    I purchased a car from them in September of 2023, the engine went out in May of 24 while I was in **** Texas picking my daughter up from college. I had the car towed the the ******* dealership in **** to be looked at, and was told the engine was bad. I called the dealership to inform them what was going on and that the dealership was going to try and get the engine repaired by *******. The process took about a month to get approved. during this time I asked Auto City for a loaner car, and was told they couldn't help me unless they had my car at their repair center. I had to get a rental which cost me $1278 for that month. Auto City went to Waco ******* and repo the car before it could fixed. Now they want me to pay $1800 to get the car back that has no engine..I haven't even had this car a year and it's suppose to be under AUTO CITY WARRANTY.. THEY SELL LEMONS DO NOT BUY HERE.

    We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. Respectfully, there are a number of inaccuracies. Your account was past due prior to the vehicle breaking down. Auto City is similar to most other dealerships in that we do not have a loan car program. This is clearly explained to you at the time of closing. Where we differ from most dealerships is that instead of a loan car program, we have a 24-month / 24,000-mile limited warranty, which covers most of the major systems in the vehicle. The engine was replaced under warranty with a brand new engine with zero miles, at no cost to you. Prior to your vehicle being repossessed we made a number of attempts to contact you to make payment arrangements with you for your past-due balance. Calls, text messages, and emails all went unanswered, leaving us no other recourse but to repossess the vehicle. We did not hear back from you until after we repossessed the vehicle. We never know when a vehicle is going to need to be repaired, but we stand behind every vehicle we sell when something does go wrong.

    Where do I start ok i bought a buick lacrosse from them an the second day i had it it started shaking badly and cutting off while i was in traffic i told *********** about the problem and they gave me a drop off at the service date which was approximately 3 weeks later while in the shop they kept giving me the run around so i went an got my car, it was still shutting off jus this time it was even worsened they towed my car and havent gave me any good news since all they keep saying is they will have an update for me these people are scammers Ive asked them numerous of times to put me in another vehicle and they refused i didnt have the car 48 hrs before I called them about the problems **** stop answering the phone and my text messages which only showed me this place is a joke please do not take your hard earned money to these guys

    I’m a long time returning customer of you alls I’ve made several complaints i even have gone to the better business bureau in regards to how disrespectfully i have been treated i had a 2014 black Volkswagen with you all and only owed $5k left so i took My vehicle for servicing and with awaiting a few weeks Terry called me from the Lancaster location where my vehicle was and advised my vehicle was unrepairable when they tried to fix the valves the vehicle would no longer drive after investing over $22k i was devastated so i began To see what options i had to roll over which i already Invested i was then contacted by manager Jorge and was advised i can Pick a vehicle from their Arlington location at this point nothing was discussed about what would happen with my other vehicle in fact they increased my payments and put me into something else i then began to complain and decide i no Longer wanted to do business or keep the vehicle you guys agent Alexx explained i had 30 days to cancel and change my mind i do Have 2 witness and recorded proof i texted Alexx within 4 days and advised the vehicle had issues the air did not work the vehicle was already jumping also which lead me to be firm and cancel the contract they ignored my request Alexx just kept pushing for me to keep the car until so many days past that when Jorge told me he does not have a corporate contact and the owner did not want to speak with me i began my BBB complaint in to my surprise the owner Keith reached out and still was not helpful and ignored the fact that i had been trying to cancel the loan i will keep complaining through BBB and whomever else i need To as it’s not right getting over on people at all!!

    I don’t recommend that anyone buy a car from them. I purchased a 2016 Kia optima about a week and an half ago and the motor turned out to be no good in the vehicle the car quit on me in the middle of the the freeway. After 2 days and several unsuccessful attempts to reach the shop I went there personally they finally sent a tow to pick up the car and it’s been 3 days and still no diagnostic on my car. They won’t refund my money or give me another car they just keep giving me different time frames on how long it would take to get the car back. I am a single mother who works hard for my money I told them up front I didn’t want a Kia but they insisted that was all they had and now I’m still careless and out of thousands of dollars. The communication between the shop and the actual location is horrible. I honestly would no recommend this car lot to anyone.

    I wouldn't recommend this company at all. **************** Center is the complete worst. They joy ride your car claiming it to be a test drive. I took my car in for service and just reading the mileage in and the mileage out they drove my car 136 miles. **** I picked up the car there were parts for another client's vehicle in my backseat. I was told oh we do this all the time. I don't think that is you conduct business. That fact that I wasn't asked if my vehicle could be used to pick up part is ridiculous.

If you would please check the actual mileage on your vehicle. I think you will find that the mileage on the service ticket was entered incorrectly. The miles when it came in were 105,426, and it left with 105,462 miles, which means we actually test drove it 36 miles not 136. Apologoies for the confusion and thank you for being a valued Auto City Customer.

    Company over charge lie to customers switch paperwork and service that needs to be done they don't do they will just turn the check engine light off Don't buy cars from this place they will scam you...

    I WALKED IN FRESH OUT OF BANKRUPTCY. I WAS APPROVED THE SAME DAY EFFORTLESSLY. PULLED EVERYTHING UP ONLINE. WILL RECOMMEND THE ARLINGTON LOCATION TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
