to extort others from their funds to line their own pockets. I urge you to read many of the reviews that indicate this company's practices are tied with stealing from individuals instead of "providing a service" for the apartment complexes and individuals that have "reached out" to them.
The only reason a company hides their information including their phone number and email address to reach them is because they have a history of enacting harm on others for personal gain and do not want to accept responsibility by running away from their problems.
***********************, *************************, ************************* & ************************* (the Dynamic Towing company members) should be ashamed to be operating a company like this. We urge the BBB to enforce actions that mandate them to act ethically or to shut this company down.Business Response
Date: 03/05/2024
Dynamic does not pay for alignments because cars come out of alignment from driving down the street.
Dynamic is denying the door damage because we have photographic evidence of damage prior to the tow.
Dynamic is one of the largest private property towing companies in North *****, so we receive many complaints and damage claims and disputes of towing, simply because of the nature of what we do. We tow the cars of people who cannot follow the rules. Some of those people are vindictive and just want someone else to blame for their own mistake or choice. This is a part of our business, but when we get a claim for damage and the chance is greater than not that we caused the damage, and there is nothing to refute the claim, we pay.
As to contacting Dynamic Towing, **************** has been communicating with my company since February, 23rd, which is the same day I returned his email about damages and declined the claim because of the pre-existing damage. The idea that there is no way to contact Dynamic Towing is laughable. www.DynamicTows.com is a full service website. There are specific instructions about making a damage claim and the claim form is downloadable on the site. There is also a contact form to email question, disputes, claims etc.
Customer Answer
Date: 03/14/2024
I am rejecting this response because:
Dynamic Towing is one of the most evilest towing company out there. The reviews speak for themself. You own rating on the BBB speaks for itself. There is quite a bit of evidence that proves that you are only out for the money. I have asked multiple for proof of what the prior damage is and even now you claim there is evidence SHOW THE EVIDENCE. Your definition if vindictiveness is null and void as you have not been able to show evidence or proof of prior damage as there was not any prior damage. My parking brake was UP prior to the tow and wheels turned. Upon arrival of the lot, my car was UNLOCKED which is never the case as every person on my building can indicate I lock my door religiously. So it is indicated in multiple photos that a tow took place with wheels turned that would cause damage approved and CONFIRMED by the same vendor you required on your damage claim sheet. You refuse to accept fault because you refuse to acknowledge your negligence that many others on other site have also pointed out due to your negligence that you refuse to accept responsibility. You cannot sit here an gaslight me as I took the steps required by you just to dismiss your liability. Truly shame on Dynamic Towing for exploiting individuals for personal gain. Again where is your proof? Where is the evidence you speak of? You don't have anything to show for it because Dynamic Towing sticks to lies in order to continue business.
As for contacting you, you have made it to where you all only answer when you want. You answered with haste because you had no intention to look at the evidence and admit you are at fault. If someone's car is towed and they need it immediately, how can they reach you when your number goes straight to voicemail and you take a delay in responses due to your order form? Stop gaslighting the community and own up to the fact that you create damages due to negligence with no intention to do it. Do you job correctly and their wouldn't be a problem. That's what's being contested here. FACTS. Lie all you want about being a good company that aids others, but you simply need the funds and throw innocent people under the bus for some extra bucks.
